The Escapist Avatar Adventure: An Open RP (Now Re-Opened!)

Zero was bored with the drunken man and took off the the bridge. with his new cloak activated the only person who would ever be able to know where he was would be Caim, not even sev could tell where he was.
Zero reached the bridge and saw Tiberius in trouble. he materialized the newly acquired sniper rifle and lined up a shot without ever giving his presence away.

Caim felt the presence of Xero, and whipped his head up. With no effort, he pulled his sword out of the wall, disregarding the alarm going off. Xero appeared before him, and Caim began to swing his sword again without abandon, his rage and sorrow from all the recent deaths taking over.

From what Tomoya could see, Caim was attacking the air and the wall surrounding him.

Sorry if I ain't posted in a while, its that I am currently doing a portfolio for my Mass Communication course I am doing next year, and hopefully Ill get in it, Ill keep posting its just that I ain't into the story apart from Tomoya, Neku and Caim's on-going story.

And yes I shall do what I have to do.

A red alarm was going off, and Neku was nowhere to be seen, Tomoya started to worry, the startled Tomoya turned around, "So what should we do..." before he could call Caim's name he saw the man go crazy with his sword, striking the air and wall around him, "Again, not good, this is not good at all!" Tomoya said before walking towards the crazed Caim.

Tomoya walked towards the crazed Caim "Hey Caim, what's wrong with you?" Tomoya said in a calming voice, Caim suddenly turned around, Tomoya recognized the madness within his eyes and readied his fists, "Definitely not good, looks like I have to restrain him" Tomoya spoke before Caim started to charge him.

Tiberius heard the shot and saw Sev quickly bring up a barrier of diamonds. With his concentration temporarily broken, Tiberius focused all of his energy into his arms and quickly encased them in a layer of superheated plasma. Soon the diamonds began to melt away and Tiberius burst free of his restraints. Seeing his sword still being consumed by the diamonds, he quickly materialized a star around it, knowing that it could only be destroyed by holy means. when he canceled out the star, the sword looked as new as the day he got it.

"So you started to grow a soft spot huh? Maybe you should just become a hero yourself since your becoming friends with them. But you should hurry, since you just fucked up any chance Earth had of staying normal. Now it is going to know what it is like to piss me off," Tiberius said to Sev, his voice becoming more demonic as he talked. He quickly started an unrelenting attack against the man, using all of his might with each swing.

But he will have clawed feet instead of hooves and will be approx. 11 feet tall.

Eventually, Neku found another elevator that led to different floors. Well, down is towards where everything interesting is happening, he reasoned with himself, but that's also the most dangerous place... Eventually, he decided to head upwards instead, coincidentally to the same floor Caim and Tomoya were on.

Severin deflected each of the swings with his own sword, pondering on who the Heroes were to him. He saw horns begin to protrude from Tiberius' head, not a good sign.

"I know that sword, and what it's doing to you Tiberius!" Sev leaped back and hovered in air on a platform of iron.

"A long time ago, my father came to this realm to settle a bet with his brother. I was the result, and after many years, I was able to recall all Hellish Weaponry," Sev thought about what Tiberius said, about his "soft spot". Tiberius continued changing and glared at his opponent, waiting for what was next.

"The Heroes are part of Earth," Sev broke the silence, diamond tendrils slithering in the space around Severin, "I hate them with everything in my being, but if saving them means saving Earth, doing what I have to do to save the people I rule and protect, then so be it," the tendrils shot out at Tiberius, the claws on them begging for some flesh to rip apart.

Caim let out a roar, reminiscent of his former dragon companion, and charged another new found enemy. Xero seemed to disappear, and a new creature appeared before him. It was tall, and had dark blue hair... Fur perhaps? It mattered not. All used to be the same to Caim. He cut them all down, in his old world. Nothing but him and the dragon. Him and Angelus. Angelus and him. The two that were one. His inseparable partner,

"Angelus..." A voice then spoke within his mind:

"Fool! Control your anger! You will only harm those around you if you keep this up."

"What?!" Caim whipped his head around, only to see Tomoya running at him, ready to punch Caim. It connected, and Caim fell back. Caim held up his hands in surrender,

"What are you doing, Tomoya?! I thought we were allies!"

Tomoya shook his head, "I find it hard to be your ally when you are attacking myself and the surrounding walls." He gestured around and Caim's face quickly took a grim expression.

"I did all this?"

"Indeed you did. Now, if you're done, we need to find Neku." With a smile, he said, "Speak of the devil."

Caim gripped his head, and muttered to himself, "What's happening to me?"

Xero slowed down time and shot each of the claws with the rife. Diamonds are hard but brittle, each of the claws exploded into fine dust with each shot. He uncloaked himself and pulled out an ungodly large minigun. [http://newsimg.ngfiles.com/81000/81319_metraroja.jpg]
"I stand with Tiberius."

Just as Xero pulled his giant minigun from hammerspace and declared "I stand with Tiberius." a blue blur shot through the halls towards the standoff on the bridge. Xero saw it coming and turned to open fire, only for the blue blur to jump and land on the barrels of the minigun. "You're too slow!" Sonic mocked as he stuck his signature pose, waggling one finger at Xero. Wasting no time, Xero let go of the minigun and began to draw his sword, beginning his time stop/moving too fast effect.

It looked like Sonic was doomed to be cut into pieces.

