I admit that this is true, but I am from the USA and working with what I know. Beyond that, if I included options specific to every country it would either make for a very long survey or I would have to create a survey specific to each country (while undoubtedly leaving some out). I tried to be all inclusive by selecting options with largest market share when possible and offering an "Other" option.
