Just outside of Whiterun, a random NPC stands in the same place 24/7. Behind him, facing in the opposite direction, is an exact clone of himself half-submerged in the ground. And when I talk to one of them, their mouths move simultaneously. Quite creepy.
He's been there every time I pass through, and no amount of resurrecting/moveto commands can get rid of the submerged clone.

I thought this was crazy...but
That's the very same guy. I guess I can be thankful I've only got two.

Beyond that, I've had the Forsworn Conspiracy guards trying to arrest me every time I bother reentering the Talos Shrine (despite completing that quest and nobody shutting up about it)
Found a fix for that one mate. When you get locked up kill everyone in the mine and the Jarl will pardon you. Afterwards the guards leave you alone. Now help me fix glory of the dead. It's the only trophy I can't get because the quest won't activate

While at the excavation site for The College of Winterhold, I had given Lidya a staff of flames. during a fight with two Draugr, she whipped it out and started spraying it at one of them. A quick fire rune I cast took care of the job, and I swiftly moved on... until I heard the familiar sound of a jet of flame behind me. Lidya was trapped in some sort of time-loop, forever toasting the wall she was facing. I couldn't talk to her since she was in combat mode, and even when the charge ran out she still stared fiercely at the wall. I had to reload the autosave at the beginning of the place to save Lidya.

When I went to Bleak Falls Barrow, the bandits jumped down the stairs and died without me doing anything.
And after I killed the dragon that attacked me at the College, I catapulted it into the air to clean up the bones, and its tail got stuck in the wall. And so it remains there, forever dangling.
