Matt gathered up his team. "Okay listen up. While our main function is demolition, our secondary function is to create a distraction. This is so that the other team can operate without running into too much trouble. Our best bet is to enter the ship through the hole in the side of the ship created by me before it sank. It's easy to get split up in there so we have to make sure to stick together. It may be slow but it'll allow us to deal with any threats more easily. Anybody have any objections?" he asked in a commanding tone more commonly seen in the military. It reminded him of his time in Spec-Ops.

Manor Rugal
Rugal was meeting with the other Members from the Cartel.
"Gentlemen...We are in a phase of Transition...While the Heroes still remain and one of our own has betrayed us, our organisation has only grown in size and strength..."
"Boring..." said a very Bored and sober Doctor Doom.
"Well...sorry if the plans of our organisation is too Complex for your feelbe mind!"
"OUR organisation?... don't try to fool us, how much control do you have as compared to us?...
"Hey, Have you raised an Army?, Have gathered the Resources?, Aside from cutting into dead bodies, What DO you do, Dr Wesker!?"
"Have you taken care of the Heroes, No, I think not and as long as they remain, our plans can still be disrupted...
"Wesker has a point, Shadow-Law has had major problems with Heroes in the past, Never underestimate your foes-"
"BAH! Doom is stoppable in the realm of battle...thanks to the Fingarlazors..." He said as he posed in a Jazz hands fashion.
The group started to argue among themselves.

Tomoya woke up from the forced coma he had to put himself through, the rebooting process of an angel's brain is very tough but quick, "Good thing I put all of them games in the rebooting process.." Tomoya thought as he steadily got up from the chair. "Heeeeeeelloooooo" he said with a happy smile until he remembered the vail process and then his face turned into a scowl, "Justin and Glad0s..." he mumbled.

Well, Caim and Angelus are watching the skies while Matt, a team of operatives under his command, and a few others are checking out BlackNoah. Matt plans to blow the thing up/gain access to the ship while others explore it. I'm not sure what Justin and Glados are up to, and a few characters are sitting on the sidelines and watching the ship.

Awesome, I kinda know now! !

The empty halls of Rising Dawn awoke with shallow footsteps as Tomoya walked through the corridor, he saw nobody wonder the ship. Tomoya grunted and pulled his katana out of the particles that surround his body, as Tomoya wondered near an end to a corridor he saw a familiar figure run across the hallway behind him, Tomoya instantly turns back, he remembers the stench of this certain machine.

A smile came across Tomoya's face as he began to tap the steam-punk walls with his katana, sending a eerie tapping noise across the ship, "The hunt has began...hehe" Tomoya whispered to himself as he steadily walked to the hanger.

Pepe heard a tapping noise coming from the corridor and remounted his plane, started it up, and headed toward it, unfamiliar with it's infrastructure, this was a difficult task, be he attempted to hone in on the sound. as he turned the corner, he came face to face with a man with a katana. "Freeze!"

"The hell!? Tomoya first thought when he met the snail in a plane, "Ugh, hi, did you see a girl running in here, I just woke up after becoming unconscious...and also who are you?" Tomoya said while pondering to himself where everyone else had gone to. "The BlackNoah..." Tomoya whispered underneath his breath.

"I do not believe i am allowed to tell you those things monsieur. for i am the lone guardian of this vessel. now who exactly are you senor?"

Phoenix, now geared up in a Scuba equipment, stared out at the sea.
"All right Everyone, *Ahem* LETS MOVE OUT! OO-RAH!..." He shouted.
He was met with several awkward looking faces.
"...Lets just get going..." He said as he made the first step into the water and towards BlachNoah.

"I am Guardian of the Light stone, I am Tomoya Okazaki, ArchAngel of Lightning...and I have been on this boat before you arrived here sir, I just awoke from a voluntary coma which I had received back some classified memories" Tomoya said to the flying snail, "Well never mind about that...see you later-" Tomoya said before disappearing in a bolt of electricity.

Tomoya quickly ran quickly to the hanger and pulled the sheet of his super bike and quickly pulled the helmet of his face and pushed the diving mode button. The bike quickly spread its wings and its wheels turned into propellers as Tomoya wheeled it out to the edge of the hanger and got onto its seat, he heard a humming of a plane close by, "Damn snail..." Tomoya said as he fell out of the airship and dove into the water, his helmet luckily was used for space, diving and land exploration and the bike began to power its propellers and started to dive deeper and deeper, luckily Tomoya saw his comrades swimming down as well.

Youmu suddenly noticed that everyone was gone. Seeing Tomoya's bike heading off into the distance and the others all about to enter the water, she was about to join them when she realised someone had to make sure nobody tried to break the airship while everyone else was gone. They'd already tried just before, for instance - if that happened again, Youmu would be able to stop it.

