"Right! Now, where did my irritating mortal go...?"

Oh dear

Angelus' face fell when she saw that the beast was trying to crush Caim, and in the process of flying towards the right shoulder, she 'sent' "Flee, you great fool!"

Irritated, Caim's voice came back to her, "You know, some aerial assistance would be helpful too!"

"I'm doing the best I can! Off you go, Luna!"

After launching the Riolu into the air, the dragon tucked her wings into her sides as she pulled off a nose dive down into the shadow of the falling beast. Luck would have it that she saw Caim doing his best to scale the wall, jumping around on various crags. The dragon let out a roar, and the swordsman's relief flooded her system. With another well placed jump, the dragon felt Caim's weight on her back once again; and she opened her wings. Using the momentum she created, the dragon flew back upward, creating a U shape of sorts.

Finding light again, the two watched as the creature fell where they were only seconds ago. With Caim's determination lightly prodding her mind, the dragon winged over and began to set fire to the giant once again.

Dillon had been flying after his daughter.
The Caim could see that Dillon was using his unfulfilled aggression to shield himself from fear, He didn't mind since it appeared few else were able to handle the projection.

Dillon drew his two blades.
While his katana did have a golden light emanating from it, this was just Excalibur.
"I'm starting to wonder how best to fight a giant rock monster." he shouted over to Caim who shrugged.
Dillon then decided the best idea would be the simplest, whack it repeatedly until it died.
He couldn't resonate or use his ultimate attack but he could still fight.

After feeling Red Mage hug him, Tomoya was feeling uncomfortable after it. The announcement that Dillon's daughter was gone was pretty big, but Tomoya was focusing on Dillon himself. He could feel something, something different, Tomoya thought he might be the other Excalibur due to it's true power. Tomoya shook his head, he didn't like that sword, it's power was the same as the others but some part of it failed. Tomoya didn't know the answer.

As Tomoya walked around the ship, he had noticed that others had gone into combat with the beast. Tomoya was thinking of just staying out of this one until his power was recharged. The fact that everyone had wings kind of insulted Tomoya, wings only belong to angels. The Original Seven Archangels have already heard about this, they may act soon. The bad part is...Tomoya is the 7th original Archangel.

The giant rock Monster didn't like the annoying little creature attacking him.
it tried to squash Dillon but he had learned from the junk Golems but he was in some trouble.

"Thanks This thing is getting to me, I want to crush it but I feel like I can't
Wait what did you mean by broken-"
Suddenly Dillon Rolled backward in pain
"By the shadows of Shakuras, that is painful." Dillon yelled incredibly loud
"Oh and thanks for saving me but how'd you get that body? I thought you were a doll again."

Red stared angrily at the beast, with all these attacks coming in, it budged only in annoyance. The mage clapped his hands together and formed a bright transmutation array in front of his hands, a great circle inset with a single triangle.

What happened next was a great blur, a beam of light lurched forth from the array and hit the great rock beast in the arm. What had been caught in the light began o decay, and soon tons and tons of mud sloshed from the moving mountain's body. Red looked at his handiwork and nodded contently to himself.

It wasn't enough to hinder the beast by any means, but it certainly did look impressive.

Angelus roared as she began to turn her attention back to the grassier areas of the great rock beast. She had seen it react adversely against her fires, and decided that would be the best course of action. Bringing her fires onto the creature, the dragon could not help but feel a bit apprehensive to attacking this great beast. However, Caim's insistence to attacking her doubts pulled through again, and the dragon attacked once more; with a quick burst of confidence.

Dillon looked
"Please I tried to fight but I cant take it any more."
Dillon was getting hysterical, his eyes were wide in fear, he could taste vomit in his mouth and the blood had drained from his face, he was going into shock he needed help.

Luna had landed on the creatures shoulder and used force palm upon landing, making a crater. Luna watched the hands go over her hole harmlessly and she began pounding forcepalm into the the shoulder over and over.

The announcer... well announced.

The green flashes had gotten to the point where it looked like a strobe light coming out of a hole on the thing's back.

a bit later
Dillon readied both blades.
"OK Round two Mother-F#$%er"
Dillon had picked up some nasty weapons, some grenades, Dynamite, a launcher that used steam pressure to fire any ammo at high speeds. he planned on F$%&ing that thing up real good.

Dillon flew out and began to salef narrate
"Dillon used Double slash.
"Dillon used Glass grenade"
"Dillon used fly"

it went on as he went to town on that monster, it was getting large craters form the weaponry Dillon was using, the Glass grenade had the power of ten sticks of dynamite rolled into one deadly throwing weapon.

MOAR firepower? ALWAYS a good thing!

Akane stopped her barrage of fireballs as well, and listened to Aftan.

"I am not sure. I have one idea. Take my hand and trust in me, Friend." Akane said.

Aftan reached out tentatively and Akane grasped her hand, interlocking them. Fire began to dance in the Kitsune's eyes and her tails began to glow red. Aftan felt a pressure, a heat building up and flowing through the Fox-Demon. Flames began to openly dance over Akane's body, blue foxfire spreading along her outstretched arm to Aftan.

