Dir en Grey has a bunch of fucked up songs and videos but Mazohyst of Decadence has to be their most messed up song of all time. Even without the video (more safe for work than their uncut Obscure video or, Zan) is several kinds of fucked up. The song itself is about abortion but it's from the point-of-view of the fetus. I'm not as big into Dir en Grey as I once was but this in one of the handful of their songs I still really like.

Oh and this nice little song about what goes through a mans mind during suicide.
The whole album of the Downward Spiral is one great and fucked up description of a man slowly self destructing. I definitely recommend it.
