Dillon stood there alone

What Rugal didn't realize was, now Dillon definitely had to kill him.
"Now then How to raise my friends from the dead." Dillon's quest was about to begin a long (In the forum I'm gonna make leaps in time) and Enduring quest. First off he had to get into the local goth community and check out the Occult. For this he's need to dress the part, time to dress in as more Gothic suit.

Dillon is acting as a mortal right now, unless he flairs up his wings Rugal won't have a clue where he is, assuming Rugal has the brains and resources (Resources yes Brains no) to have some sort of angel seeking radar. But Rugal DOESN'T HAVE A CLUE WHAT DILLON IS UP TO. Ok I don't want some secret police to throw him in Jail or get sniped just making sure we're clear.

The Doll was unresponsive for a few moments. Then, all of a sudden, it exploded. The same voice from before eerily spoke "Welcome to hell. Enjoy your stay...". Suddenly a searing pain coursed through the necks of the main characters. A burn mark started to appear, with an individual symbol on it for each character. Their visas for hell were complete. Suddenly, Hell Island seemed a whole lot scarier...

As the lab techs went about the final stages of Transferring Goenitz's power to Rugal, Kazuya whispered in his master's ear.
"My Lord, I was just thinking...Should I have our covert ops "Remove" that Dillon?"
Rugal looked at him with surprise than laughed "Are you... intimidated by a fucking teenager?! No, I told him flat out what would happen if he was to try anything and even then, I can't see how much of a difference it would make, I understand where you're coming from, but...A FUCKING TEENAGER?!" he started laughing again.

Phoenix Heard Dillon's statement and shouted (in a drunken manner) "HOLD...IT!!!!"
He picked himself off the ground and said "I may have a way to do...that...If we can find a way to prove that Rugal...tampered with the outcome of the trial...I can call for a mis-trial and get your friends off Hell Island...Now, wait there...I think I'm going to hurl..."

was thinking that you work with Phoenix, get proof and then Rugal (Clone) would be sent to hell while the Heroes get freed.

Dillon took a moment to consider
"It would be much quicker and It won't lead to me being years older and extremely cynical.
Let's do it. And don't worry if Rugal suspects us He'll assume I'm way too intimidated by him," Dillon paused to snicker.
Dillon then stepped out of camera view when he re-entered he had a slick black fedora and his suit was clean and freshly pressed, oddly instead of a maroon shirt it was a deep indigo. though he still had the black silk jacket and pants.
"OK let's go, if w'ere gonna do this, I'll be the cynical, wise cracking, Substance abusing, Borderline psychotic, whop's also better dressed. Sorry to call dibs on the good stuff but hey it suits me better anyway.

there's a wild guy and a straight man, phoenix will be the straight man While Dillon is young eccentric and occasionally phoenix will have to roll his eyes, roll up his sleeves and pull Dillon out the gutter he fell into. oh and the reason Dillon is better dressed is because He's young irresponsible and would blow his money in order to look cooler, he'll also sport black shades before dealing out a wise crack.

Just track down some evidence and I don't mind what you do, just want to use the Turnabout Mode Theme in the Finale, among other things.
As for the evidence, try phone records, transactions, stuff like that.

Amaya felt the pain on her neck immediatly and blocked the explosion with her eyes. she dropped to her knees screaming in pain. After a minute the pain subsided. "Ox... *pant* whats on my neck?"

The toad looked at the still smoking spot and didn't like what he found.

"Its the cursed seal.."

Amaya slammed her fist into the ground, releasing a chidori across the entire down slope of the island and far into the sky, visible from around the island.

 

[Orinon]

Dillon pulled out his golden iPod, and did a scan on Phoenix's phone, this gave him access to the phone records, hard evidence.
"Ok then just one more thing, did he have a photo of your friend and family in custody?
Also I should do the prosecution, all my friend and loved ones are already in hell, so I got nothing to be threatened with."

High up in the Sky, the Warden smiled. "Happy new year, shitheads. Did you wish for any luck? You'll need it"

Phoenix became uncomfortable.
"During the trial...He sent me a letter...said if I didn't throw the case, he would...make me wish that he would kill them, wait, why did you scan my phone?"
Dillon replied "Duh, to get the phone records, Evidence."
Phoenix face-palmed "No, no, no, we need RUGAL'S phone records, if we can find some hit-men or something like that on them, that means we need to either find him or a place he owns, from what I know, he has a special network set up and access can only be gotten Directly, meaning we got to find a place of business, break in, get to the network computer and then use that golden...wait, is that a Iphone or a Ipod?, can ever tell the difference"
Dillon looked puzzled "How do you know that?"
Phoenix smiled "I went after these sorts before, I got a fair idea how they think..."

