The Escapist Avatar Adventure: An Open RP (Now Re-Opened!)

Ryan cackled madly as he finished burninating the last of the zombies. "WOOOOO! WE WIN!" he shouted to the sky as dusk began to settle on the cty. Jack looked to Farrago and shook his head. "I'm going back for my bike. Would you be so kind as to drive him to his airship? I'll meet you there." Jack asked Farrago. Farrago nodded, and jumped up onto the tank. She grabbed Ryan by the arm and gently made him sit down. "I'm going to take you home to your airship, ok? Have a little sleep till then." Farrago soothed, her voice as smooth as honey. Ryan mumbled something and immediately fell asleep on the tank. Farrago smiled at the sleeping man and got in the drivers seat. She gently started the tank and drove off down the street to where Ryan had parked the airship.

Jack watched Farrago drive Ryan to the airship and then turned and ran back towards the Manabar and his bike. As he got to the Manabar, Shay ran out and met him with a large esky. "Hey Reaper! I've got these for that Ryan guy. Its a case of Mana and Health potions, free of charge for saving us from the zombies."

"Thanks Shay, I will take them. Is the rest of the world safe?" Jack replied.
"Hang on, I'll go and check." Shay said as he handed Jack the esky. Jack tied the esky to the back of the old ducati. As he finished, Shay came up to him with a grave face.

"Jack. Los Angeles has been decimated by a Nuclear explosion. It was larger than any nuclear missile in the entire world. The United States are on lockdown alert right now, and a large US Army force is moving to the ruins of the city to inspect it. The Russians and Chinese have already stated they didn't do it, and the US agrees. This is a terrible tragedy! Who could be next?"

Jack looked Shay in the eyes. "Calm down." Jack began, his tone commanding. "I will take my friends and we will go and find out what happened. Whoever did this WILL be brought to justice." Jack finished, then jumped on his bike and floored it to the airship. As he came aboard, he went straight to the bridge. Farrago joined him there, nodding to him. "Ryan is asleep in his quarters. What is it?" she said.

"L.A. has been nuked. I fear there is a new set of Vilians on the loose. They are the only party who could have caused this much destruction and death. We're going there to stop them." Jack stated. With that, he pushed the big red button on the main control panel, and the airship blasted off towards L.A. at a giant speed, fueled by Jack's Rage towards whoever had caused the Nukage of L.A.

"AND WHERE IN THE NAME OF HELL IS JUSTIN AND MISS GLADOS?! THEY ARE MEANT TO BE GOOD GUYS AND I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM!!!" Jack shouted in pure Rage.

 

[Moros]

Ken woke up a few hours later to see that was still in the basement of the tower. "Well that's good, means I can stay and practice for a little while," he said while he got up from his resting place. "First to get something to eat. I'm fucking starving," he said while going through his backpack. He found some energy bars and a bottle of water and started to fill up. Afterwards, he got up to start training to see if he could achieve flight using technique he used while falling from the tower. First, he created a sun around himself then focused on seeing if his theory would work. He concentrated on taking all of energy the sun was making and direct it downwards. Since this did nothing except create a hole in the ground, he focused on creating more thrust by increasing the velocity of the energy. After awhile, Ken succeeded in hovering above the ground. "Finally, now I can get out this shit hole," he said to himself. Moving the flying sun under the hole he created, he quickly flew upwards until he was about 1000 feet in the air. "Hopefully this sun is creating enough interference with their tracking devices for me to slip out unnoticed," he said while looking around. With that he sped off at high speeds further inland until he could find a good hiding spot.

I guess I should explain some stuff. The reason he still has all of his clothes is because he projects the blast or sun a couple feet away from his body, then shields his body from the heat and radiation. His body is basically immune to heat and radiation, but he does other thing because he doesn't want to wind up naked every time he does it.

