Hearing a commotion, Youmu rushed to the scene, thinking it was an invasion attempt. What she found was a snail apparently trying to get everything off the ship. Holding down a combination of anger and disappointment, she asked, "Hey, what's going on? We don't need to lose any weight; we made this thing fly before..."
Tomoya walked up to the group surrounding the door and a giant hole in it from Justin, he hooked up with their communications with his helmet, "Good to see you guys again, I just awoke and fled from an angry snail into this ocean with my bike" he said pointing to the rock he just came from.
"So I see you got...what the hell!" Tomoya said before being interrupted by a floating milk bottle, the group looked up and saw the plummeting wreckage that fell from the ship. "Well...thats gotta suck Dillon" Tomoya said with a hidden smile underneath his helmet.
I might put my character into storage after this arc. He's basically become unfun to use anymore. I have an idea for a new character but I'm still thinking it over right now.
As Matt's team got out of the water, they heard the deep bangs of stuff hitting the outside of the ship. "Since the ship isn't moving it's probably nothing. Here's some info on the enemy will be facing. They'll most likely be clones of Rugal. This means that they'll be masters of melee combat With some devestating energy attacks. Try not let them get too close but not too far away. If you have firearms, try not to all reload at the same time. And for god's sake don't get cocky. Now come on, we have explosives to plant and distractions to create," Matt explained to them as he pulled out his M249 SPW.
Manor Rugal
The second Justin bashed in the door, the whole Manor went into a state for alert. "What the hell is that?" Doom shouted over an alarm.
"ooohhh THOSE MOTHERFUCKERS!" Rugal shouted as he ran for an intercom.
"ATTENTION ALL UNITS, BLACKNOAH HAS BEEN BEACHED, REPEAT, BLACKNOAH HAD BEEN BEACHED, SEND EVERY AVAILABLE UNIT TO IT'S LOCATION, GET ME A GODDAMN CHOPPER!"
Rugal then sprinted out of the room.
The remaining members mulled this over. "Dammit, what if Kazuya got the code wrong?" "I told you we should have nuked it!"
Within Minutes, every aircraft in Rugal's Poscession was en route.
BlackNoah
"Ok, now comes the hard part, we have to search this place top to bottom before Matt blows it up. Come on" Phoenix said as he took off his gear and sneaked toward.
"Damn it!" Matt shouted, pounding the wall. Sirens were going off all along the dead ship. "Why did he set of the alarm, what sense does that make?"
"Well, we were supposed to provide a distraction..." Boss said. "It's inconvinent, certainly, but only because of the timing. We would have ended up setting off the alarm anyway."
"No, you don't get it!" Matt said. "The ship defenses know where they are now!"
"Well that's good." Boss said. "Makes it easier to collect-"
"Not if they're dead." Matt said.
"Oh. Well-" Understanding smashed onto Boss's face like a sledgehammer. "Ooohhh. How many more bricks do we have to set up?"
"Six." Matt said.
"Can you do that on your own?"
"Blindfolded and with my hands tied behind my back, but-"
"Good." Boss said, walking away. "I'm gonna go work on that distraction."
My understanding of things at the moment is this:
1) Toyoma was still unconscious on the ship when Dillion was making suggestions, and Edge had elected to stay on the ship; the fact that we're here now tells me that they decided to go ahead without the two of them, meaning Boss and Matt are the only people setting bombs.
2) Dillion, Phoenix and Toyouma are entering at another point in the ship.
3) Boss and Matt don't know Toyouma is with Dillion and Phoenix.
Assuming that the clones aren't nearby(we aren't assuming that, they'd reach Dillion and Phoenix too quickly), there should be a very small window where Boss is able to create a diversion large enough for Phoenix's group to collect evidence and escape; the downside is this gives them less time to search, since Matt is placing charges on his own now. I'm gonna let Diablo decide what Boss is distracting, though. 'cause it's more fun like that.
Boss made his way around a few bends and saw a group of men running towards him, all of them the same as each other.
They see Boss and proceed to rush him.
The Clones are less Powerful Versions of Rugal, still have his fighting skills and attacks though
Phoenix Darted up in panic at the alarms.
"Shit! Shit! Shit! Shit! Shit!" he shouted as his eyes scanned the hallways unsure where to go.
Tomoya came out of the water and tapped Phoenix on his shoulder and then tapped the side of this helmet with two fingers to lift the visor up to speak "Ugh, maybe we should ask Matt?" Tomoya asked Phoenix.
The corridors of the ship were unexpectedly empty and a bit leveled with water, a sigh filled the emptiness from Tomoya's mouth and echoed through the sunken ship, but then the noise from the fallen wreckage above filled the ship..

You will play as one of several unlucky Hikers to stumble into the lab.
"Right...Sorry, just...ahhh...we might die here...even more so than at the Factory...Never gets easier thinking about that...Right, onwards..."
And with that Phoenix went down the hall and came to a locked door leading into what may be a supply closet.
"Shit!" Boss said, turning tail and running. "SHIT, SHIT, SHIT, SHIT! SHOULD HAVE THOUGHT THIS THROUGH!"
Immediately, the Rugal clones gave chase. Boss turned a bend, away from Matt, towards the hole they entered the boat on. Then he stopped. The hell am I doing? I have psychic powers. I could just crush them like in AKIRA.
