A sigh came from Tomoya, "You think I don't know that? I just bought all of his victims back to life and saw how they died. I'm thinking of bringing this guy to Jack myself...frankly I don't even see I reason why I should not do it right now." Tomoya scowled and looked at Red Mage. Another sigh and Tomoya let go of the scowl.

Yu on the other hand was left with Slindis who commented on his gray hair. "Sorry, I was born with this hair. I do believe I have not met you yet." Yu spoke with his usual non-emotional look before he bowed in a japanese like manner. "I'm Yu Narukami. Nice to meet you." Yu said once again.

"Ugh, anyway. Do any of you have an invitation. Yu and I don't have one." Tomoya bluntly said.

"A wedding? That can wait until after we deal with Red Mage, here and now. And don't worry, he is going to Jack. The portal to Hell will drop this murderer right at his feet." Akane growled. Was the Arch Angel nuts?

David actually gave the idea of Dillon/Amaya's wedding some thought, What would the children be like? Rich Boy Ninja's with godlike powers?
It was that that moment he realised he didn't get one either.
"You sure you didn't get one? I mean I thought you and Dillon were friends." He asked as Akane threatened Red Mage.

"Eh? Oh, Kurumu. Yeah I'm fine, just...Really starting to feel out gunned now..." David answered as he watched Puce and Akane deal with Red Mage.
"So much power to change the world...and this is what he does. And I can't do jack shit about it." He sighed.
"Say, you get an Invite to this Wedding people are on about?"

Puce missed that part of the conversation....

Akane was not happy. She had this bastard and intended to send him to Hell, as she promised.

"So he is innocent now, but not minutes ago he asked us if we would help him to regain the 100 million souls that he just lost. He INTENDS to kill again, and I cannot let that happen! I WON'T LET THAT HAPPEN!" the Kistune roared at Puce.

Puce sighed and prepared to do something he did not want to do. He felt a hand upon his shoulder, and turned to see Angelus holding him back.

"Akane is correct Puce. Mere minutes ago he confirmed he would murder all those souls again, and for a purpose he has deemed fit to keep secret from us. We cannot allow him freedom nor forgiveness."

"Yeah it's all true." David agreed.

Beneath his hat, RM smiled at it all.

"Fiiiine. Lead the way Fur Ball"

Hadrian frowned. He never recalled telling her, let alone revealing what he is to anyone, then again, that comment that the dragon woman made earlier probably hinted her of his true nature.

"...Alright, then." He turned on his heel, and began walking back up the hallway, smelling the air for traces of the kitsune. It helped that he practically had buried his in her tail before.

Eventually, he lead them outside, and they found that the ship has landed in the middle of a large field.

"Huh. I don't recall this thing approaching the groun-" He cut himself off after catching sight of Akane, as well as a few of the other passengers, and it seemed that tensions were rather high.

How do ya do, friend?

Hadrian leapt from the ship, landing between the group and RM.

"Alright, what's all this bickering about?" He dusted himself off from the landing, looking at the others expectantly. "Hm?"

RM laughed heartily, at everyone, but mostly Akane. "This is truly amaszing!" the mage in red turned around and spread his arms out against the blue sky, "all of your and your righteousness, yet you work against yourselves as you confer to stop me." He turned to the group again, "I wish I could tell you what I plan to do."

The ring of hellfire burned intensely around him, glinting off his eyes of dazzling green. He held his hand in front of him.

"Fragment of the one greatest Lord,
Release thy heavenly retribution
Blade of cold, black nothingness
Become my power, become my body
Together, let us walk the path of destruction
And smash even the souls of the Gods

Chaos, Come Forth!"

From his hands lurched a shard of blackness, oblivion made reality. A blade brimming in chaos and feigned reality. Bolts of shadow and darkness lashed out from the sword as the mage struggled to bring it under control. It shook in his hands violently, growing and sparking across a thousand planes. Chaos energy began to dissipate and reform in the sword, and the Ragna Blade began to lash out uncontrollably.