 

[Moros]

Matt collapsed to the ground in pain as a mark was burned into his neck. The pain was almost as unbearable as the bomb blast that made him get augmented. After several minutes the pain passed away and Matt got back on his feet. He then took out his hunting knife and used as a mirror to see what happened.

Not knowing what the mark meant, Matt continued on his way towards the mountain. Looking at the mountain, he saw that he had only traveled a quarter of the distance required. It was going to be a long hike through the jungle filled with demons.

 

[Technetium]

The remaining puppet, controlled by the Warden was stalking Matt on his way through the jungle, waiting for the right time to strike.

Matt could sense that something was following him but did not react to it. Instead he got out his fully upgraded M404 heavy rifle [http://deusex.wikia.com/wiki/Heavy_rifle] in case whatever it was decided to attack him. Getting thirsty, Matt stopped to take a drink of the vodka he still had in his water bottle.

Manor Rugal
The Tech Lad was buzzing with it's workers trying their best to avoid Rugal's Temper.
He and Kazuya were playing Chess as this went on.
"Check, I win, it's your turn..." Kazuya said.
"You never told me you were so good at this..." Rugal replied as he got up.
He then grabbed a passing Tech and snapping his spine in full view of everyone.
He held up his dead body and said "Best Hurry up with the Angel..."
And they did.
"so thats 10-7 to you, another game?"

Amaya had been sprinting through the tree tops. She had found the second puppet and was tailing it. Over her unnaturally long life, she had mastered many different Jutsu's. In her right hand, a swirling ball of energy formed and soon after it was a perfect sphere, electricity arked from it to the surrounding trees. She ran up silently behind the doll and jumped high into the air. "Raisengan!" she souted as the scrack of lightning sounded across the island. The ball infront of her expanded and quickly disintergrated trees.

The Stickman entered the room in Manor Rugal with an awesome riff from his guitar. He didn't know where he was and he didn't care. He was only here to rock. He pointed at Rugal, still holding the dead Tech who's spine he snapped.

"Dude, I challenge you to a rock off!" The Stickman said in a harsh Swedish accent, his voice low and raspy.

Hi guys! I suppose I didn't miss much. Welp, I asked to have my character thrown in a purgatory from which I'd break them out and reunite earlier, so here I come Also, belated seasons greetings to all! Not now though, it's rather late...

Matt was taking a long sip of his vodka when a large ball of swirling energy came out of the foliage and headed straight for him. Thankfully he was fast on his feet and he managed to dodge out of the way in time. When the ball dissipated, he a few scraps of some kind of material in the crater. That is when he noticed Amaya standing nearby. "So what brings you over here?" he asked as he took another sip.

Phoenix and Dillon travelled though a portal to a shell company of the Bernstien Cartel, a Gentleman's club, "The Royal Standard", in South-East Asia.
They appeared on the roof of a building just across the road.
Phoenix jogged over to the side of the building and pointed at the Club.
"There. the computer we're looking for is in the basement of that building, but how can we get in?...Any Idea's?"

Manor Rugal
After several deaths, the Tech unit, or what was left of it, had finished draining enough Arch-Angel Power for Geonitz for Rugal to use his Powers.
A tried and frightened Lab Tech handed the Power Drainer to Rugal.
"Gentlemen, I thank you, you have not merely proved the power of our organisation, but have created...A God..." he said as he armed the Device and plunged it into his chest.
He winced a little before he turned it on.
A golden aura surrounded Rugal.
He started crying out in pain as a large tornado started to fill the room, sending computers and unluckly Lab Techs into the air.
Then the crying stopped and was replaced by roaring laughter.
"HAHAHAAHHHHAAA THIS POWER IS MINE! ALLL MINE!!! AHHHHAAAAAAHAHAHAHAH!"
The lab then returned to normal as Rugal disappeared in a gust of wind.

Sahara Desert
Tomoya was about to set off when he felt a strong wind and a strange presence.
"Hello Tomoya...how have you been?" Rugal laughed.
