Tomoya said hey to Alice and Blackharte and continued his way down the corridor to the reactor. 5 minutes later and another three after looking at the pip-boy map to see where the reactor is Tomoya stepped down the futuristic corridor and a blue glow emits from further down the corridor, I feel much more stronger thought Tomoya, as Tomoya steps into the giant room with his trusty sword he looks around to see a central platform with to coils attached to it, Tomoya walks up to the coils and says to himself "Well, hopefully this wont hurt me" Tomoya's hand felt buzzing as he touched the first coil and when he touched the second coil a giant surge struck inside his body and Tomoya sucked over 9000 watts of enegy out of the base, as he asorbed the enegy the lights in the base flicker as Tomoya screams, then Tomoya bursts backwards so he wouldnt asorb all the base's enegy. Tomoya slumped to the floor and rests for while.
Meanwhile at the central command center, Jack, Alice and Blackhearte where overlooking the computer looking for something to help them in the upcoming fight, "Holy crap" Jack speaks as he finds that deep within the base is a missile that can change the flow to the battle.

It didn't take Youmu long to find the mainframe access point; she'd had ample access to digital technology before, although it was mostly pocket calculators. As such, once she found it, she really didn't know what to do with it to get the information out. She pressed a few random buttons, but didn't get anywhere until the fifth attempt, when it finally lit up.
She didn't pay any attention to the slowly-shrinking meter in the corner.
All the links she found seemed overwhelming, but the search bar was in easy view, so she moved over to that and typed in 'Rhianna'. There wasn't a separate page, but one result did come up that she immediately found interesting: Ryan's page. She could put two and two together with just that, so her next search was for herself. That's when the meter drained completely and the computer shut her out. Followed by sounding an alarm, and sending one to Ryan.
Cursing again, she ran back to the medical bay, hoping that he wouldn't appear out of nowhere, tell Rhianna or that Rhianna would catch her up and about.
a few seconds after Youmu jumped into bed Rhianna entered the Medical bay, her gaze was intense not a glare but she showed no sign of sympathy.
"Feeling any better?" she asked but with no sign of concern or sincerity.
"A little but I'm in no shape o get out of bed."
Youmu noticed Rhianna had put on her Vongola Ring.
"Hmm Are you running a fever?"
Rhianna tried to rest the back of her hand on Youmu's forehead to check her temperature, But Youmu didn't want the ring to touch her flinched.

"Aw never had someone take care of you."
"I just don't feel comfortable with that ring touching me, it wrecked my sword and my arm."
"Oh Your swords being fixed, and if that's your problem."
Rhianna then leaned forward, and kissed Youmu's forehead. It was a method mother used to check a babies temperature. Youmu was just a little uncomfortable because Rhianna was using her right hand (The one with the Rings on it) to hold her steady.

"But you were digging up dirt on me without my permission."
"I'm sorry I just wanted to know."
"Now that you know what are you going to do about it."

How'd Rhianna get back to the airship so fast? Wasn't she on the ground just now? And if so, why didn't you say anything about her receiving the security alert?

I tried to make a sheet that Reflects my characters abilities but unfortunately that would require me to go to level 20, also she's be extremely combat focused As she's rarely shown skill other beating people up either by using a sword, fists, guns, and laser guns. also as for the perks I went with New Vegas, one perk for two levels. and Yes I know she shouldn't have the Cyborg perk just go with it.
Ken saw Justin come walking up the hill towards him. His armor's outer plate has burn marks, and shrapnel hanging off in gruesome chunks.
"Is he the commanding officer of the strike force?" Justin said, his voice coming through the helmet's speaker system sounded cold and malicious.
"I think so, but he passed, out, and his armor smells like shit... I think he crapped himself."
Justin chuckled as he took his helmet off "Good, a uncomfortable victim is easier to interrogate. Especially when they are literary scared shitless." Justin knelt by the unconscious man, pulling out several syringes, stimpacks, med-x, and psycho. Justin grabbed the man's helmet and removed it from his head. The officers face was much younger than Justin and Ken expected, despite his age Justin took the ropes, binding the officer to a near by light post and then jabbed the psycho into the boy's arm.
The boy awoke screaming in pain, looking he saw Justin and Ken, and began to curse till Justin hit him.
"Tell me what I want and I'll make this easier for you" Justin said, waving the syringe of med-x in front of the boy's face.
"Give it to me, I'll freakin kill you!" The boy struggled against the ropes.
This made Justin laugh. "How do you intend to kill me son? You've been disarmed" Justin and Ken both laughed.
"Fuck you just kill me!" the boy said, Justin stood up and walked away from the boy.
"Ken could you hand me that chunk of rebar? About a hundred degrees hotter than it currently is?" Ken picked up the chunk of steel from the cement it was in, heating one end up till it was white hot. Justin took it walking back towards the boy. "Last chance before I hurt you"
"Fuck you"
"Your choice" Justin slowly moved the hot rebar to where the boy's stump of a arm was. He jabbed the hot rod into the boys arm, the boy screamed in pain. "We are bad men" Justin said removing the hot rod from the boys arm, handing it back to Ken so he could get it back to the white menacing glow. "We will tear you apart if you don't tell us what we want, but we will let you slip into a blissful coma of med-x and stimpacks if you tell us where the hell you took my wife!"
For dramatic effect and because Justin grew tired of writing the scene fads with the boy sobbing, Justin and Ken hovering over their helpless victim
"So they are in the pentagon ruins, they took her because of her vault suit" Ken said, repeating the facts they have gotten from boy before Justin pumped him so full of Med-x he passed out.
"Yep and they are following president Nixon who didn't die, merely got his head put into a giant mech, that has the fire power a whole army."
"And you want to storm the pentagon guns blazing, against a whole army of power armored commandos because you're pissed?" Ken said, repeating the plan (if you could call it that) Justin made/
"You bet your ass." Justin didn't wait for Ken's approval or disapproval, he just started walking to the pentagon.