Without further warning, the Ragna Blade exploded, tearing apart the portal to hell, and nearly incapacitating Red Mage. The mage in red lay crouched, his hands burnt from the overflowed Chaos energy. He smiled unkindly, "the Lord has become restless."

Slindis nodded and laughed gently. [color=c20000]"I'm Slindis, and it's a pleasure to meet you. Hopefully I can train you up quickly, because it looks like you don't have all that much experience with a weapon at all."[/color] The spells that she had cast to combat RM were beginning to fade away, although the ablative spells were still intact. The drow continued out of curiosity. [color=c20000]"As a matter of fact, I'd not be surprised if you were still being educated. And what's this I'm hearing about some kind of wedding?[/color]

David watched the unfolding events, He knew full well that he couldn't do crap against Red Mage, Even if he seemed weakened now.
Then Slindis asked about the Wedding.
"The guy who owns the Airship is hitching up with a Ninja. Should be a barrel of laughs if there is a barrel of drink. Don't think we're on the guest list though..."

A golden letter suddenly appeared in Tomoya's hand. "Wait wha-" Tomoya turned away from the group and began to read it. The letter had Tomoya's name and also Best man written on it.

"Greetings
If you are reading this you have been invited to The Wedding Of DIllon and Amaya, the wedding will be in a few days, the location is in a castle enclosed is your official invitation do not lose or attempt to exchange this invitation it will also pinpoint the location. we await your Arrival."

After reading the letter, two rings fell out (Because you know Best man protects the rings until the ceremony). Nodding to it, Tomoya put the rings in his magical lightning atom inventory. After converting the rings to lightning (Don't worry) Tomoya turned to the Rising Dawn. "I guess I have to return this. Tomoya shrugged.

Before leaving Tomoya did notice the two new people's names. Turning to Red Mage and not giving a single fuck in the world, "So what do we do with him...killing gives him a easy way out...sending him to Hell would make his life...well Hell...Your thoughts Akane? Could your master pick him up" Tomoya asked the foxy woman.

Yu blinked multiple times after hearing the strange woman Slindis. "What?" Yu simply asked, all the time he used his two handed katana against monsters showed up in his mind. "I may still be in school but I have handed my weapon well." Yu said calmly.

Red Mage looked up at Tomoya, "That would only work if you had the means to both imprison me, or kill me. This little party has gotten very far ahead of themselves." The mage in red lowered his hat so shadow's covered his face, his eyes glowed sharply and were filled with a fierceness. "If anyone here could incapacitate me, then I beckon them to try. The same Lord that promised me freedom also enslaves me to life."

RM got up from the floor and dusted himself off, a trickle of blood colored the palms of his hands. His staff flew into his hands, and began to fill his body with soft healing light.

"If Death comes, I will banish him. If fire sears the flesh from my bones, I will live on and rejuvenate. If the soul be torn from this form, then another body I will generate. For all purposes, my immortality is set."

Red Mage looked at Puce, "It is true boy, even a mage as powerful as I cannot slay gods without assistance." The mage in red shook his head, pale white hair drifted from side to side, "If I did work unassisted, the outcome is very unpredictable rather. It is a hundred million, or two, to guarantee the safety of this world."

The Ruby Die was silent.

"If I have made my intentions known to all, then take my warning. Try not to stop me," RM stood up and bowed deeply, before tendrils of shadows tore from behind the veil of the physical plane and enveloped him, pulling the Red Mage into the infinite Astral Plane, and leaving the grass he once stood on dead and toxic.

Hadrian was beginning to lose his patience with the Shadow Knight, but avoided saying anything about it, choosing to address Aftan with the current issue at hand.

"If it is not too much trouble, I'd like an explanation for all this later. I am still somewhat lost, at the moment."

Hadrian snorted, but gave a slight nod to the Knight

"I accept your reluctant apology," He looked into Gabrielle's eyes in silence, frowning a bit. "I take it that you don't like me very much, huh?"