Justin and Mrs. Glados were lying in bed together. Mrs. Glados's hangover was pretty much over, she still had a headache but could stomach the room service. Justin flipped through the channels on the TV

"This just in! It has been confirmed that a nuclear blast has destroyed Los Angeles. Officals are swarming the crater, but hopes to rescue survivors are quickly fading. Russia, China, North Korea, and many terrorist groups are denying having done this atrocious act. The HAVTF are currently looking into known Villains who may have connections. More News at the end of the hour"

"So... Fuck pacing then? ALRIGHT! AWESOME!" Justin threw the remote, impaling it in the face of the sympathetic new reporter. Justin went to his suit case, "my dear looks like our relaxation arc has been cut short, time to get this show on the road!"

Mrs. Glados leapt off the bed, putting on her Aperture Science Outfit, carefully getting her hair pin cores just the right way before grabbing her bag. She met Justin at the door who was already dressed in a black t-shirt, and worn jeans.

Justin sent Issac a text as Mrs. Glados checked them out.

Issac, it would appear events are spiralling out of control in the world, giving us a unfavourable advantage, I'm heading back to the lab, keep in touch

Justin frowned hitting the send button, only smiling when he felt Mrs. Glados's hand on his shoulder.

"We ready to go?" he asked

"Yep, how about we take the easy way home?" Mrs. Glados said pulling a portal gun from her bag and pointing it at the floor. Firing the worm hole creating device a blue circle was planted on the wall glowing ominously. Mrs. Glados pulled out a small white remote tapping in a series of button codes the portal ceased its ominous blue glow and showed a white tiled room beyond. Smiling Mrs. Glados and Justin walked through the blue portal hand in hand.

On the Other Side

The sound of grinders, buzz saws, and other power tools echoed around them.

"Welcome home" said a minion with a 360 shirt on "we didn't expect you home so soon, the PS3's stopped working to play on the PSN network seeing as it is back up. Pah! Serves them right to have no online service for choosing the inferior console!"

Justin didn't hesitate walking forward and striking the underling. "Listen to me you worthless piles of human refuse should have had this done while I was sipping champagne with my associate, I should have you all gassed! WITH NEUROTOXIN!" Justin clenched both of his fists breathing heavily "get out of my sight before I start up my controller"

"Dear" Mrs. Glados said wrapping her arms around Justin's waist from behind "maybe you should have someone with a women's touch get this done" Justin sighed and stepped to the side as Mrs. Glados stepped up to the railing where the refurnishing of one of the major chambers was under way.

Mrs. Glados held out her hand, her face became serene as she opened her eyes they were focused. A low rumbling began to shake the whole center, the fan boys all looked around frightened, the Indie's hissed hunching their shoulders and looking around suspiciously.

Tiles began to fall off the walls, the dirty, and chipped ones falling to the ground, shiny white ones taking their place, or clean black ones. Platforms began to jut out of the walls creating cat walks and bridges. Turrets being placed down in strategic positions, giving off cute greetings before brandishing their deadly machine guns.

"AND, house work is done!" Mrs. Glados smiled skipping across a newly erected bridge towards a elevator. "Have your boys clean up the tiles that fell, and have them mind my turrets, I have science to do! SCIENCE!"

Justin stood in shock, and relief. With a women like that he would never have to vacuum ever again! He hastily ran to catch up with his wife, there was evil schemes to do.

SO I'm guessing now the heroes are off to beat the ever loving crap out of Ken? I decided that I'm moving on to do villiany things at the Aperture science center, which will be difficult seeing as I've never beaten portal, or actully got the game, I only ever played the demo so this is mostly just random made up crap I got form the Portals 2 trailer, got problesm? Deal with it!

Also after watching megamind and re watching dispicable me I think I got this "villian" thing down to science. SCIENCE!!!

 

[Moros]

As Ken flew over the mountains to the east of LA, he spotted wide area of flat land that suddenly gave him an idea. "Lets write a little message to the rest of the world," he said with an evil smile. He landed on the ground and expanded his personal sun to about twice its size then started to carve letters in the earth. After about a half hour later he was done. "Lets get high enough to see if I did it right," he thought while climbing to about 100 feet up in the air. When he looked down he could see his message clear as day, "HA HA -Mr. Nuke" it said. "Awesome," he said, then continued his journey eastward.

