Canteen, upper deck

Melethia seemed physically uncomfortable as she continued. "The vampires said they were from the Blood of Vol, which was weird. After all, why have a religion based on undeath? One of the liches walking around... well... she..." It was clear to even a newborn that there was something she wanted to keep hidden, partly in the hopes that ignoring it would go away.

"So, how about I tell you more on how I met Mister Cage for the first time? It was on one of the times I snuck out, and I heard about his crew being taken. I knew the area he talked about well enough, so I snuck around the camps only to see that the only people there were from the Banshee's crew. I saw the ship of the pirates that had taken his crew, and more importantly, how close the powder kegs were to the tar kegs, So, I went and put the first of my delaye fuses and five minutes later, the ship and everyone on it was gone. Mister cage almost thought I had been taken there until Miss Anne told him what happened, and he said I'd have a spot on any ship he commanded!"

She seemed more comfortable talking about this, although the fact that a ten year old had experience with explosives and working around pirates was troubling in itself. Not to mention the stance that she held her blades when she threatened Lucifer showed someone that had some experience with the weapons.

Canteen, main floor

Slindis became silent for a moment upon Puce's inquiry into her family, then started again. [color=c20000]"Tell me about it. From what I found out on my only trip to Argonesson, it turned out what I thought to be a simple tragedy was the Blood of Vol directly starting a disasterous part of the Draconic Prophecy, which is more of an if/then statement then something set into stone.Had I known about it then, I may have stayed away from the temple again where I found her."[/color]

Canteen, upper deck

Although the girl had been more than willing to talk earlier, she shook her head. "Nope, I don't want to say it. I won't. There's no way I will, even if I were to go to Khyber!"

Yup, there some memories she wanted to keep hidden, and she refused to tell Lucifer even after seeing his demon form. Whatever it was had been worse than seeing him in that skin.

Lucifer would have to force the memories out.

Canteen, main deck

Slindis leaned back in the chair, drinking a little bit of whiskey, although it seemed to be water for all it was worth. [color=c20000]"Well, back when I was still training to become a paladin of Vulkoor, a group of trainees were requested by the Undying Court to look in one of their old burial sites that had reports of trolls moving in, and I was to lead the group. It was far too silent in the tomb, and there was no stench of them. Despite demands to leave, I insisted that we finish the job. The rest of the group was ambushed by mummies, and I barely made it out. I woke up in a Phiarlan household to find that the Vulkoor temple had left me on my own, as they usually do as part of the training, and Phiarlan tried to muscle me out of the city, but that got resolved."[/color]

The drow closed her eyes, recalling the details she had found out. [color=c20000]"After the citywide searches for my daughter began, I went to Argonesson to try to calm them down. As I'm sure you know, dragons are very dangerous, and they showed me a section of the prophecy that stated, An investigation by a former Vulkoori into an Undying Court temple where they had lost other family will bring the Marks back to Thirteen. The Blood of Vol had seen this part of the prophecy, and they ensured the first portion was correct when I went back there to check up on that temple and found Melethia."[/color]

The drink was finished before she continued. [color=c20000]"When I found her, she was nearly dead. The elves from her time had left her to bleed out, and she appeared right when I got in the area. It took a fortnight to heal her up, and I took personal care of her myself while I could, enlisting a close friend to be my eyes when I had to be elsewhere. Tira knows I wasn't the best mother to her. I wasn't even a good one, with how little I could be there for her. Still, I wasn't going to let anyone harm her."[/color]

Dimension: The (Un)Real World : Darren
Clearly seeing he was unwanted, once the plane took off, Darren returned to his natural hiding spot: The Freezer room.
His mind was racked with dark thoughts, What could he do? Nothing. He could barely manage to slow down his own creations.
If you've just taken my advice back then, None of these people would have ever heard of you and they'd all be a lot happier... He told himself as he remembered how he got into AA in the first place.
Now, all he could do is wait until everyone else cleaned up his mess.
Then he could make sure it never happened again.

Dimension: The (Un)Real World : Bruiser
After Teri grabbed the stuff that Mark sent to her, The truck stopped near a tunnel.
She could hear Bruiser talking to his PDA as he began unloading.
"Listen Egghead, I don't care about what, how, who, where or why. Just find some way to get these assholes off my tail. You're supposed to be good at all that stuff right!?" He shouted as Cortex on the other end of the line.
It appeared that their next hiding spot was a Maintainance Room underground in the middle of a tunnel.
"And. I. Don't. Fucking. Care! You made a pay-phone that could cross Dimensions from a Radioshack and some forks you swiped from a Pub! And we are using that same invention right now! Make it happen or will crack your massive head open! And when that happens, THERE BETTER BE CANDY IN THERE!" He raved as he picked up another round of gear and went back into the tunnel.

