1. After inviting the heroes into his make-shift base, Rugal offered wine to his quest's and sat on his golden Throne.
"My last base was a battleship, before Drek bought it off me,you see I am a Weapon-Wholeseller and he has requested much more muntions and equipment over the pass-few weeks, Hence the wealth."
he recined a little and,re-talling the stories that have been told en route, said "so, what about Tiberus? If what you told me is true than He will make his move in about 23 hour's give or take So what is ours?..."

When Drek arrived, Alice quickly lowered her sword and relaxed. The claymore began to melt and soon it rejoined the cracks in the earth from which it was given form. Alice turned to Akasumi, her irises flushed into deep brown for just a moment and the Kunoichi was immediately overwhelmed by the screeches of millions; each one filled with pain, sorry, hunger, anger, anguish.

Akasumi stumbled for a moment before regaining her posture, the sudden rush of energy had taken her by surprise.. That power... How did I not see that? Once she had known those screams. Once she had heard the same fury. Once she had seen the ten tailed beast.

Black Mage followed Alice into the car, spinning a gaurdless knife in one hand and chucking around a figurine of Fighter in the other, all while whistling "Blood and Roses"

Tux then saw it. A pale, emaciated creature with shrunken wings. While not nearly as strong as its surface brethren, it was still a dragon. It growled deep within its throat, and for a moment Tux thought he was going to be incinerated.
Luckily, it must have forgotten the secrets of dragonfire and magic with the countless eons beneath the ground and simply charged at him. 4 tons of flesh and bone stumbled/crawled towards the ninja, with a look in its eyes that did not indicate malice or hatred, but a simple primordial hunger.

"Oh right forgot, one previous owner" Rugal Sighed as got up and finished his wine.
He shouted "Tux! Hang On I got this". He rushed over to Tux and said "Sorry about this, I Though I ran him off" before charging at the weakened Dragon and leapt towards it to deliver a massive right-Hook to the beast's head. this stunned the creature long enough for for Rugal to grab it's neck and chrush it, killing the beast in a butal manner.
After it's last breath, rugal grinned and said to the body "just counldn't get the hint..."
He went back to his Throne, unaffected by the battle that passes and simply said "right now about that Plan..."

Akasumi's sharingan picked up on the minute fluctuation in Alice's body, nerve pulses the whole 9 yards.
Her smile faded to a blank stare at Alice as they got into the car. "I can see the change in emotion, i don't like eyes prying at my past. What i had to deal with is my own, and now between us alone, Understand?" each of the clones said in unison. each of the Akasumi's buckled in.

Dillon climbed into the car, sitting next to Alice he was fairly dazed.
"Please tell me there's a doctor nearby, I think My arm is broken, or dislocated, I'm not a doctor I don't know."

Megas picked up Dillon and flew off, throwing him in the car cockpit. Drek brought them to Castle Sanguine, and the group departed to the Armory of the Castle.

Drek stood before them, Alice, Dillon, Akasumi, Tomoya, and Black Mage, his hands working his eyepatch.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to your first day in the Villains," Drek chuckled, removing his eyepatch, revealing his non-purple eye to be an orb of pure gold. The New Villains were a bit put off, just confused. Drek snapped his fingers and a statue of Tiberius the Conqueror emerged from the ground. Drek pointed to it.

"This is Tiberius the Conqueror, our mortal enemy, and the one man we must defeat to ensure the safety of Earth," Drek chuckled, "That is- the safety of a Swedish-controlled Earth," Drek laughed aloud and the Tiberius statue went up in flames and dissolved back into the ground. A few Blade Warriors walked by with their six arms stacked with firearms and the ilk, placing the many weapons on various tables about the room.

"These are the latest in Swedish Firearm technology, the best there is, and there's more," Drek kicked a wall, which dissolved to show an entire hall dedicated to melee weaponry of all forms, "This will be our fight, so find something you like, and get ready, because in 22 hours," Drek pointed to the watches he gave them all on the ride over that showed a countdown to Tiberius's arrival, "we're gonna be knee-deep in it."

Dillon flexed his new arm, partly robotic, fixed up by Grand Empress Rouge herself. Dillon smiled at the Emperor, maybe this man who helped him could be a new ally.

Alice's eyes flickered again before settling back into it's "natural" red hue. After Drek stopped talking Alice spoke up, "If he is to be here soon, I'm going to need your help..." she paused for a moment and let the word roll around on her tongue, "fortifying the combat area." She put her hand into the white fedora atop her head and pulled out yet another aged paper. This one was drawn in deep ink and had ancient text scribbled all across the blank spaces. What was discernible was the two pentagons, one within the other, that was inscribed in the circle.