After a bit more flying, Ken came to the Rocky Mountains. "I think the mountains will make a great hideout for now," he said while descending to them. After he landed he found a huge flaw with his plan, he was totally exposed to everything from above. "Alright, alright, this is no big deal. Just have to come up with a solution," he said while thinking something up. Suddenly he got a great idea, just make his own cave. He suddenly brought up his personal sun and headed towards the side of the mountain. Once the sun hit the rock, it started to melt away into tunnel around the sun as it went forward. Once he thought the cave was long enough he stopped and canceled out his sun. When he looked back towards the entrance, he could see that the rock around him was glowing red with intense heat. "Seems like I created my own defense against intruders. Well at least for now," he said as he made him self at home. He was going to need a lot of sleep for the coming days.

[Isaac The Grape]

Isaac was sitting at his table, no, Isaac masquerading as George Linder, the PR staff member supervising the advertising team, was sitting at his table in the Arlington?s breakfast cafe, sipping his Cappuccino. The room was just emptying of men and women in informal dress. All going through their early morning motions of getting to their jobs. His mind remebered a quote from Banksy, "People who get up early in the morning cause war, death and famine". Probably rather offensive given all the office workers who'd just died 20 minutes ago. He idly read the newspaper in front of him, eyes on the text, mind elsewhere. The destruction of L.A. had him re-evaluating his preparations, he wasn't fully equipped for surviving a class five nuclear Apocalypse. He wondered if it was related to the phone call from "Alia". Alia, what was he going to do with her? How did she get his number? Booking her a room at the Arlington would be no stretch of his current budget. The best way to analyse her would be to physically meet. That said he could save some money and simply visit the Ferndale Hotel on Crosby Street in New York's SOHO district. Someone forget to use a private number. He made a note of her on a napkin and returned to analysing "Mr Nuke" It was then when he got Justin's text. Isaac wrote the following in reply.



I understand that you want to get moving with your own plans but please tell me if you accept my offer. I shall be leaving the Arlington to attend to my forces underground on the Minecraft plains. Please feel free to contact me using this number at any time.

Isaac finished his coffee and went back to his room to pack. Striding towards the stairs he activated his neural implants and datavised the all the nessiary information to Quote and Curly as well as a reminder to be packed and ready to go in 4 minutes. Isaac would need them if he was to confront Alia. He entered his room and went straight to his suitcase. Packing his clothes into his suitcase he dialed the front desk advising that he was leaving. Making sure to stay in character as the Greek playboy alias he was using at the Arlington. He threw on a pair of Gucci sunglasses and wrapped an undone tie around his neck, then using his handkerchief dabbed a bit of whisky from his hip-flask around his neck. When he emerged it was like George Linder had never existed. He walked straight past reception and down the elevator to his car; Curly and Quote where waiting for him.

My net is really hazy at the moment so I apologise for my crap post. I had to rush the ideas out and post before I lost my connection.

 

[Moros]

It had been a few days since Ken had decided to go into hiding, trying to live off the land in the Rocky Mountains. "I think it's time to move further west now. Maybe head to Washington D.C." he said pondering what he would do there. Well he definitely was not going to blow it up. He didnt want to start nuclear winter by blowing up every city he came. He was probably going to use it as a threat to get what he wanted. Or if something really pissed him off. But right now he just wanted to visit the capital for relaxation. Luckily he had improved upon his method of travel while in hiding. Now instead of riding inside of a big, easily visible sun, he just made 4 small suns on his hands and feet. This made him a lot harder to spot while higher up and was easier to control (kinda). Of course coolest part to him was that he got to fly around like Iron Man.

After Ken gathered up all of his gear and food, he headed out to the entrance of his cave into sunlight. After he was sure nothing was around to see him leave, he readied his hands and feet for travel. Then, in the blink of an eye, he took off and went west as fast as he could. When he looked behind him he thought he saw something but thought nothing of it as it was quickly out of sight.

