As Tomoya landed, Cortex finally found the answer he needed thanks to a cable that was dragging behind the truck.
"THERE! If you can't beat the Truck, Beat the Driver! If I can get to the cable, I can blast the driver away with the MKV Ray Gun. But How?...Think, Cortex, THINK!" The Doctor stated as he leaned out of the cab to point at the Ice Truck.
Tomoya added his opinion to his problem, booting Cortex out of the cab window before jumping out after him, Landing on his back like a Snow Board towards the loose cable.

Dark Tooth's driver was dumbstruck at the sight of a Lightning Winged College Student using a Mad Scientist as a Snowboard. He sped up and vaulted over a ramp to another building, keeping up the volleys of Napalm Cones.

The thought of stupidity soon caught up to Tomoya as he was riding the big head of Cortex. "I guess this wasn't a good idea after all...hehe." chuckled Tomoya as he kept dodging the cones and was making his way to the loose cable. "I guess it was a good idea to go on that school skii trip. How about you?" Tomoya asked Cortex but only saw his head grinding into the ground.

Tomoya shrugged as he looked back onto the prize. As he got close to the cable he managed to catch it and almost fell off, but kept his balance on the boar...head. Then the crazy gravel skiing started except Tomoya was slowly moving up the cable, his hands were starting to bleed but he knew that it was nothing compared to Cortex.

Charlie Kane? Looked at his rear-view Mirror and spotted Tomoya holding on to the loose cable. He immediately switched to reverse, going from top speed in forward to vice versa instantly.

Cortex tried to protest this in-humane treatment in-between mouthfuls of gravel.
"GethurmgrunsOffaergxnelugnraMEEEEEE-" He was cut short by Tomoya going over a few broken windows to avoid Dark Tooth.
Spitting out broken glass, the two were launched into the air by Dark Tooth Jumping a building.
The Doctor looked down.
"NononononoNONONONOOOOO-"

In order to avoid falling to their deaths, Tomoya landed Cortex onto a Telephone line, Manhood first.
The Angel winced at what he just put the Doctor though but pressed on.
The Grinding was a metaphor for Cortex's Soul being torn apart.

The door to a building rooftop opened, and a Japanese girl in a red and white plain kimono walked out into the open. She was greeted by the carnage of just general mayhem.
"Hora Hora, what is going on here?" She said in her silky smooth voice. "Perhaps attempting to track down and meet the Lightning Angel is not as easy a task as Sensei said it would be..." Akane Tomoe stated rather obviously, right until a demonic Ice Cream Truck blasted right by, with Dr Cortex and what appeared to be a Japanese Student riding him...as a skateboard? Akane tipped her head in confusion as one of her ears twitched.

"Dafuq?" She said.

"Akane Tomoe is my name. I am simply trying to find someone. I certainly wasn't expecting to follow a lead up to the rooftops to find ... whatever madness this is. May I ask who you are?" Akane replied

"My name is Calypso. I am the host of Twisted Metal, the competition that you see before you. I'm afraid you weren't invited to take part in this."

"THIS...IS THE WORST....PPPPPPPPAIIINNNN EVER......" Cortex shouted slowly as his nuts were crushed to dust.
A few metal clamps on the wire came into view, causing them to impact off the Doctor over and over, allowing Cortex to change his comment on the worse pain ever.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHAAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA OH GOD!"

Akane then heard a loud slam as A giant robot stood on the same roof top as her.

He placed a large Popcorn Machine onto the roof.

"Buttered or Salted Madame?" He said in a friendly yet somewhat aristocratic tone.

Akane very nearly fell off her perch at the giant robot's arrival. "Eto.... Ano... Caramel popcorn if you could...?" She shakily responded.

Dark Tooth dodged half of Puce's assault, then handbrake turning 720 degrees to throw off the bots. The then retaliated with a Napalm Laughing Ghost Barrage at both Spectre and Kurumu bcked up with a constant hail of Napalm Cones.

Tomoya and Cortex kept scaling the Cable from behind Dark Tooth, Cortex now limp and lifeless thanks to his in-human treatment.
Crash...Crash...I kill you dead... He thought to himself as he awaited his trial to be over.
