My advice would be to not have them removed at the dentist's office but at the hospital. I've not been to the dentist in a long time, but I've managed to not have horrible teeth somehow. The last time I saw anyone pertaining to teeth was an orthodontist who over-expanded my top jaw and changed the shape of my face. >=[
On another note, I discovered that I never have to have my wisdom teeth out because they took so many damn teeth out when they were trying to fix what my orthodontist did.

The last time I was at the dentist was just before my 18th, which was..... *pause to work it out*..... 15 months ago today.
Before anyone says "You should go every 6/12 months" I hate my dentist and am slightly scared of going. I may find a new one when I move out and get them checked again, but I probably won't.

I haven't had a cavatie since I was twelve, but the last time I went to the dentist was last year.
When I woke up to find I had slightly chipped two teeth in the night, it must have been one hell of a nightmare.

i go to the dentists regularly every 6 months.
i have a sweet tooth, but i clean my teeth often and don't eat much, so they are all in pretty good condition. maybe they are a little out of position, but apparently that's just my perfectionism telling me that - no one else seems to think that they are.