Her steps were quiet when she entered the world, her smile dreamy and soft. She slowly looked around the fields when she emerged blinking from the Earth. She wore a white bodysuit, form fitting but not tight, and filled with nanomachines that slaved to her whim. The explosion had drawn her out of her home, and the radiation excited her. The world had changed, it had become more exciting, she began a slow stroll toward ground zero, there would indeed be fun to be had there. Maybe she would even meet her hero, dear Glados.

The airship was now being fueled by the Burning rage of Jack, a rather bottomless energy source. the Fuel tank was at maximum, and was keeping full as Jack was supplying Rage flames faster than the ship at maximum speed could burn it.
It was even able to aid Ryan, an energy converter was turning the rather violent rage energy into helpful healing rays, similar to the sun.
In his sleep Ryan dreamed of a great Purple ocean, shining over a Green sky. Amazing birdlike creature flew in the air, and fish big enough to eat his airship. they were beautiful creatures, their scales a deep magenta, they shined bright like polished metal, their Indigo fins spread wide they looked like the sails of a great ship. Ryan then saw one of the bird creatures swoop down to grab a fish it was colossal, it had two sets of wings And long tail feathers, It was a Light blue color, except for a Bright orange crest on it's head. The bird flew away with its catch. Ryan saw as the Sun began to sink down Night was falling and somehow Ryan knew he didn't want to be Out in the open, His airship wouldn't survive an attack from these creatures.

On the bridge of the Airship, Jack now sat meditating, controlling his bottomless wrath. The sun was beginning to set behind them, and the stars were beginning to shine. Farrago watched Jack with the love and care of an Angel, which she was. However, she was fighting an internal battle. Did she actually love him more than an Angel could? Was it her imagination or was it real? Her thoughts were interrupted by a low moan coming from Ryan?s quarters. Farrago turned and shook her head, walking towards Ryan?s quarters quietly. As she entered, Ryan tossed and turned, troubled in his dreams. Farrago walked over and Ryan began to mumble.

?No, not the birdie! Not my Airship! Leave it alone birdie! We?re not safe in the dark... Safe in the light... Not safe...?

Farrago kneeled beside Ryan?s bed and took his hand in hers and began to sooth the troubled young man. As only an angel could, she whispered sweet nothings into his ear, calming Ryan and sending him into a deep and peaceful sleep. Farrago smiled and stood up, pulling the sheets up to cover Ryan. He still had to fight his alcoholism yet, and his body was not done purging him of its effects. Farrago returned to the bridge and found Jack standing at the controls. Jack looked at her and sadly smiled.

?I?m bringing us down here on the outskirts of the remains of Los Angeles. I?ll take my bike and see if I can?t find anything that could lead us to the killer, no, the murderer. I would like you to stay here on the Airship and look after Ryan. He is still sick, and will need the touch of an angel to help him.?

Farrago nodded. ?Yes Jack, you?re right. Ryan will still need my help yet. But please be careful out there.?
Jack laughed harshly. ?You don?t have to worry about me Farrago. I?m already dead, remember??
Farrago turned away, tears in her eyes. ?So am I Jack. So am I.? She said with great sorrow, her brilliant white wings drooping.

Jack brought the ship down with a soft thud, shutting down most of the unnecessary systems to save the Airship?s batteries. ?Stay safe Farrago.? Jack said as he strode off to the hanger bay, scythe in hand. She simply nodded and watched him go.

Yes. I do love him more than any other Angel can.

Jack sat on his bike in the hanger and hit the switch to open the doors and lower the ramp. He chuckled as he remembered the last time he drove his bike out of an airship. That airship was now in ruins on Angel Island, far away and in the past. He started the bike and slowly rode outside. He looked down to the centre of the devastation, and saw a young girl standing there, dressed completely in white with little odd coloured baubles in her hair.

?Miss Glados?!?!?? Jack said in confusion. He gunned the bike and sped down the slope towards Ground Zero. As he got closer he could see that the girl was not Miss Glados, but someone who looked remarkably similar. She was just standing there, in the middle of Ground Zero, looking around. Jack rode up to her and stopped, dismounting from his bike and drawing his scythe. He stood in front of her, leaning on the scythe in his best Grim Reaper style.

