Former Member of the Bernstein Cartel, He used his Nation of Shadowlaw (Formerly Thailand) as a front for the groups monetary operations.
Once Rugal died, he began his own plans for world domination and with the Heroes out of way, he made worrying progress...

Powers: Flight, Mind Control, Teleportation, , Control over the Psycho Power, Granting him great superhuman strength and mastery of Psychic Powers

Spoiler: Dr Doom

The Runt of the litter of the Cartel, Doom was in charge of the Groups Technical advances, when he wasn't drunk, eating yoghurt or watching My Little Pony.
As Ruler of Latveria, by which I mean his house and backyard, he thinks REALLY highly of himself.
Everyone else though...
He was killed in battle by the heroes but thats what the Doombots are for.

Powers: Hidden Weapons and gadgets in his armour, Jetpack, "Da Fingerlazors!"

Spoiler: Albert Wesker

Current Owner of Aperture Science/Tricell Inc., Wesker was in Charge of the Cartel's Bio-Weapons Division. Once Rugal was killed, he attempted to infect the entire world with a virus that suppressed super-powers but was defeated by Stella and Shadow, his soul taken.
Thankfully, he made a copy of his mind of a Aperture AI Core which is now in a Aperture "P-Body" Type Robot. He plans to find Stella and force her to give his soul back so he can be human again.

Powers: Super Genius.

Spoiler: Bruiser the Machoke

A Former Member of Team Rocket, Bruiser was involved in the the Torture and Shadow Transformation of Angelus back in the Pokemon Realm. Thanks to the Efforts of Caim and several of the group's Pokemon, Angelus was freed and Team Rocket was ruined. He attempted to assassinate Angelus and Caim, but was sent to a desert Island in the middle of the sea during a Teleport.
He then went on to drift onto a beach in Hawaii, won Mr. Universe and joined Bison for a chance at payback.

Powers: Super Strength, more so if he takes off the power limiting belt that all Machokes wear

Spoiler: Kazuya Mishima

The Former right hand man of Rugal since he travelled back to 1600's Japan, He betrayed Rugal and played a key part in his downfall. Since then, he has aided the heroes in the defeating of the rest of that Cartel, but why?...
He went undercover in Bison's organisation as he waited for the heroes, serving him well and being granted control of a massive R&D development house called the "G Corporation" as reward.

Powers: Master of Mishima Style Martial Arts, Gained minor Arch Angel Power from Rugal, but due to the nature of the transfer, it has the side effect of creating a sort of "Devil Trigger" state.

As Tomoya walked out of the Lightning Hawk's entrance hanger he was about to speak. "Okay everyone I have bad...WHA...Ugh" Tomoya was interrupted by flying muffins, a lemon, some kind of futuristic gas, NEED MORE PYLONS! weird future machinery, a virus which he was totally immune to and a copy of My Little Pony. "What the hell is this shit!?" He yelled as he threw the copy of My Little Pony into the air and yelled. "Pull!". The ship's turret auto locked onto the DvD and blasted it to kingdom come.

He then looked to the groups who had already began making alliances. "Ugh, okay to everyone I have some bad new" Tomoya said as he activated a holographic screen on his watch and it showed everyone M.Bison's message.

====Meanwhile at Shaun's house.====

He sat on his computer and laughed at Chillz's newest post. "Hmm I wonder when he is going to be GM anyway. Then he made this face and said...

"Wow... a team up of video game supervillains... this should be interesting..."
Said the Nerd while sitting on the floor. They just survived an attack by xenomorphs and a crash course to the sun. He's ready for anything. "So, you know these guys?"
"yeah, we.........."
Suddenly, the nerd's sight and hearing were becoming blurry, and he had this light fuzzy warm feeling.

He wakes up in his bedroom. "Was that all just a dream?" He looks around him. Everything seems normal. He looks at his watch. "Shit I'm late for the shooting! I wonder if Doug will be mad at me." He continues on his normal life.

The Phone rang in Kazuya's office.
"Sir, Project MSHVSF is ready for activation..."
Kazuya thought back the the Gouki he knew from 1600's, how things changed...
"I'll be right down..." he said as he got up and went to the basement.

Once down there, He saw the Machine wired up to the Building reactor in order to give it the jump it needed to activate.
He pushed the button and awaited it return to life.

Stella smirked. "Don't worry my little buddy! You're the perfect shield! If anyone tried to kill me and succeeds in doing so, you're soul gets sacrificed and destroyed so i can regenerate!" She said hugging him some more. "Doesn't that sound wonderful? you'll be able to faithfully serve your master!" she said.


Meanwhile over near Rip and Sev. "Mein Commandant? Are you alright?" shew asked him, concerned about the ponies.

"I'M SUPER! THANKS FOR ASKING!" Sev marched off towards Asia, but not before flipping off the Heroes.

Mech-Akuma slowly rose, at first disorientated yet strangely energised. Part of him now felt unfamiliar, he looked at his new arm, the implants going up to his face. He was aware that the augmentations went as far as his eye, he now could see far more clearly then before. Noticing Kazuya, he walked towards him, still somewhat fixated on his arm.

"So you the one responsible for my resurrection, I should thank you then".

"You can thank Bison, he ordered it, I merely oversaw your production, Now, if you wish, I can arrange a sparring parter for you..." Kazuya replied as he pulled out a phone to call Bruiser.

"If you may please." He needed to test his new form, was he now as strong as he was before? Or sronger? These thoughts hung around his head as he continued to inspect his arm. It was strange, far larger then expected. It was as if someone installed thrusters into it.....

He decided he would fight as if he was holding back like he usually did, see what this transformation had brought about.

Kazuya made the call and brought Cyber Akuma to his personal Training room where Brusier the Machoke was lifting weights, by which I mean All of the them at once.
"234...235...236...Oh, Hey Kaz, This the punching Bag you were on about" He said before droping the massive pile of weights from over his head onto the ground.
"Well...Stall we?..." He asked as he flexed a bit before getting into a boxing stance.
Kazuya leaned against a wall and watched.

Mech-Akuma parried the blow effortlessly, Its like he is moving in slow-motion.

He was sent flying into the opposite wall.

Bruiser went clean though the wall, causing Kazuya to wince then chuckle a little bit.
The Machoke Got up and cracked his neck.
"It's try that again...I hit you, you fall down, Got it?" He said before picking up a large chunk of bent metal and threw it at Akuma.

Akuma stood there, waiting for the metal to near. Just before it hit.....

"My turn then" Lets see how stong a light one is.

The Shoryuken connected with Bruiser's chin and knocked him into the Floor above before gravity brought him back down.
He landed face first and punched the ground before getting back up and Grabbed Akuma and punched him back across the Training room and into a wall.
"YEAH! GET UP FROM TH-"
Akuma got up completely un-fazed.
"-Attttuummmmmmm..." he trailed off.
Kazuya wished he had popcorn.

The Fireball raced towards Bruiser who barely dodged it.
He advanced, leapt up and attempted to land a aerial smash on Akuma.
He ate another Shoryuken for his troubles.
Once he landed again, he decided to go all out and took off his power limiting belt.
"Right then Mr. Roboto, How do ya like THIS?!" He said as he trusted his hands into the floor and did this:

Once Bruiser started to get up, Akuma launched him up into the air.

Bruiser was knocked into another wall, at whcih point Kazuya had enough of the massive damage this fight was causing.
"Alright, that's enough, Your basic systems should be fully online and you've both caused enough damage already..."
Bruiser forced himself up "But Kaz-"

Bruiser snarled like a angry child as he put on his belt and went for Doom.
