I'm trying to compile a list for something else, and I need all the dogs in video games that you can think of, or canines in general, I guess. Dogs, wolves, etc. Any that you can think of, throw them at me. So, I've thought of...

I don't know if Dog from Half-Life 2 counts but that and the wolves in minecraft are all I can think of.

well there is the dog from enchanted arms. though its more of a lameass plot device that doesnt even hang with you.

well blanca from shadow hearts is a wolf.... and it stresses that in all the 'wolf-bout' sidequests.

if your counting wolves then there are TONS... starfox has a wolf... sacred / various RPGs have feral wolves... diablo 2 has wolf spirit summons...

attack dogs in command and conquer

theres a bulldog character in sly cooper 1 (might be 2... or 3 i guess, dont remember much of the trilogy lol)

in fallout new vegas the dog character is different (K-9 a cyborg) -> and there are dog enemies you kill at at least 1 stage... (for a quest)... and the woman near the big solar tower thing and the junkyard has about 10 dogs some of which are named and 1 is quest related.

EDIT: also deuhei in shadow hearts (1 not covenant) posseses a puppy and follows you around a load... and then turns that puppy into some demon dog thing and attacks you.