Caim's gaze remained steely, but after a comforting hand on his shoulder from Angelus, he relaxed slightly, his shoulder sagging in light of recent events.

"He talks about slaying the Gods. Angelus and I have killed a few things that called themselves that, or have been considered such in our world. I can't help but wonder why he'd need souls to kill any other Gods. How strong mus they be? What will happen if they die? I'm worried, to put it simply."

Angelus nodded, and patted the turtle's head, "This does not bode well for any of us. I understand the sentiment, Caim."

Ton Ton clung to Puce's leg, a hand bundling up the material. He looked up at the energy wielder and asked; "What're they all talking about? Killing a 'God'? Will that hurt Mistress?"

Why yes I scoff at you, sir! I may even throw in a derisive snort!

Hadrian deflated a bit after hearing the Shadow Knight's words. Then he gave a sad little laugh, looking to the side.

"I have to say that I don't feel the same way when I look at you."

He crouched down to her height, looking her in the face.

"You know nothing of my deeds, Gabrielle. I never thought myself above others. Being a Guardian is nothing more than a job. It does have it's perks, but it doesn't automatically make me better than others. I have never deserted anyone in need of help, nor I never stabbed anyone in the back..." He paused, before chuckling. "... at least in the relational sense."

He stood up straight, and looked down at the sobbing woman. He pointed a finger her, with narrowed eyes, and spoke with steel in his voice.

"Do not doubt my convictions. I will fight for the good of others, all the way to my death."

Here is a snip that came from the past!(meaning that Hadrian's following reply happened before Gabrielle's outburst)

Hadrian looked at Caim, with an eyebrow raised.

"So this fool mage intends to kill the Gods without knowing, or caring about the consequences?"

Oho, no you didn't! You sir, are a rank, rump-fed, puttock!

Hadrian crossed his arms, still looking down at Gabrielle, feeling sympathetic. He lost his family too, after all. Eventually, he put a hand to his chest, and bowed.

"Well then, I shall do my best to earn your trust!" He then raised his fist in the air and shouted out in earnest. "AND THEN SOME!"

Caim nodded, and typed, an electronic voice enunciating;

"That's what he said. However, I think that his idea of 'consequences' for their deaths will create a twisted form of freedom... I think. I'm not too sure. Whatever he has in mind, it doesn't sound good."

However this train of thought was interrupted by Gabrielle's outburst, and Kurumu's subsequent notion of Angelus dressing up. The dragon in question laughed, and said, "I'm afraid your plans are dashed, Kurumu. I believe the bride and groom wanted me to act as minister in my true form, not this one."

Caim smirked lightly at the memory, and gave a small snort of amusement;

"You were saying I was in trouble, Kurumu?"

-Speaking of backstories...-

Ton Ton shuffled uneasily, and Puce noticed the Tonberry's small hands gripped his weapons tighter than usual; "She is extremely important to me! It is because of her I am as I am. Were it not for her, I wouldn't be here right now or talking to you. If this mage intends to do worse than the shadows try to do... I will do everything in my power to keep her safe from him. It's my duty, no... My purpose! She must stay safe! She has to!"

He relented a little after his burst, and shook his head in a similar way dogs remove water.

"But there's no point in me getting upset, is there? We need to figure out our battle plans first, then I can worry. Right? What can I do to help?"

The two friends, Yu and Tomoya sat on a near by rock. Tomoya sighed at Red Mage's foolish words. Jumping off the rock in a lazy way and into the group. "Gods as in multiple powerful beings, sure...God nope. Even if he would try to touch him, he would die in less then a second. Red Mage would be foolish to use his tiny power against him. If he tried, he would have me and my army against him....including my ships." Tomoya said to the group with a courageous tone.

"Anyway, the Dawn is going to leave if a minute or two to go to the wedding castle." Tomoya said as he smiled once more. Parting from the group and entering the ship, Tomoya entered the bridge and input the coordinates for the castle.

David and Slindis got back on the Airship and waited for the ship to take off as the others began to focus on the wedding.
"Now what am I going to wear?..."