?Hello, Young Lady.? Jack began with a soft yet harsh voice. ?You are the only living soul in this place, and you look just like a comrade of mine I?ve been trying to find. But why, of all places, are you here in the ruins of Los Angeles??

You are most welcome to join us in our Adventure of Avatars! At the moment, the plot is really simple and easy to follow. However, you?ve gotta pick a side! The Villains are (Evil Fanfare plays!): Isaac The Grape (Isaac and assorted others), Roamin11 (Justin and Miss Glados), Ynnek89 (Ken) and leet_x1337 (Alia). The Heroes are (Good Fanfare plays!) Orinon (Ryan) and Myself, Sgt_Jakeman214 (Jack and Farrago).

If you haven?t yet, make sure to read the rules on the first page, but we?re pretty lax on that as long as you move the plot forwards and don?t be mean or GODMOD. You can have one or two characters, but thats about it.

As Tomoya Okazaki was running he was only thinking about one person, but Tomoya knows he has to focus on the problem at hand, he was running from something, yet he does not know what it is or where it came from or the place he is in now but he knows he has to escape it or death will follow him shortly. In his hand he wields a katana that he found on a body of a man that hostile creature behind him had killed so he picked it up and ran, he already knew that he cant kill it by himself.

As he was running he was beginning to tire, but something has caught his eye, it was a gun store, he could tell since a shiny magnum was reflecting light of its sleak body, as he runs towards it he hopes that the windows arnt special made.

As he dives through the windows the shard go everywhere but one manages to slice his cheek lightly, he releases the katana due to pain and it flys into the store with himself

Minutes later he wakes up and is suprised to the fact he is alive, he also realises that the creature didnt follow him inside, he sighs in relief, he notices he is in the gunstore so he checks to see if any of the gun cases are unlocked, but no they are all locked, exept when he checks the managers office he spots a silver magnum and six clips, he picks it up and puts it inside his pocket, as he walks back into the main entrence of the store he picks up his katana and leaves.

As he is walking among the ruined buildings he notices a sign, he mostly notices the Los Angeles part of it but after taking that infomation in he notices a open space half a half a mile away so he walks towards the space but only notices two people standing in the space, a girl in a white and a man on a bike drawing his scythe and leaning on it, he didnt know what the manw as going to do to her so he sighs a says "What a pain" in a annoyed voice, then in a blink of a second he dashes toward the people and stops in front of them and shouts "Hey, what are you doing?" the man with the scythe looks at Tomoya with a slightly angry look.

After getting halfway to his destination, Ken decided to stop and collect some supplies and money. After robbing a few wealthy people, he went into nearby grocery store and stocked up on Diet Dew, 5 Hour Energy drinks, and assorted snack food. After he was done, Ken decided to change his destination to somewhere that wouldn't be on high alert. He decided to travel to New York City instead since he probably wouldn't get bored there as fast as some other cities. First he was going to need a motorcycle helmet with a visor since traveling at high speeds tend to hurt his face. He found a nice expensive black one at a local shop and bought it right there.

Ken was almost ready to go but he needed to get a few more things before he left. He stopped at nearby electronics store and bought a powerful laptop, a camcorder, editing software, some CDs, and some data keys. He was going to need all of this for what he wanted to do later on. After Ken had all that he needed, he was ready to start traveling again. When he was sure nobody was looking, he put on his sweet new helmet and headed for NYC. He was looking forward to having some fun while there. Who said being evil was all doom and gloom.

She gave another dreamy smile and turned around,before facing Jack again. "This, this woke me up. Naturally I'm here to figure out what set it off."

She walked up to Jack and gave him a long stare before she started to move again, this time back toward the crater. "I lived here, under this place. It was a gentle life, I did not do anything much, lived in a tank. Then this happened," she motioned her arms around the area, "the tank stopped working and father died. I got out," she walked back slowly to Jack and held out her hand, "My name is Alice."

(I'll leave this here just in case

A red beam of light shot to the grounds of LA. After a few seconds the light manifested into a humanoid teenage boy with red armor and insanely long blonde hair, looking at the ground and holding a hand to his head as if he were talking on the phone.

