Matt sat high up in a tree outside of palace watching the ensuing battle with amusement. "Thank god I'm not the emperor anymore. Wouldn't be able to watch this battle," he said before throwing a couple grenades into the mix for some laughs. Scanning the area, Matt saw Amaya leading the rebels. Hoping she wasn't like her sister, Matt leapt from treetop to treetop in order to reach her. Hopefully she could give him answers as to what is going on.

If you'd notice, I was doing a cool side-plot thing where a huge revelation in the character of Severin occurs at about this time. If you'd also notice, I stayed away from your fight, not actually saying anything along the lines of "X attacks Rugal/Akasumi". I was staying out of it and letting you two kill each other so Zero could do his little doom fest...

I made many referances to using the Power Drainer and what I would do with it and I didn't Say that I killed Okand, just stole some power, Okand could have gotten back up, just would've needed a breather and Viking, I told how things go on this RP, you CAN control other characters so long as you advance the plot, its how we roll, ok?

Akasumi took the opertunity offered by Rugal's smirk and laed a kick that sent him flying to the wall. A clone landed a punch and pinned him against the wall. even if he tried, he couldn't move.
"You have a nice eye, it'll have to do until i can get my sisters." Akasumi said and walked over to him. "Don't worry this will only hurt alot." She began to spread his right eyelid.
Slowly she tore out the eye and jumped back, taking the eye with her.
The clone disappeared.
Before you go crying hypocracy, just cool your tits and let rugal play this out. Its a set up i've had since the beginning of this fight.
Rugal got up and head his eye in pain.
"You *****! you'll pay for that dearly as soon as I..." A small chuck of metal fell out from his back.
"Oh no ... NO NO NO NO!!! This can't happen" The Power Drainer was crushed due to him hitting the wall.
"NNNOOOOOO!!!!" He yelled in anger!
"MY WORLD!!! MY POWER!!! MY GODHOOD!!!" He said as he went into a breakdown over the damaged pieces.
"YOU!!! I MAKE YOU PAY!!!" he screamed at Akasumi.
He sent a "KAISER WAVE!!" at her.

I always have a set image in my head as to how these arcs play out, so I don't think too much about how others want to to play, so again sorry, I'm going to retire Rugal after this.

He turned to Akasumi and started taunting her, hoping to get an opening.

Rugal slid out of the flames way and shouted "HEY! MIGHT WANT TO GET THAT LAZY EYE OF YOURS LOOKED AT, YOU WETCH!" as he fired a "REPPU-KEN" towards her.
Akasumi traced his movements with her eye as it met the Reppuk-ken and diminished it. She clutched her eye as it began to bleed. A ribcage formed around her that was white and had black chakra coming off of it.
"Don't worry, i'll kill you quickly." she siad and threw two large shuriken at Rugal.

The skuriken pieces traveled to Rugal's back, As he was in front of Akasumi.
Rugal smiled and did a backflip, narrowly avoiding them, allowing the pieces to fly at the now exposed Akasumi.