'Fire is life. Fire is death. Fire is Destruction. Fire is birth. Feel it flow, accept it and let it dance over you, let it burn through you. Feed it, nuture it, guide it. Then let it take its course.' Aftan heard in her head, the voice of Akane soothing and calm.

Aftan accepted Akane's words, letting the energy flow through her and the fire grow within her. Bright orange flames began to flicker all over her, highlighting the blue flames on Akane. Foxfire and Phoenixfire mixed and matched, blue and orange mixing to form pure white. Fire in the shape of a Fox danced in Akane's eyes and a flaming Phoenix burned brightly in Aftan's eyes. The two warrior's looked to each other, linked by a bond no other could share. Taking the same stance, the two girls raised their free hands and aimed at Alperer.

If Red Mage's beam of light was something cool to behold, the duo's blast of Fire was awesomely epic. A blast of pure white fire erupted from the hanger of the Rising Dawn towards Alperer. Dillion was about to attack the beast but sensed the attack coming and grabbed Luna before speeding out of the way. Red and Caim both saw the attack and steered clear, forming up with Jenny and Blade's craft.

Striking the giant beast dead center in it's back, the Fireblast burnt right through Alperer leaving a giant burning hole 20 feet wide straight through the monster.

Completely drained, Aftan began to fall to the hanger floor, only to be caught by Akane. Wrapping her arm around the Knight's shoulder and then pulling the Knight's arm around her shoulder, Akane held them both steady. They looked down upon the enemy beast and the damage they had caused it.

"Was that enough firepower for you?" Akane teased, all but spent herself.

Her boisterous laughter filled the hanger as Aftan seemed to be loosening up.

"You can use that fireblast when I properly teach you the technique to do it without my spirit guiding you. As for whoever summoned these monsters, you can not. That bastard is mine. And you can not take a nap, I am unsure as to wether this beast is dead yet. After that I guess it is my turn to tuck you into bed, no?" Akane replied to young Knight, smiling all the way.

"Pushy? Well, maybe. But I would rather teach you the specifics of that technique, rather than let you literally burn yourself inside out from it. Perhaps I seem pushy to you because I am in debt to you for saving my life. You do know that you have my eternal gratitude, and a life sized favour to repay to you, hai?" Akane explained to Aftan, her head bowed as she looked into the cloud of dust.

"Arigato, Aftan. It has been so long since I too have had someone to call a true friend. Fire-forged, eh?" Akane softly replied, chuckling at her bad pun.

"Kitsune must uphold their debts, it is just a part of what we are. We are only freed from the debt once it has been paid sufficently, or we are released by the holder of the favour. A Kitsune very rarely tells a holder of a debt that they have a favour, mostly we either stay close by or join the travelling party or village until we can repay our favour, sometimes even becoming close friends or family to those they owe.

But, enough talk of such matters. I think we have dealt the killing blow to this monster. I think we can retire from the battle now, Red and Caim, Dillion and Amaya, Blade and Jenny, even Red Mage are all still fresh and ready to do battle."

Genki had just pulled his mind back into insanity as Duke reloaded the RPG and Devastator. The Genkimobile spun and faced Alperer head on. Barrages of Rockets flew as Duke launched himself onto the gargantuan's head. He raised his boot.



MIGHTY FOOT ENGAGED.

When Tomoya passed the hanger a giant blast of light came from it. Not shielding his eyes but Tomoya could see the Young Knight and Akane in the blast. "Not bad, not bad at all..." Tomoya said to himself as he decided to walk back to his room to get some sleep and have a shower. He was still tired from his last battle.

"So with both of us too tired to stand on our own, should we go to your bed or mine? BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Akane joked, laughing loudly.

"Oh Gods, I am so terrible some days. Sorry Aftan, I could not resist!" the Kitsune finished, still laughing.

The duo stopped, having reached the dorms. Aftan realised that Akane's swishing tails did feel quite soft...

Alperer was battered, blown up, Danced on and burning thanks the efforts of the Heroes and began to retreat from a hopeless battle, His Fear Factor wearing off as his focus shifted from fight to flight, shaking his head to try and knock Duke's Mighty Feet off his head.

Blade and Jenny soon recovered from their episode and took to the skies again after the beast.

Akane nodded and let her friend go, making her way back to her room and soft bed.

'Perhaps that joke was a bit too close to home... I shall apologise in the morning. For now, sleeeeeeeeeeeep.' Akane thought as she impacted the bed facefirst, shrugging the covers over herself before falling straight into a deep sleep.

Dylan wasn't aware of the things happening outside, and as he looked in the window nearby, he saw the others beating up a giant rock monster.
"So that was the monster that teared down paris, and they managed to defeat it quickly.Wow, those guys... uuhh...rock. I wish I could have joined the party though, but I guess they can handle it themselves."
He enjoyed the rest of the show while sipping on a can of soda.