"Yes I know, Layer. Yes...yes I'm at the site already. Shouldn't take too long to deal with that Maveri--woah."

The boy's sentence trailed off as he looked around in confusion. This was not where he should be at all.

"...Layer? I don't think the teleporter sent me to the right place...where am I?"

PSSH. "Zero...it...at...porter...y...wrong coor..." PSSH. "...cannot...get back...reas..."

"Layer? Layer!" The boy tapped at his gauntlet frantically to get his 'porter working again, to no avail. The display read "AREA NOT CLEAR", and on top of that, there were no bars. The boy sighed. "Damn AT&T..."

Zero shook his head and looked around once more. The area looked almost freshly destroyed, and the radiation levels (as shown on his gauntlet) dropped enough for him to cope with. He'd seen more damage like this back home, so he was used to it, but the overwhelming trouble that furrowed his brow was that he was stuck in an unknown world without help or a way back. He would have to search for a place to do so, which meant talking to people he didn't know.

Boy, was he in for an adventure. Zero sighed again.

He walked between buildings for a few minutes before he caught sight of a small group of...people? chatting amongst themselves. Zero dashed as stealthily around them as he could and scaled a small building to see farther. A few miles behind the group he could see an airship. Perfect. Of course it meant breaking a few rules of Hunter-dom, but he had a mission to get back to.

Unless, of course, that was their idea. Axl hadn't been sent out on a mission for quite a while, and Zero actually felt a small pang of guilt run through his circuitry as he imagined how bored the young 'bot must've been. Oh well, guess he'll have a ball when he hears about this.

Zero slid down the other side of the building and dashed as fast as he could around the group, taking care to stay out of their field of vision and to the airship.


Yo! Heard this was reopened. Mind if I join? I thought you guys were too deep into it to join but then I saw other people get in and figured this would be a good chance. I might as well just go with Zero, first time I ever RP'd as a guy, let alone an actual character for a while, though he's gonna be a little more OOC than just "stoic, cool Zero" to give me a little more room for dialogue and reactions. Lemme know if you guys want info on him or if I'm even in. Thanks!

Once Ken reached NYC after a few more stops to get some more cash, he decided find a quiet house at the edge of the city that was currently unused. He quietly observed a family that looked like it was packing for an early week long vacation and waited for them to leave. Thankfully they were almost done when you got there so after they left you immediately broke into their house and got settled. After a quick check around he was relieved to find that the house didn't have any security in place. He took out his computer and powered it up.

After making sure his ip address was nearly untraceable thanks to some tips from the Area 51 guys, he got on the internet to see what was going on in the world. It seemed that the news sites picked up that the giant letters were not supposed to be there and quicly blamed this Mr. Nuke guy with what happened in LA. Pleased with what he saw he logged off and went to sleep.

You only have to RP as your avatar if you want, they can change and mature as you go along. Besides, we're here to have fun, not stick to lots and lots of rules! On Ryan's Airship
Ryan emerged from his personal bathroom as teh toilet flushed behind him. He was pale as a ghost, and Farrago handed him a cup of soup. "Here, this will make you feel better!" she soothed, and Ryan accepted the cup. He downed it in one go, and the colour instantly returned to his face. "Wow, you're right Farrago! Thanks!" Ryan felt that the airship had landed and was in standby and looked at Farrago questioningly. "Why are we stopped?" He asked.
"Well, we're in LA, which got nuked. Jack is out at ground zero, and is checking to see if we can follow the murder. And deliver justice to him. I stayed here to keep you safe and help you. That was a lot of alcohol you had drunk!" Farrago admonished.
"Well, it tastes so good! And-"
Farrago cut him off with a stern look. "Alcohol is bad for you when you drink it like that! NO MORE BINGING!" Ryan looked stunned, and then nodded his head. "No more binge drinking." he echoed.

"Well now thats done, lets go find Jack!" Farrago said brightly, and she grabbed Ryan by the arm and led him to the hanger.