"What's that?" Drek asked.

Alice licked her lips, eyes flashing to brown and back again, "It's... something that will turn Tiberius into the man he was before. A petulant and avaricious child whose only true ability was borrowing from his employers." She handed the parchment into Drek's hands, "Have your strongest men dig a trench in this shape. When the fight comes, it will make it so much easier." She pulled him close, "and make sure it's done by hand."

Drek nodded and clapped his hands to summon a servant whom took the paper and hurried off, "Done, it will be completed by tomorrow."

"Furthermore," Alice smiled and walked away from the group, "where are the showers. I want to wash off the ilk of the snowy slush."

 

[Orinon]

Dillon had located the men's shower room, after showering, and finding that a rather formal but no less cool tuxedo was available he sat there, he was shirtless staring at his mechanically upgraded arm.
"I wish Tomoya were here, or someone I could trust."
The real problem was Dillon wasn't guided by right and wrong, the main reason he didn't break the rules were because he knew the consequences would be great, in truth he would be nice at times but if he new he could get away with it he wouldn't object to doing something horrible, especially if it was easily justifiable.
"This moral dilemma is giving me a headache, I don't know what to do."

I'm pretty certain Tomoya is in Group 1 (with the Heroes.)

"Only one thing I can think of," Reimu told Rugal and the others. "Tiberius might know where we are from us killing those guys before. I know I was against the idea of sacrifice earlier, but there's two places Tiberius could start the invasion: here, or on top of Drek." Placing a few objects on a nearby table and moving them to illustrate her point, she continued, "Whichever group Tiberius decides to attack first, the other one should gain more time from it to deal with the threat."

She looked down and made an amendment on her 'diagram'. "From what Drek was saying, though, and from how many allies he has, I reckon he actually could deal with Tiberius without us. That's only a fifty-fifty chance, though - Tiberius might still start here, with us. And in that case, it's unlikely we'd survive."

"So what you're saying," Tomoya asked, "is that we just wait here until Tiberius starts destroying the world?"

"Pretty much," was Reimu's reply. "Unless any of you have a better plan?"

 

[Moros]

When Tiberius heard the answer, he held out his hand and a ball of black demonic energy formed in his hand. When it was about the size of a softball, Tiberius slammed it into the body of Chaos. When he removed his hand, a ball of white came out of the body and floated a few inches above it. "That means the Trials have begun. While the soul is being tested, the body will slowly heal itself until it is in perfect condition. While you wait, I suggest you find rooms for yourselves and explore the ship. As for me, I'll be getting together my invasion force in my video conference room," Tiberius finished explaining to the Wanderers as he headed off to the aforementioned room.

When he arrived, there were four screens setup in front of a desk with a chair behind it. When Tiberius sat in the chair, two of the screens turned on and the faces of the ambassadors of Turians, and the Sangheili showed up. "Welcome Gentlemen, to the conquering of Earth. Before we begin, are there any questions?" Tiberius asked them. "Yeah, what's stopping us from taking the planet for ourselves?" asked the Turian ambassador.

"Me wiping out your entire species," Tiberius replied with a straight face. This had the intended effect of shutting everybody up. "If everybody is done, we can move on. Here's how it's going to happen," Tiberius said as he brought up a hologram of Earth. "The Turians will take the entire northern hemisphere while the Elites will take the southern hemisphere. The only things not allowed during this invasion are biological weapons and anything with a yield greater than 500 kilotons. It starts in about twenty-four hours but be here in about half that with all of your fleet to start preparations. Do I make myself clear?" Tiberius asked after he finished explaining things. "Yes sir," they both replied. "Then you are dismissed," Tiberius said before the video feeds cut out.

Tomoya looked at Reimu with concerned eyes and then back to his computer watch, "Before we go any further, look at this, I planted a holographic clone of me back at Drek's castle, its pretty funny that they haven't noticed yet but look at Drek's speech" Tomoya said as he showed Reimu his computer watch that showed the eye sight of the holographic Tomoya as it played Drek's speech.

"I never trust villains, does he expect a veteran hero of these wars to suddenly become a villain" Tomoya spoke but shortly after he laughed very loudly, "You plan sounds good though, but does anyone have a better idea?" Tomoya suggested.