Yneck enjoy your vacation, I'll put our arc on a bit of a pause and let the heroes catch up, so maybe it could be a three way (hehe three way) at the Pentagon.

In the series that Youmu comes from, every single character is female. I very much doubt that Youmu wouldn't be used to that sort of thing, especially if her relationship with her mistress (not like that!) goes as deep as I think it does.
Completely unrelated note, I don't think I'd be able to do much with Youmu on the ground, so it's unlikely I'll be making any posts at all until this arc finishes.

As Rhianna stopped speaking, an old character, one from the beginning of the Avatar Adventure RP appeared, descending from the heavens. He is The Logician, ascended to Godhod through his supreme and unbeatable Logic, meaning he stopped posting and became part of the myth and legend of the Avatar Adventure RP. And he spoke, his voice full of logic and reason undefeatable.

Zero looked back at the ship, for some reason Rhianna had disappeared without telling him anything, so he assumed she left. He sighed and messed with his Pip-boy a bit, trying to get a map of the place. He found what appeared to be the spot the heroes's signal had come from and focused on that as he activated the Chaos Emerald's power. "Chaos...control!"
He was gone in a flash. When he reappeared, he opened his eyes to find that he ended up way farther than he expected to be.
"Where the heck...?" He looked around. It appeared to be a station of sorts, littered with junk and rubble from the fallout. He was about to turn and leave when something skittered from the back. Apparently he was being watched.
"Who's there?! Show yourself!" Zero immediately noticed and drew his saber, and after a few moments he was rewarded by a mob of creatures rushing at him from the darkness. Zero fired a shot at them, only blasting a few, then charged at them with a battle cry.
Which don't justify my actions but Maybe this way I don't look so bad. PS @Roamin I edited the Post so Now Rhianna doesn't have any knowledge about Nixon or the Enclave or even the citadel.
Teleportation: when I read the Posts It seemed to me that Zero was still in the airship, but had been asleep for a while. so that was how I made Rhianna move that fast. as for Raven Rock I had just assumed Rhianna and Zero were two of the three heroes in the missile room.
Spawning object: I know its not cool to make objects appear out of nowhere, but I've also noticed That other posters have given Ryan odd steam-punk machines, Roamin gave Ryan a Mech during a fight with the Zerg, And Jakeman stated the Airship had a Rail gun, he gave Ryan a tank, he he even said the boat in the dreamland had engines, So i just rolled with them, so when I made an armory I thought no one would make a fuss.

Also since now I'm really confused, I thought the airship was just above Raven Rock, but it isn't since it's 100 miles away, so I'mm going to wait until someone else says the airship arrives. Rhianna's in her airship so if it's not there she isn't there.

Your excuses are somewhat true, but StormShaun was pretty clear that the heroes in Raven Rock were Jack, Tomoya and Alice. You need to read posts before you type your own. Also, SAY if you are moving the airship, cause last time I checked, it was landed on the edge of the DC wastelands on teh wrong side from Raven Rock. You need to say what is happening, cause we can't see into your mind and just know that the airship was moving or had moved. THis is a pen and paper RolePlay, the other people playing only know what is happening based on what is written/typed/posted.
As for the inventing random stuff, it has to be in context and plausible!!! For example, if you are in a military base, there might be an armoury you can raid, tanks to steal, jet planes etc, or when in a city, there will probably be houses, cars and department stores to steal stuff from.
Also, LOL at your captcha. That is just teh internetz showing you it does have a sense of humor!

Jack looke around at the assembled heroes looking at the giant missile. Tomoya, Alice, BlackHarte and Rhianna where all going through the randomly appearing armoury, just browsing and looking at all the items. He sighed, and made his decision. "Hey guys, I have a small announcement to make. Do you all know what a Heel Face Turn is? Basically, I'm going to betray you all and switch sides, simply because you lot AREN'T BLOWING ENOUGH SHIT UP AND I NEED TO RAGE AT SOMETHING! BYE BYE!" Jack shouted in anger as he fired several fireballs at the giant missile, lighting its booster engines. As it fired up and sent smoke bilowing everywhere, the missile silo's failsafes activated, locking Jack and the missile into the silo and the Heroes out.
"NO! That was going to be our winning trump card against the villains!" Tomoya shouted.
"Wait, Jack did what now? Dammit!" Rhianna said.
Flames burst into the night sky as Jack rode the missile out of the base. He jumped off it and fired a giant ball of flame at it, blowing it up as he flew away, laughing madly. "WOO! That felt good, to release my wrath on something! Now, to go find the people who understand random acts of violence and wanton destruction, the Villains!"
"Ahhhh FUCK YOU" Tomoya shouted at Jack while giving him the one finger salute, while everyone was confused Tomoya raged into a electric fury and launched out of the base's roof via the missile silo, Tomoya had flown 2000 meters into the air and turned the clouds black and lightning struck everywhere around him, Tomoya had turned into the angel of lightning a divine angry voice spoke "You will not get away with this!". The heroes still lied in the missile silo confused even more but and Rhianna spoke to kill the surrounding silence "We shouldn't go after Tomoya, he will travel his own path, but we should prepare too to enter battle".
Tomoya fueled by the dark clouds filled with lightning zipped across the dark sky in seconds traveling to the enraging battle at the Pentagon. To finish this truly confusing battle.

Basically Tomoya is going to the pentagon to finish this confusing arch and hopefully getting the confused Jack back to our side, a sudden turn there Jakeman, but amusing, also the rest of the heroes do their own thing, come to the pentagon if you dare.