Ground Zero
Jack smiled and took Alice's hand. "I'm Jack, The Sin of Wrath and Grim Reaper. Nice to meet you." Letting go and turning to look at both Alice and Tomoya, be began to speak again. "At the moment, I am leading a small band of Heroes to spite Lucifier in Hell. We are chasing the murder responisble for this tragedy." At that point, Jack drew from his cloak a small steam device. "This is a modified Geiger counter, which records the strength of radiation and then points in the direction it is strongest. It can be used to follow the trail left by the murder responsible. Also, I am still looking for two of my fellow Heroes who we've been seperated from and can't get in contact with. So, Alice and new guy, would you like to join us? We've got an Airship!" Jack finished, motioning towards Ryan's Airship.

Ruins near the Airship
Zero looked towards the airship from his point in the ruins. It was an open 100 metre dash to the airship's open hanger ramp. "Well, only one thing to do. Run!" Zero said, and dashed out into the open.

Meanwhile, Farrago and Ryan walked into the hanger. Zero made the dash without being spotting, and charged up the ramp. He got into the hanger and Farrago and Ryan saw him. Farrago gasped in surprise as Zero came running towards them. Ryan however, charged forward to meet Zero and punched him in the face, knocking a stunned Zero to the deck. Ryan drew his sword and held it at Zero's throat. Farrago drew her pistol and covered Ryan, very unsure of what was happening.

"You have 30 seconds to explain why you are in my hanger," Ryan said angrily, "Starting now."

Alice looked over Jack's shoulder at the ship and frowned. "The air?" she mumbled to herself before beginning to jog toward the ship. She ignored Jack and Tomoya, the nanobots in her suit were thrown into a frenzy. They wanted to meet the ship and she could do nothing but oblige. Jack made no move for a few moments while he tried to understand what this girl's intent was.

"The ship, touch the ship, touch the ship," those machines in her blood and suit hummed. "It has been so long, so long." Her eyes were locked forward and the world faded from her perception. She had no free will, she was a slave to the machines.

"It just refuses to die" Justin observed "excellent!" smiling he sipped at the small cup of espresso that was in his hand.

Justin sat in his office in his new double breasted Aperture Business suit, looking through a observation window at one of the test chambers. Inside was a experiment his wife had cooked up, she called it Edcob. It was the DNA of Edward the vampire, mixed with Jacob the werewolf.

It was perfect, it was reliant to damage, had a huge fan base of semi creepy fan girls, and was flame bait for everyone else in the world! Evil Science had another small victory! Justin watched the Edcob get riddled with bullets for a few more minutes than grew bored and pressed the button to rotate his office.

In a few seconds he was looking at a completely different test chamber. This one was where his wife was practising with her portal gun, it was a puzzle chamber as well as a stamina testing course. Justin watched Mrs. Glados leap through portals soaring through the air and then falling through a portal only to be thrown even further in the air. He smiled dreamily, Mrs. Glados had been very happy since she had returned to the Aperture Science Center.

Returning to his desk Justin sighed happily. He shuffled through some papers when he heard his phone buzz for the hundredth time. Opening it he saw Issac's response to his earlier text.

Apologies for not getting back to you sooner, I had been caught up in science! And of course I'd have you as a ally, us villains are few and far between now a days, if you would prefer to meet on your own terms send me an address and I'll arrive promptly, if you'd prefer to come by the lab please do, its becoming quite the evil lair!

Justin put his phone down on the desk after hitting "send". He smiled and finished the rest of his espresso. Justin turned his desk top computer on to continue work on his own evil plan, when the door to his office opened.

"Man, if I wasn't the one making these test chambers I'd say someone had it out for me"

"Did you have troubles?" Justin said concerned

"I almost fell into the bottomless pit twice, and almost got crushered, but I am Still Alive " She smiled as she made a emphasis on the last words.

"I don't know why you put yourself in danger" Justin said shaking his head

"It wouldn't make the test as viable if there was no danger, don't worry you won't lose me that easily"

Justin stepped forward hugging his wife, Mrs. Glados returning the gesture.

"Glados can quantum AI's sweat? Because you smell very ripe" Justin chuckled stepping away from the hug.