Name: Rugal Bernstein

Karma: Evil

Bio: Head of a massive International Cartel, Rugal was in near control of the entire world from the shadows, governments, Research, The global arms trade, all under his command, but it wasn't enough. He came across Goentiz Tomoya, The Arch Angels of Wind and Lighting, and saw his path to God-Hood. After Luring the Heroes into a trap, he kidnapped Tomoya and began to drain him of his power to use himself.
Despite losing the resulting battle, he got what he wanted and the Cartel became more powerful then ever. But it was not to last. After many encounters, Rugal was defeated and sent to his own personal hell by the Divine Judges: Equestria.
After spending what to him seemed like forever in this hell, he was freed by Calypso and brought back to the World.
And he intends to get his payback.

Powers: The King of Fighters: Knows every form of hand to hand combat in the world.
Can use his Ki to both attack and defend.
When powered up enough, he enters a transformation into Omega Rugal and then into God Rugal.
Can learn skills by merely watching them.
Can use other Powers depending on what Power he can get his hands on I.E. Power from a Fire user = Control over Fire

Spoiler: M. Bison

Name: M. Bison

Karma: Evil

Bio: A Evil Master of the Dark Arts, Bison managed to use his power to create the Asian Nation of Shadowlaw as a stepping stone to world Domination. He was brought into the Cartel as he ran up massive debts for Weapons in failed wars with surrounding Nations. Rugal then used the Nations as a front for some of the Cartel's Operations. Once Rugal was defeated and the Heroes were stuck travelling though different Realms, he stuck out on his own and was even able to defeat the Nations of Asia thanks to the assistance of Doom, Viscus and Bruiser, unifying the entire landmass thanks to the Psycho Drive, A Machine that increases his power.
However, once the Heroes returned, he was too was defeated, his Drive broken and his damage undone.
He has since been under-arrest by the nations of the world for his crimes, but that won't stop him.

Powers: Mastery of the Psycho Power, A Dark Force that grants him immense power and skills.
Can control Minds.
Can Fly/Teleport
Skilled fighter.

Spoiler: Kazuya Mishima

Name: Kazuya Mishima

Karma: Good

Bio: Born in a Martial Artist School in 1600's Japan, Kazuya spent his entire childhood learning Karate to join a Warlord's Army.
His life changed when the Heroes and Rugal came to his time.
Rugal took over the school and used it to declare war on the Heroes, resulting in Kazuya becoming his right hand man.
He was so good, Rugal bought him back to the present as a henchman and granted him some Arch Angel power.
But as time went on, the Power festered in him and corrupted him, turning him into a Demon. This caused him to turn his back on his Master and aided in his downfall. Since then, he became a merc for the remaining Cartel, in reality planning a downfall for all of them, becoming head of the Massive G-Corp in the process.
He is a reliable Ally for the Heroes and has a Demonic Daughter Named Lily.

Powers: Trained in Mishima Style Karate.
Can transform into a Demon with enhanced strength and wings
Can call upon G-Corp's resources and Manpower to aid him.

Bio: A member of the Ill-fated European Anti Terror Task Force, David was on the front lines in Moscow when the Monster Attack Summer happened. Despite his best efforts, he was mind controlled into killing over 300 allies and civilians and even into attacking the Heroes themselves.
To make up for his Ill Deeds, he aided the Heroes in defeating the remaining monsters, growing a fondness for a Woman Named Elena Volkov in the process. After her apparent "Death", he swore to kill James, the man who caused the Attacks, but he was unsuccessful.
But as it turned out, Elena survived and was captured and Brainwashed by the Hammer Empire. He promised to find a way to break her free and will stop at nothing to do so.

Powers: Super Human Aiming skills.
Extremely skilled with all firearms.

Spoiler: Vicus

Name: Vicus MK.I

Karma: ???

Bio: The Product of AI Wesker following his purchase of Advanced Ideas Mechanics, Vicus was created to give the AI a Host Body as it found Cyberspace to be Limiting for his goal to take over the world and rule as it's God.

With the Aid of Bruiser the Machoke, Who helped in it's construction in exchange for healing his Burn Wounds, and A.I.M.'s resources and Arc Reactor Tech, The AI took the Armour as his own and Vicus was born.

Powers: Number of powerful weapons built into his Armour.
Can remotely interface with Machines of all types.
Flight.
Holds incredible banks of Data on the entire world.
As CEO of A.I.M., He can call upon the services of all it's employees and resources

Spoiler: Bruiser the Machamp

Name: Bruiser

Karma: Evil

Bio: A Machoke under the command of Team Rocket, Bruiser was one of the most feared in the region to those who knew him.
He was most well known for his brutality towards "Captures" of the organisation.
Two of his best known victims were Angelus the Dragon and Jenny the Gardevoir during the Heroes stay in Kanto.
The Former's treatment and escape resulted in the destruction of Team Rocket, much to his dismay.
Since then he has held a burning hatred for Angelus, going as far as to travel back to the AA world for revenge.
Since then, He has worked for Bison, resulting in massive burn wounds all over his body from Angelus, and his now working for Viscus.
He also attacked Jenny, Resulting in the loss of his arms, but Viscus was able to rebuild and evolve the Machoke into a Machamp with a set of Metal Arms and massive AA Guns on his back, gunning straight for her.

