Phoenix was in awe at the Fact that Tomoya pulled a gun from nothing.
He refocused and said "server room?... OH YEAH! Just up the stairs behind the guys with the guns, then to the right, it's signposted, you go first, I can barely take a punch, let alone a bullet..." He said he backed away from the door.
Tomoya nodded to his directions, he then suddenly jumped out of the doorway on behind a convenient concrete chest high wall, "Well that was really convenient" Tomoya muttered grimly as the bullets came directly over him.
Tomoya tightly grabbed the rifle and started to shoot and knock out three of the troops.
Phoenix went to slide behind cover, but lost momentum half way though.
He crawled behind the wall and covered his head as Tomoya shot at the guards.

The head of the factory watched the battles from the from the security room.
He cursed and came to a hard choice.
"We'll have to use the prototype, Activate M.A.N.G.O."
Sonic sprinted into a large room near the centre of the factory and braked at an obscured ledge. It seemed eerily dark, with a lot of seemingly empty space in the middle. Before he could get creeped out enough to leave, though, the door clanged behind him. Slowly, some lights started turning on from the other side of the room, making him unable to make out the silhouette of whatever was in there...
I'm too tired to describe the superweapon, or whatever M.A.N.G.O. is right now. Everyone has leave to do whatever they like with Sonic (except killing him) until I get back.
Tomoya kept on shooting until he heard a cranking noise coming from the gun, he shot half of the rest of the guard before light began to emit from it, "What the..." Tomoya yelled as he looked at the malfunctioning gun.
As the light got bigger and the noise got louder, Tomoya knew one thing he had to do, he threw the gun as hard as he could, it landed right into the pack of guards surrounding the entrance, then suddenly...
*KABLAM*
A massive light engulfed the building, when the light faded, the guard where unconscious and Tomoya laid still looking at his hand, sighting faint crack from his palms, "It cannot be, my sentence as an angel is almost through....BUT I HAVENT DONE SHIT YET!" he yelled at himself whilst looking at the light emitting from the cracks, they faded shortly after, but didn't help Tomoya to focus, he just kept sitting there behind the cover...looking at his hands.
Phoenix saw Tomoya's outburst.
"Come on then! If thats the case then we can't wait around, your the only one who can keep Rugal busy, If I can get the Evidence, then I can put him away for good!"
________________________________________________________________________________________________Rugal was enjoying a hard earned victory Wine When a guard ran in.
"My Lord! The Royal Standard has been attacked!"
Rugal began to think about which business of his it was.
"You know what?...I don't care, It's just a Tobacco Farm..."
"Actually, It's a strip club..."
"Oh...well my stance remains..." he said before taking a slip of his wine.
Dillon, who had finished off most of the guards, took time to hide and look at the disc, and the images he'd extracted. the image of the factory with the the entire wall east wall destroyed. however he couldn't bring himself to look further.
"How cruel for fate to give me the means of knowing my inevitable demise, I believed myself able to accept my fate if I could just know it, but now my dreams are forever haunted. Instead of being empowered I feel weak, powerless. I do not see a chance for me to truly make amends." he bowed his head, his regret carved deep into his face.
Dillon crept his way the disc once again hidden in his jacket. He carefully moved away from the factory, his adrenaline and anger had dissipated as did his power, as potent as the black lightning was, it taxed heavily on his stamina. Though this was nothing near to how emotionally drained he felt considering his fate, he could not bear to to risk a look at his own death or future events.
Dillon had no idea where to go, he guessed he could try to find phoenix but he felt the lawyer would be to busy trying to find the last bit of evidence, and Dillon would only slow him down.
I'm going through some rough shit, and since I'm my own character Dillon is now a depressed loser, though I did work hard to make it consistent with the plot. You know I just realized, every tome the real me gets all weepy the aa me does too, i dunno maybe its cathartic or something.
Just as Dillon was having his breakdown, the giant robot shoved Sonic through the wall, and they came out right next to him. The robot seemed to be trying to squash Sonic against the nearby wall. Dillon, however, wasn't in the right frame of mind to stop him getting crushed further.
Eventually, though, the robot stopped pushing and pulled its arm back, presumably to finish the hedgehog with a punch. Pulling himself off the ground, Sonic rolled out of the way just in time, running away from the giant hole in the wall and pulling Dillon along with him. "I don't know what that thing is," he said, "but if it gets loose we'll have bigger problems than hard-to-find evidence!"
M.A.N.G.O Broke though the wall and began sending out small explosive drones towards everyone.
Phoenix...didn't take that too well...
"OHMYSWEETFUCKINGHOLYDEVINEGODWHATTHEFUCKISTHAT?!" he screamed as Tomoya dragged him onwards
Tomoya kept on running as the drones flew over head, ignoring the screams of Phoenix, As they almost got to the server room's door a drone almost hit them but Tomoya roundhouse kicked it back at the robot, "Eat that you electronic ass!" Tomoya said as he let Phoenix go and pushed him to the server room, "Go inside there and grab the evidence, I'll stand guard.".
The Robot didn't notice the drone blowing up in it's face armour and just kept attacking everything in sight.
Phoenix meanwhile was rooting though the DataBase for anything he could use.
"Well, there is no use sitting around here. Let us leave this mountain."
She gave a motion of her head, indicating for the humans to get upon her back.
Tomoya laughed as it grabbed it, easily fending off the pressure of its hands, "You pretty just grabbed a metal rod robot" Tomoya still laughing as he managed to get his arms out and hold them in the air.
As he slammed them down a massive lightning bolt came from the roof and hit the robot.
M.A.N.G.O. went offline and Fell forwards while still holding Tomoya.
The Robot was about to land on top of him.
Phoenix covered his eyes.

Rugal was overlooking his WAOA Conquest.
It wasn't going well...
Joel saw Rugal's power fade. PERFECT! He rushed forward, charging his own energy, and smashed into Rugal, before pinning him down. "NOW!"
Some TNT Joes dog piled onto Rugal blasting him multiple times for good measure. The others stood near-by watching Rugal carefully so he didn't slip out.
"Alek fire the laser!" They cried.
Rugal was near Comatose.
"hehehehahaha...I've...already won...The damage...to Space/Time...will leave you....all in eternal conflict...no matter what...you do...more will come...Heroes...Villains...it will never end...you...might kill me...but...I will SEE YOU ALL! IN HELL! HAHAHAHAHAH!" He taunted as he awaited his fate.
Preginald teleported to the top of Alek's war machine and was manually operating the doomsday laser.
"Oh just shut up and die you long winded bastard."
Preginald fired The Doomsday Laser and hit Rugal, completely annihilating his physical form, leaving only a black, vaguely Rugal-shaped stain on the concrete.
Rugal's Bionic Eye fell to the ground before powering down...
"...The Fuck?!"
Just letting you all know how the WAOA Rugal got on.
Also, planning to Retire Rugal after this Arc.
As the robot was falling, Sonic had looped back to where he'd been before. He saw that it was falling, and that Phoenix was likely (or thought he was likely) to be crushed under it. With very little time to spare, he dashed under the robot's arc, pulling the lawyer away as he did.
The robot crashed to the ground, making a very loud noise that completely drowned out the just-beginning alarm klaxons. "You okay?" Sonic asked Phoenix as soon as he was sure he would be heard.