Mrs. Glados took a deep intake getting a sour look on her face "you're right I'm going for a bath!" she leaned forward planting a small kiss on Justin's cheek "we can talk more once I'm all squeaky clean.

Justin smiled as his wife left the room, he decided that maybe he was done work for the day he grabbed his cell phone off his desk and headed off to the living quarters.

NO I'm not dead neither is this thread boy I hate starcraft, on a side note boy I love starcraft, also while I've been absent I've played Portal 1 and watched a let's play of the portal 2 single player so I know a lot more about Aperture than I did before!

Tomoya looks at Alice with a slightly concerned look and then looks at the airship with amazement and then looks at Jack and says "Thats some airship you get there, but im more worried about what is this place, what are those creatures and who are you guys.

As Tomoya says that he pauses and then smirks and then introduces himself "Where are my manners, my name is Tomoya Okazaki and I dont know how the hell I got here" and he also extends his hand towards Jack and they both shake hands.

As they were done with that Tomoya says "Well I wouldnt mind tagging with you guys since if I stay here I will get eaten by those things out there and mabey during our time together I can find a way to get back home or even solve this little problem you guys have with this murderer. As Tomoya finished that sentence they all hear a explosion coming from the airship.

Actually Im gonna change Tomoya's goal to return to his own world and time, but that will not happen in a long, long, long time, since he is actually sent here for a purpose but what is it? also his wife wont appear, sorry for the inconvience folks it, its just Tomoya.

Jack looked at Tomoya and nodded. "Good to have you then. Lets head back, and take off. The Gieger counter is done here, we need to get airborne before it'll give us another direction." Jack got back on his bike and started it with a roar. "You can ride on the back if you want. It's a bit of a walk." Tomoya looked around, and not wanting to be left with the monsters, he got on the bike. Jack floored the bike, aiming for Alice. He could tell that something was not right about the way she was running. Jack passed Alice and then stopped in front of her. "ALICE!" He called out, his voice commanding and loud. She kept running. "Take the bike. Go to the airship and tell them I sent you. GO!" Jack said to Tomoya as he dismounted. Tomoya looked confused and stopped. Weren't their explosions coming from the airship?

Jack faced Alice as she ran closer and drew his scythe. As Alice got within striking distance, Jack hit her with the butt of his scythe, knocking her flat. Jack stood over her, waiting to see what happens.

Meanwhile, on the Airship
Ryan took cover as Zero continued firing at him. Farrago was hiding behind another set of crates, reloading her pistol. Ryan fired a blast of flames from his ring in Zero's general direction. "What the hell happened? I want him off my airship!"

Farrago snarked back "Well you shouldn't have punched him then!"

Tomoya looked back at Jack and the woman in white that lies on the ground, but he knew that he had to get out of there and see whats happening at the ship, so he shouted back at Jack "I swear that I will come back for you!" and then he jumped onto the bike and stepped on the gas and thought "well that wasnt cliché".

As he speed away from Ground Zero at top speed to the airship, Tomoya can only hope that he can find the people that Jack told him to find, but as Tomoya started to get closer towards the airship he saw the ramp but he also heard a sound of gunfire which he mistake for an explosion, Tomoya was thinking what has happend on the ship and what can he do to help.

As he was thinking that he noticed that the ramp was right in front of him and he was still riding at top-speed, then he knew that the only thing he can do now is jump, at the peak of the ramp he decided to jump off, as he flew off the bike he saw a man and a woman fighting another man then he got smacked right into the middle of some crates but as he opened his eyes he hears loud bangs and assumes its the gunfire he heard earlier.

As he looked over the crates he still saw the couple and the man fighting, he didnt know if he noticed him or not but he doughts that since he came flying inside the hanger, he also saw his bike behind him and saw that it was banged up and Tomoya thought to himself "Well least Jack gets to keep his bike", but Tomoya remembered he had a katana and a shiny new magnum he wanted he to try out, but he muttered to himself "I still dont know who was with Jack and who is the enemy" he sighs and decides to keep quiet for now.