Powers: Super Strength.
Extremely durable
Can fire the guns on his shoulders for massive damage.

Spoiler: Strider Hiryu

Name: Strider Hiryu

Karma: Good

Bio: Member of the Elite Spy Network known as The Striders, Hiryu was the best in the entire organisation.
He was tasked with scouting the Heroes and seeing if they were a threat to them.
He travelled with the group for a time as they struggled to get back home following being sent to different worlds.
During their time in the Pokemon world, he adopted a Grovyle named Blade and became his trainer as the group fought with Team Rocket.
Once he returned to HQ, He spoke of the viability of Inter-Dimensional Operations and thus brought both him and a Gardevoir named Jenny into the Striders.
He has since been promoted to the Commanding ranks of the Striders.

Powers: Armed with a Plasma Sword and many gadgets.
Super Human Speed.
Is a Ninja.

Spoiler: Blade

Name: Blade or "Strider Katana"

Karma: Good

Bio: A Low level Treecko from Kanto, Blade travelled the region with his friends until one day he was attacked by a Arbok. Had Hiryu not stepped in, he would have died.
The two soon became Pokemon and Trainer and helped see to the Downfall of Team Rocket.
During their Battles, He met Jenny, a Gardevoir victim of one of their Members, Bruiser the Machoke.
Once the Team was defeated and the Heroes gone home, he started to grow in love with Jenny, despite her being deeply traumatised by her suffering at Bruiser's hands.
He was trained in the Way of the Striders and aided the Heroes during the Monster Attack Summer.
Since then, Him and Jenny have become a official couple.

Powers: Super Speed
Uses a variety of Grass Type Moves including a set of Forearm Blades
Is a Ninja

Spoiler: Jenny

Name: Jenny or "Strider Koken'nin"

Karma: Good

Bio: Born and Raised in the Wild, Jenny spent much of her life travelling around the Pokemon World. However, during her time in Kanto, she was Captured by Team Rocket and Abused horribly by a Machoke called Bruiser. To rub salt into the wound, She was freed only when the then imprisoned Angelus (Bluerocker's Character) offered herself for her.
She was promptly thrown back out into the wild, battered and bruised and taken to a Pokemon Centre.
She met up with the Heroes and aided them in the Downfall of Team Rocket but the trauma from her abuse remained for a long time afterwards.
She along with Blade aided the Heroes during the Monster Attack Summer where she encountered Bruiser Again, this time managing to defeat him, curing her of much of her depression.
After the Monster Attacks were stopped, she was Formally induced into the Striders.
She and Blade are now currently a Official Couple.

Powers: Telepathic.
Uses a Variety of Psychic Type Moves

Spoiler: Dr. Doom

Name: Victor Von Doom

Karma: Evil-ish

Bio: A Former Member of the First Bernstein Cartel, Doom was the most incompetent villain in the group, only keeping his position thanks to the odd invention that actually worked.
Once the Cartel fell, He fought with the first Albert Wesker (Now know as Viscus) as well as the heroes.
During a trip to Medieval Camelot, He was defeated and "Killed" (Only a Doom-bot).
However, he teamed up with Bison during his take-over of Asia, Creating the Mecha-Bison..
Once that fell apart, He and the freshly revived Wesker retreated to the safest place in Doom's World: Max's Place.
Him and Wesker have been living there ever since.

Powers: Can fire lasers from his fingers.
Can summon small homing missiles.
Can summon a capsule to trap opponents Human sized Blender.
Jetpack.

Spoiler: Albert Wesker

Name: Albert Wesker

Karma: Evil-ish

Bio: Former head of the Cartel's Bio-Weapons division, Wesker attempted to strike out on his own after it fell apart and nearly infected the entire world with a Virus that disables Super-Powers.
He failed and was killed and his soul taken. However, he managed to create a AI Copy of his mind to Cheat death and set about reviving himself to finish his Plan for the world.
During Bison's Asia, The AI managed to free Wesker's Soul and Clone him, but thanks to the heroes, Bison's empire fell and he retreated with Doom to the Safest place in the world: Max's Place.
He has since given up on Bio-Weapons and has considered becoming a police officer again like back in his S.T.A.R.S. days.

