I enjoy Tabasco. I used to mix it with Ketchup as a dip for fishballs when I was travelling the Orient. It's not very spicy as spicy things go, but it is almost unmatched in its versatility. For most other purposes, I tend to dig HP sauce over Ketchup. Colman's kicks the pants out of the competition when it comes to mustard and you can mix it with mayonnaise for a tasty dipping sauce. Checkmate, apiarists. And then there's mint sauce, but the human body can only withstand so many orgasms in one day.

What do you reckon? Think you've found a saucier source? Introduce me.

I love tobasco too. Eat it with pretty much everything that is made of both meat and dough. So pizza, buns, sandwhiches, etc.

Tobasco usually doesn't suit me. The vinegar turns me off. I'll go for almost any other hot condiment though, like sriracha, wasabi, horse radish, grey poupon mustard, etc.

When eating burgers, I'm really into BBQ sauce mixed with mayonnaise. Guacamole works too.

Encona Extra Hot West Indian Pepper sauce, or the normal one has a bit more flavour with a bit less heat. Some hot sauces are just heat or flavour but rarely both.

Colman's Mustard. Tastes good and will also boil your eyes out of your face if you use enough.

Tamaruya Wasabi paste. 37% Wasabi, none of this horseradish bullshit.

HP spicy BBQ sauce. Sweet but slightly spicy, awesome on homemade burgers.

Some sort of mayo type thing as well, but I'm less particular about them.

Woodsmoked BBQ, it is sooo woodsmokey, love it!

And it may sound a little wasteful, i love all the pasta sauces. Even make my own as they're pretty simple and allow much experimentation without fear of death or bad flavour!

I'm not a big condiment person but I love a good spicy mustard. I'll use that on sandwiches, with ham/pretzels, etc.

Once you go home made ketchup, you never go back. Warm, thick spicy ketchup with small chunks of chorizo and garlic.
If it's possible to lusting after a condiment, then I got it bad.
The store bought shit is just gooey red syrup.

Take hot mustard, mix it with sweet ketchup and you'll get the best thing ever.

I'm one of those insufferable jerks that likes to show off how hot I like my dishes, so I have a fridge full of unnecessarily hot chilli sauces. Generally though, mayonnaise is the sauce of choice, and tartar is bliss in a jar. I also come from the north, so gravy is obligatory with most dishes. When it comes to mustard, I wuss out and usually go for Dijon.

You are half way to making a BBQ sauce. Add a dash of soy sauce, a sprinkle paprika and a tsp brown sugar and you're done.

Nah, I really don't like both soy sauce and BBQ sauce. Paprika is a nice idea though.

Let's see... my favorites...

Heinz 57 is kind of a middle ground between ketchup and steak sauce, and it's useful in both capacities. I like it as a ketchup myself, as it's zestier then regular ketchup sauce, without being so overpowering it steals the dish.

I love soy sauce. Not really much else to say on the the matter... anything you think soy sauce would work on, I use it on, both as a condiment and as a cooking component.

Malt Vinegar. The best thing for fries and chips, really.

Sriracha isn't my favorite hot spice (That honor belongs to Gochujang), but it's definitely the most useful. It's easier to 'dial in' then Tabasco, so you can go pretty easy from 'twangy but not hot' to 'hot' and everything in between without mishap. Can be used in cooking, and as a side. Good in marinades as well. The only thing I don't like about it is the weird 'Sriracha Culture' that it seems to have spawned, but video game fandoms have trained me to ignore it pretty effectively.

They've also started putting this stuff in other condiments. I tried Heinz Sriracha Ketchup, and it's pretty damn good - Not too spicy, just the right amount of twang. I suggest trying to make a tomato/sriracha mix at home if your interested, it's pretty good.

Soy sauce on basically anything. Exceptions are easy to find.
Also, BBQ sauce in the rare times it's actually available.

The best is just mashed avocado with spices, like turmeric, maybe some curry, cayenne pepper, some more curry...could put garlic too, onions, maybe some bell peppers.

You can put that shit on hamburgers, with sausages, in stir frys, on pasta, eat it with tortilla chips. So good.

I dislike almost all condiments.
If sauerkraut counts, I like that. Ditto relish, and caramelized onions.
The only condiments I enjoy are soy sauce, and oil and vinegar (together. I don't like vinegar on its own. I do like olive oil on its own though.

Tabasco?

Pffffffffffffft...

That's baby's first hot sauce. :p

OT: Anyways, I enjoy mayo and all of it's spicy brethren. Chipotle mayo is pretty bitchin'.

Not really a huge fan of ketchup or mustard, and I use a little bit on hot dogs and burgers.

Tonkatsu sauce is my favorite of sauces. It's essentially just a sweeter BBQ kind of affair but there's just a little something more to it that I can't quite put my finger on. It's my absolute favorite.

Other than that I'm really fond of honey mustard, Japanese Mayonnaise and, Japanese Ketchup. J-Mayo is a bit airier and lighter than the American counterpart that I have a much easier time finding. J-Ketchup is simply sweeter and I'm one of those, 'sweets-to-the-sweet' kinda people. Worcestershire sauce is another favorite, mainly on burgers or steak sandwiches. When it comes to spicy sauces I loves me some Tabasco. I'm not too into Sriracha though. I don't dislike it but I'd rather have Tabasco.
