Oh he starts out very pleasant in that part of the film. As I recall, it was based on some short story that Twain had never actually finished writing? Or some such. It does end on an interesting note; can one really commit evil if one doesn't know what it is?
This other thing is annoying me. I had it in mind, but cannot for the life of me come up with it again. Something else perhaps? I don't know if it really counts as creepy, but watching the sheer volume of people die in the Transformer's movie (1986, of course) including Optimus Prime was such a jarring shock that the studio received a hellish amount of letters from outraged mothers whose young children started crying in the theater. They had to kill off most of the cast to make way for new toys, yea, but.. so much death was not something the series had delved into even remotely.