Powers: RE5 Super-human abilities.
Skilled fighter.
Keen shot his his Samurai Edge Handgun.

Spoiler: Neo Cortex

Name: Dr. Neo Cortex

Karma: Evil

Bio: After being defeated by Crash at the Time-Twister Machine, Cortex was sent into the world of AA.
Shortly after arriving, he learned of the Twisted Metal Competition held by Calypso and how the winner could get anything they desired.
He managed to win the contest with the help of the Heroes and wished to kill Crash and it was granted.
But Crash had several Lives left.
Driven mad by all he endured being for nothing, he fell from Calypso's tower into the New York sewer system where he washed up on a river bank sometime later.
He would find Max's Place during his search for a Notebook full of Evil Plans that he was writing in during the Competition that ended up in Doom's hands.
Despite getting the Notebook, he ended up staying with Max as well.

Powers: Super Intelligent
Has a personalised Ray Gun with many settings
Has a personal hover board

Spoiler: Max

Name: Maximilian "Max" Christiansen

Karma: "I just want to live in a house where I can play Video Games without Super Villains knocking on my door!"

Bio: A YouTuber (Miles923) with a love for Fighting Games, Max lived a normal life until Doom came knocking on his door wishing to learn how to be a better Villain, though it mostly just resulted in them playing fighting games, Which for some reason helped.
However, his act of kindness would result in Doom petty much becoming his room-mate whenever he was out of a job.
Despite his protest, he ended up becoming the landlord for Doom, Wesker and Cortex, as Butler, Breadwinner, Janitor, Etc.
He longs for the day when he can just play Video Games in peace.

Powers: Avid Video Gamer.
Skilled at most major Fighting Games.
Looks a bit like Nicholas Cage

Rugal went to slip his wine again when his hand started to shake.
He laid down the glass, aided by his other hand, and pulled of his glove, reveling a robotic hand, a gift from his younger years in-experance.
"One moment" he asked as he pulled out a screw-driver and tended to it.

Caim looked at the dragon, wincing in memory of Angelus. He turned his head back to the group. "As far as I can tell, Tiberius would be the kind to death ray us and call it a day." He looked back at the dragon's corpse and for a moment, he could have sworn he saw his comrade in the place of the corpse. A small gasp escaped his lips, and he shook his head, regaining control.

Akasumi caught up with Alice after releasing the Jutsu. "After a shower, i need you to sit down and tell me everything you know about ten-tails and what you were just doing in my head, or me in yours. My room is just down the hallway, 110." The Uchiha girl said then took a shower, afterwards sitting in her room, waiting for Alice.

Rugal stared at his metallic hand, ensuring it was had been set alright.
"Oh Great the fate of our world rests on a coin toss..., If Tiberius does go to war with Drek, it would buy use enough time to find a way to stop Tiberius, But..."
He glanced at the heroes, Cain,Tomoya,Tux and Reimu.

"A dragon, A angel, A Knight, a little girl and ,yours Truely, a super-human Martial Artist alone can't stop him and If he does just use some kind of Dooms-day weapon, it will not matter who he strikes first, he'll just re-charge it and..."
He didn't finish.
He got up from his Throne and walked over to one of his many Self-Portraits
"I Have no wish to become a pile of ash in some burning hole in the ground and I Did not get to where I am today by waiting for the other guy to reload". he told the others.
"Well I have a plan that might just work"
He Delivered one of his Trademark Evil Grins.
"We go to Drek and offer him our help, I Said before I'm his main "Un-offical" suppier of Weapons and Tech so I can organise a lift to his HQ if you want me to, from there with his resources we can figure out how to Stop Tiberius and maybe help Drek with his plan."
"besides it comes down to a choice between saving the earth for a Villian of letting it get laid to Ruin by an even Bigger Villian"
The Heroes wondered...
"We can't de-throne Drek if the world is ruined, right?

From what i am reading this whole RP would go a lot easier if we were all in the same group.

Caim looked at the man skeptically. "Two things. One, how do you expect a Villain to easily trust us, Heroes; or so we've been designated. And Two, You want to de-throne Drek? I don't see the problem with him, aside from his homicidal tendencies, from which I can relate. I mean, this world... Kingdom, whatever, doesn't really to be in a state of disarray. Unless the man in rapidly slaughtering subjects, I see no reason for us to not leave him be."

The other Heroes looked at Caim like he was insane.

"What? What's the point in attacking the guy if we have no reason? I'm just here because of that guy." He pointed at Tomoya. "Unless the world is in jeopardy, like now, I don't really have any motivation here. Aside from rending Tiberius' head from his shoulders. I want him dead, most certainly."
