MMO Attack had the opportunity to visit ZeniMax Online Studios last week and has a great write up on it. I know there are some others posted here, but it's good to see different points of view:

Based on his description, sounds a lot like an MMO with no specificly required quest chain, with combat similar to a MOBA (Look up League of Legends or DotA 2), which sounds pretty good to me.