But that was not gonna happen. Sonic, being the fastest being alive, EVER, spin dashed down the barrel at Xero, hitting him in the face at full speed and knocking him back into the wall, Xero's hands still on his half drawn sword. "Ha, you might stand with Tiberius, but you won't fight alongside him against my Lord. Tiberius is Lord Severin's to defeat. You on the other hand, are mine. Your time slowing crap won't work against me either, cos I'm Sonic. The. Hedgehog." Sonic said like a badass, twirling a chilli dog in each hand. He then snarfed each one down, licking his fingers as he opened up a portal into hammerspace. "Hmm, let's see, Amy's Hammer, no. The Tornado plane, no. Knuckles? What are you doing in hammerspace?"

"CHOO TAKE MAH EMERALDS?!?!?!"

"No. Now go away! AHAH! My old sword, from Sonic and the Black Knight!" Sonic cheerfully said, pulling the sword out and closing hammerspace. Hefting the hand and a half broadsword onto his shoulder Final Fantasy style, Sonic turned back to Xero.

"So, fight to the death then ya little black freak?" Sonic cockily shot at Xero.

Two things on the agenda:

First, welcome back, Jakeman. Intredasting choice of character, too.

Secondly, can I retcon Neku? Nothing seems to be going on with him, Tomoya and Caim... and anyway, there's some other characters I want to test run too. And one I'm overdue for bringing back in.

Welcome back yourself, its good to see ya again Leet. For the record, I had Sonic before I disappeared due to real life issues (Mah Car needed its registration changed, and a few things needed to be fixed here and there, lots of tinkering in the shed was had.), and I was just waiting for a good spot to reenter the plotline.

For your second point, sure you can retcon Neku, or have him knocked out and disappear mysteriously or something similar allowing you to bring him back at a new point. You can do anything you want, and I like reading your posts, they are always well written and your characters always have a purpose and direction, and really feel like integral parts of the story we are writing!

Yeah, I guess so. And please, you don't need to flatter me. I might hold off a little, though, since the battlefield looks unable to take anyone 'neutral' and I doubt Youmu would know Severin or Tiberius. Neither would anyone else in my cold storage...

"I think it's getting a little too crowded in here. Let's move this battle elsewhere," Tiberius said as he began chanting in a demonic language. Suddenly a sphere of darkness surrounded the four combatants then instantly vanished, taking them with it. A few seconds later, it reappeared on top of a plateau and dissipated, revealing the four combatants again. "That's much better," he said as he charged Sev while encasing him and his sword in superheated plasma.

Zero fully unsheathed his sword an held it out in front of himself, like a highly trained samurai would. Zero pinged behind sonic just as fast as sonic could move. "Lts settle who the real fastest creature is you annoying little blue fuck!"
Zero took a swing and sonic dodged it and Zero countered it by dodging Sonic's attacks. This seemed like it whet on for hours but in reality this just happened in a matter of mere minutes. All the time, Sev's and Tiberius' fight moving at a mind blowing, incredibly fast speed of two inches an hour!

"this isn't going anywhere, Lets do this with skill, not speed. I challenge you to a duel."

"Hmm, a duel eh? Name your terms, but remember, my speed IS my skillz."

Sonic slammed his sword into the ground, its handle towards the skies as he adopted a boxer's pose, fists held ready.

If I remember correctly, Caim and Tomoya went into the building because Neku was there. Take him out of the picture and the two would be at a loss. However, should your new character be able to do something with them...

Zero stopped and thought for a second. "Fast blue one, why are we fighting? We each have roughly the same speed and could easily take out sev and Tiberius." Zero walked around Tiberius' fist a few times as it was slowly moving though the air. "Truce? We could also race afterwards."

Sev ripped in half as Tiberius ran through the divided Master Elementalist. Sev reformed and glared at the traitorous ninja.

"So, calling truces and treaties? Diplomacy and deception? McCain and Marauders? How absurd," Severin chuckled and pulled out a poster.

"You guys think you're going to take us? Really? This poster here says, 'Heavyweight matchup, the Galactic Conquerer against the Planet Buster! Tonight at 11 on PayPer View!'" Severin looked down the poster, "And there's a small little note about a PeeWee match between a mini-ninja and a hedgehog," Sev chuckled and burned the poster, "Now, Sonic, I adore you and everything you stand for, you're a wonderful member of the New Swedish Empire, now please, do away with this..." Severin rolled his tongue around his sharpening teeth, "over-excited ball of insolence," Severin turned back towards the readied Tiberius and slammed his foot into the ground, splitting the earth and opening a crevice 50 feet deep and 20 feet wide beneath Tiberius.

He quickly grabbed the side of the rock face and leaped back up to slash at Sev, who met his blow with a deflection from his metal-arm's blade.

"You've fought the rest," Sev flipped his hair, sparkling in the light,"Now try the best!"

The Emperor shot up into the air and roared as the sky lit up with a rainbow of colors. Laser beams rained from Heaven Above. Severin's eyes glowed with a sharp, piercing, golden light that emitted a loud echo of Doom across the land. Severin held out his Mechanical Arm, palm forward, where four valves opened that fired torpedoes down upon his adversary.

T'was only the beginning of The Battle To End Time. In one corner, there was Tiberius, Conqueror of worlds, and Destroyer of dreams. His demonic and futuristic capabilities went unmatched for five years as he built himself a multi-planetary empire that spanned half the galaxy, until now.

In the other corner is The Master Elementalist himself, Swedish Emperor Severin Sanguine. Severin obliterated the three largest planets in the human's solar system, commands an army unmatched by any other Earthling, and stands as the Defender of Earthen Humanity in this battle. Who will win? Find out, on Deadliest Warrior.