Dimension : Avatar Adventure : Rugal/Heidern
"Well, Thank you, It was a pleasure meeting you." Heidern said as he firmly shook Slindis's hand before they parted ways, watching the drow race off back into the forest.
Must be heading back to the Rising Dawn....Guess it would be impolite to not drop in and say "Hi"... He thought, recalling all the heroes and the heart of their operation, the one thing in his way.
So after a quick change from his bear mauled attire into some much more suitable clothing, he set after his target, pocketing the silver arrowhead.
Doesn't hide her trail well, then again, why should she? It's only Heidern looking to return this hunk of junk
And thus, he managed to find the Airship handy enough.
Wonder if Dillon got that Airvent patched up?....Nope, still exposed, for shame... He smirked, recalling the last time he broke into the Airship back at the wedding.
A bit of fitness later and he was inside, free to walk about the Living Quarters of the ship.
Wonder if that Drunk who's jaw I broke (David West) is still here?

Reality?, Bruiser and Teri
Teri gave a weak smile as she held the plushie and the handwarmers, muttering under her breath; "Thanks Mark."

The plush dragon had a similar affect on the Writer as her older toys used to, calming her down in light of the cruel times. Also, she noticed the dragon looked vaguely similar to another dragon she used to know....

[sub]"Angie...."[/sub]

Rising Dawn, the Canteen
Our favorite mass murdering duo were enjoying their lunch with Kurumu, when a golden light began to descend upon Angelus. She looked at Caim with confusion, a silent question being sent between the two:

"What would their Writer want with us? I thought she relinquished control..."

Caim gripped the dragon's hand tightly as the light began to glow brighter, "It looks like it just wants you, but... I dunno. One thing's for sure, I'm not letting you go alone. We're always together, right?"

The dragoness nodded, and closed her eyes in anticipation for the teleport to finish....

[hr]shit son[/hr]

Only to find she had been brought to a land of ice and snow; with a familiar young girl shivering before her.

"Angie...?"

"So it was you... What do you want, Writer? I thought you were done with us?"

The Writer looked panicked, and moved a finger to her lips, motioning for the dragon to leave the truck bed, "[sub]Get out! Before he hears you! Please! I can't help you now![/sub]"

The dragon looked on with confusion, offering a hand to the girl; "Whatever are you talking about? Come here, you look sick... Let's get you somewhere warmer. What are you doing here anyway? For that matter... Where's Caim?"

When she moved to help the girl, she was only accompanied with dead weight, as Teri was only slumping in her grasp; unable to move after her powers being in the conditions she was in. However, it looked as if consciousness remained, if only deliriously. Angelus was able to hold the girl in a bridal stance, giving small "Hmns" and "Okays" to the girl's nearly breathless ramblings as she began to gather what she figured to be Teri's possessions.

[sub]"Angie... Behind you."[/sub]

"What?"

"Ah, I was wondering what all that noise was back there. Hey there, Doll. It's been a while, now hasn't it?"

The Cargo Plane
As the group began to talk amongst themselves, Ton Ton wandered aimlessly about the plain, wondering what he could do to help. That was when he bumped into a familiar swordsman. An angry looking one at that. Rage filled the man's brilliant blue eyes as he pointed his blade at the Tonberry, with an automated voice saying:
Code:
"Where. Is. Angelus. And. The. Writer?"

"Yay! Fighty time!"
Teri watched as Bruiser began choking Angelus from behind with one of the Iron Bars he forced her to make.
In the struggle, she was dropped and soon crawled under the parked pickup, keen to get out of the way.
"So...Miss me? I missed you. How's the kids? Caim say his first word yet? Always figured he was a man of few words..." He asked as Angelus was drained of oxygen.
"...You know, when I show affection, I'd like to get at LEAST a "Oh I'm good, you manly hunk". Your always like this *Fake Sobbing* I Give and Give, but you don't care. *Sob* You're hurting my Feelings toots *Sniff*"
She grabbed the first thing that she could reach for.
"Well, You know what you say, We always hurt the ones we love the most!"
"...In....Deed.." She retorted as she smashed the end of another Iron Bar into his face, right on the bridge of his nose, freeing her.
"OW! Fuck....Ah, right on bridge. Eye's watering, That's Watering, Not Crying!" He said as he wiped his face.

"A shame Caim isn't here. He's missing out on his favorite sport."
The dragon gave a dark smirk in light of Bruiser's pain, and fire burst from her fingertips; which she then lobbed at the Machamp.

"So, Brute, I see that you've fallen to a new low. Kidnapping the Writer to get to Me? I didn't think you had the gal!"

Smoke rose from her nostrils and she shot a jet of flame from her throat; causing smoke to fill the area. All was silent for a moment, and then the Machamp came in with the Iron Bar; and swiped at the dragon-incarnate's side; knocking her into the truck. A hiss of pain erupted from her mouth, and the dragon continued to glare at her attacker as he approached. She waited a moment for him to come closer, and decided to distract him with her words.

"So... Why did you not kill her? You know what happens when the Writers die... Why keep herself and I alive?"