Or would have, if she hadn't been distracted by a small object buzzing past her face. Before she could deal with it, a bug or something fell out and landed on a crate nearby.

Quick head count: who's still on the airship and who's going to BlackNoah?

Edge shook his head discontentedly. Only guardian my ass. he thought, but didn't quite have the energy to say. Oh well. He was here, and that's what mattered. Although...he was curious about the surrounding area...

No. He had to stay here and guard the ship. Someone had to, that was just common sense. And besides, it was the perfect opportunity to take a nap.

MEANWHILE...

"Are you sure you don't want a scuba suit?" Matt asked. "Blacknoah is at the bottom of the ocean, almost six miles down; even if you don't need air, the pressure could kill you."

Boss shook his head. "No, I'll be fine. Really."

Matt shrugged as the group trudged into the water. Boss was in last, and as he approached the water, the water seemed to drift out of his way, until there was a ten-foot circle around him where he could walk comfortably. Swimming was still faster, though, so he had to jog to keep up.

Spoiler: Teams

Matt, Phoenix, Dillion, Myself, and You (I think) are going to the ship. When we get there, Phoenix and Dilliion are going to go and destroy the cloning facility and find evidence, while everyone else sets a bunch of C4 charges to blow up the ship.

Pepe and Toyoma were on the ship, but I think Tomoya left, and Pepe fell out. Stella and Edge are still on it though, although no one knows Edge is there. 'cause he's sneaky like a ninja.

Or, at least, that's how I understand it. Anyone feel free to correct me.

I already said that Youmu is still on the airship. And I'm really not sure exactly where Pepe is meant to be - though, I did move him into the hangar to bother Youmu. I still don't think he's found any senoritas yet - nor do I think I've written Youmu as being seriously pissed off before...

Caim and his dragon took to the skies in case Rugal attempted some kind of aerial assault. Any assaults would be nice.... I suppose I'll make one.

Flying for patrol was rather boring when there was nothing to attack. Caim streched and thought to himself: "I'm bored! Dragon, we should do something fun. How about a loop-de-loop?"

The dragon shook her head, "No Caim, we're on a duty. To guard... Which is rather boring, I must agree..."
Before she could say anything further, The dragon was cut off by a shot that flew past her right shoulder. Caim laughed (as best a mute can) and pointed his sword " There's our fun! Let's get em, dragon!"
Before combat properly engaged, the dragon sent a quick mental shout to the groups below, "Enemies have beset us! Watch out for debris!" and let off several homing fireballs.

well I was going to wait until an Alarm on BlackNoah was Triggered but...

Several Cartel Attack Helicopters appeared.
"Command, we have enaged the Enemy, Identifed as Caim and Red, requesting back-up, Over"
The Helicopters began firing their Machine Guns.

A nonexistent breeze flowed past the seaweed, sending it into chaos as Tomoya's bike flowed past it, he had almost caught up to the others but as he passes them he waved to Phoenix in an annoying way as he began going faster then all of them. As he pulled the throttle the propellers span faster allowing Tomoya to descend much more faster but with stealth, soon he had arrived at the bottom where the BlackNoah was, he parked on top of a flat rock so the others could see him.

As Tomoya got off he could see the incoming silhouette of the others from above, but they were slowly descending, Tomoya got off the bike and pulled out his sword, a layer of non-lethal electricity flowed around him and his sword but did not effect the water around him for some unknown reason.

Phoenix begins to point to a Still Intact Airlock while waving the others towards it.
He attempts to hack the keypad to allow his access but has no luck.

 

[Moros]

As Matt's team got closer to the ship, they saw that it was sitting on a 25 to 30 degree slope with the front of the ship pointing downward. Matt realized that the hole they were going to enter would be lower than the rest of the ship. When they got closer Matt recognized where he blasted his way out of the ship and motioned for his team to it.

 

[Orinon]

Dillon Saw phoenix try to hack the Keypad, however his Golden Ipod was waterproof.
with a simple connection cord he used some sort of app designed for hacking.
Phoenix tapped his wrist, a signal for how long it would take. Dillon shrugged, using the note pad he wrote
"Maybe ten minutes maybe an hour."
Justin didn't like that
"I don't have time for this." he growled his voice distorted under the water.
"Get out of the way, I'm going to do a Manuel override."
Justin swam a far distance back, he then used the muscle mass power to make his legs very strong, building up momentum he swam faster and faster, when he was twelve feet away from the door he held his right arm in front of him, the arm changed into the blade arm.
Dillon managed to swim clear from the door, he did not want to get in the way.

Infuriated by the demeanor of the angel, Pepe was determined to cause a ruckus. as a result. he pushed everything ontop of the bomb bay doors and released it over the land, showering it with everything from machinery to bottles of milk