Bruiser shrugged, "The scoreboard has never been really even since we've met. I figure I'd fix that. Besides, don't you think it's more fun this way?"

The dragon snarled, "Depends upon who you ask."

With that, she aimed a fireball towards the gap between Bruiser's helmet and chest plate; hoping to singe his neck with her desperate move.

"Alright, It was kinda cold out."
When Angelus went to burn his face off, Bruiser brought up his metal arms in a X-formation to block the flames, causing them to turn red hot.
"Come on, you think I that I'm that stupid?"
"I assume you want my honest opinion? Or would that "hurt your feelings"?"
"...[sub]Walked right into that one[/sub]..." He grumbled as he stuck the ground with great force to break Angelus's guard, before rushing forward to punch her, missing but taking the entire cab of the pickup off as a result.
"Oh, by the way, did I ever tell you the one time I met Dillon's Kid? Think her name was Luna or something like that. She was too busy screaming my name to tell me hers.
Oh yeah, I *Went* there. She said no but I turned her over in end. Still meet up every now and again. Good times."
He lied, covering up the massive ass-kicking he received from the Lucario in hopes of getting Angelus to slip up.

"The sooner the better."
Caim's sword wavered slightly at Mark's words, and his sword lowered,
Code:
"The Writer and Angelus are... Captured? By Bruiser?! What sort of incompetence let this happen?!"
Caim's teeth were gritted in anger, but his sword remained unsheathed. He turned, and brought the blade down upon a crate; rending it in two. Ton Ton jumped back in surprise, and scuttled over to Mark, hiding behind his leg.

"Excitable fellow, isn't he?", the Tonberry whispered.

A few more swipes of the sword; and the crate was a pile of rubble. There was a tense moment of silence between the three men, and the swordsman finally put the blade away. He held up a finger to stop the two from saying anything, and closed his eyes in concentration...

Diablo1099 said:
"SON OF A *****!"
"RAAAAAAARRHHHHHHH!"

Angelus' cries called for the blood of the opponent before her; her movements taking a far more bestial form. Flames flecked more wantonly from her hands and lips as she swiped at the Machamp.

"I'll rip that foul tongue from your head!", she screamed as she lobbed another fireball at his head. As the Machoke dodged, the woman charged at Bruiser. She lept towards him, her still burning hands extended in a similar matter to a cat's; and aimed at his throat.

Cargo Bay
Caim's eyes snapped open, and he swung his sword at empty air, a battle cry echoing from his throat. Thankfully, the blade did not connect with anything. He gave a few heavy breaths and shook his head;
Code:
"I... Cannot speak with her at the moment. All I know is she's battling with that beast. The one called Bruiser. And she is very angry."
Ton Ton peered behind Mark's leg, "What does that have to do with you acting like a psycho?! You could have hit us!"

Caim chuckled darkly; the 'laughter' sounding hollow with the lack of a voice;
Code:
"We share emotions, she and I. When she's very angry, I feel angry. The same applies vice versa. I'd stay back if I were you, lizard."
Ton Ton took the words to heart, and hid back behind Mark's leg.

"Why Thank you"
"THATS WHAT SHE SAID!" The monster quipped as he dug his fingers into the side of the Pickup and swung it across the road like a child would a toy car.
Angelus's eyes widened like a deer in headlights as it raced towards her mid-pounce.
Cargo Bay
Caim stumbled as if a pro boxer just winded him as the pickup hit.
Then, it was quiet. No cries of pain, no emotions, just silence.
Angelus was out for the count.
In the corner of his eye though, he saw movement.
When he heard that Text-To-Voice he knew who it was and thus Darren peered out of the freezer to see what was going on.
Oh god he saw me! He thought as he closed the door and locked it before searching for a hiding place, certain this Ice Box would become his tomb.

Back on the ground, Teri watched as Bruiser threw a frighteningly still Angelus over his shoulder.
"....Is she?...."
"Nah, not her. Too hot-blooded to die like this. You should know that as a fact." He said as he grabbed her by the arm and dragged the pair into the tunnel.
"Still, the night is young...And Ripe for the taking" He joked as he brought them into one of the tunnel's side rooms.

"AAAAHHHHHHH".
"Oh, relax".

A portal opened up in the Canteen ceiling and the two dropped out and landed on the floor. The two picked themselves up and began observing their surroundings.

"I'm guessing we're in another world".
"Fantastic observation Fionn".
"I know, I'm a genius ".

Despite their alien and bizarre situation, the two remained deadpan. At this point they weren't that surprised. They looked out the windows and guessed that this was an Airship, well, a Ship in the air anyway.

As he walked past a window, he saw a strange black armoured man nearing the parked Airship.

As Lively as ever it seems... He said as he hoped this wouldn't give him away.

OoC: Ugh, now I have to retcon... again.
Keep the OOC in group please and one last thing, you may take Minor Control of other PC's so long as it's in character and not god-modding.

I.E. Rugal opens a door, Radec follows him.