Another voice, not unlike Edge's, which Boss thought of as a conscious, spoke up. Righty, 'cause Tetsuo is exactly the person you want to emanate. 'Hey, look at me, my psychic powers turned me into a twenty-story tall tumor!
Boss sighed internally. Fine, what should I do, then?
Beats me.
"Quick, he went this way!" The head Rugal clone said, gesturing. "The corridor is flooded; he's trapped!"
One of the Rugal clones shoved the other one. "Who put you in charge?"
The head Rugal clone was taken aback. "Well I...I just assumed..."
"The intruder! He's over there!" Anther Rugal clone shouted, pointing some distance across the hallway. The intruder was visible, for just a moment.
"See?" The second Rugal clone said. "He was over there you moron! You were about to lead us on a wild goose chase!"
"Well...I saw..."
The head Rugal was cut off by a blow to the stomach. "Now I'm in charge, and I say we're going the other way!"
"Hey!" The third Rugal clone said. "I saw him! I should be in charge!"
"Yeah!" A fourth Rugal clone said. "What have you done to prove your leadership skills?"
"I saw we were going on a wild goose chase!" The second Rugal said.
"No you didn't! You were offended because someone else was in charge!" A fifth Rugal said.
"Yeah!" A sixth Rugal said.
"OK, OK, you see what's happening here!" The head Rugal said, getting up. "He's using the 'Divide and Conquer' tactic! He's turning us against each other, and he's getting away!"
"Oh, and what?" The second Rugal said. "The solution is to put you back in charge?"
"As a matter of fact-" The head Rugal clone was cut off again by the other five Rugal clones beating the crap out of him.
Boss watched from across the hall, puzzled.
Meanwhile...several miles from The Rising Dawn...
"Chopper one come in, chopper one come in, this is Figher 06. We have visual confirmation of the Rising Dawn, I repeat, we have visual confirmation of the Rising Dawn less than a click from The Blacknoah; shall we engage?"
Rugal's scream was exceedingly unpleasant; the pilot had never heard him this panicked before, although he also supposed he had never heard of anyone breaking into the Blacknoah. "ENGAGE! I WANT THAT AIRSHIP WIPED OFF THE FACE OF THE EARTH! I WANT THERE TO BE NOTHING LEFT BUT A PILE OF SMOLDERNG ASHES!"
"Copy that, Chopper one. Fighters 01-06 engaging The Rising Dawn."
There was an audible explosion on the other line. "MAYDAY! MAYDAY! ENGINES OUT! I'M FALLING, OH GOD, I'M FALLING! I CAN'T EJECT! THE EJECT DOES-"
Meanwhile...at The Rising Dawn...
The plane burst into a fireball as it hit the water; Pepe screamed some kind of incoherent spanish as it did. Edge thought it sounded enthusiastic, but he wasn't entirely sure.
Youmou was astonished. "Did you...just...destroy a fighter with a pint of milk?"
"I did." Edge said. "Is there any way for us to contact the guys underwater?"
"I don't know. How long have you been here? Can you do that again?"
"I didn't leave, and yes, but only one at a time." Edge said. "Is there any way for you to fly up there and smack those planes with your sword?"
Rejected distraction ideas:
1) Really bad stand up (copied from Jerry Seinfeld). Reason rejected: While it may be a valid strategy, I don't want to put the other people reading the thread to sleep.
2) Playing the first few notes of 'Banjo Duel' and telling one of the clones he has a 'purrty mouth'. Reason rejected: Not unlike the movie, it was too homophobic.
3) Re-enacting the hallway scene from AKIRA. Reason rejected: Boss does not want to turn into a twenty-story tall tumor.
Another Clone attacks from behind and Gets Boss in a choke-hold.
"Sorry about my brothers, normally only one clone is let out at a time..."
Boss struggled as his air was cut off.
"...But you just had to trip the alarm..."
The Clone Rugal looked Boss in the eyes.
"Do yourself a favor, die quickly...hehehahahah..." He laughed as he wrapped his two hands around Bosses throat and began tiring to break his windpipe.
Youmu looked up at the fighter convoy above her and Edge. "Well..." she started, "I could smack them around a little, yes, but I'd need to get up to them first. This world's stopping me from--" She never finished the sentence. As soon as she said she could do it, Edge had picked her up and hurled her straight at the nearest plane.
She nearly didn't grab onto it, her left hand finding a grip at the last possible second. The pilot knew that something had landed on the place and started evasive manoeuvres. He did manage to throw her off - but not before she managed to unsheathe Roukan and slice through the plane's back.
Okay, don't panic... she thought. There'll be something up here I can--ah, there's another one! Spotting another fighter passing by, she 'dashed' directly onto its nose, holding herself better in place this time. The second pilot didn't even have time to react before his entire nose suddenly fell away.
By now, all the other pilots were noticing something was going on, and one tried to shoot at the saboteur. It was getting too hot to handle. Then she suddenly remembered how she'd dropped off the pagoda...
Turning towards the ground, sword-first, she prepared to use it as a shock absorber. Hopefully the airship could take as much stress as the courtyard of the Emperor's palace.
Suddenly the head of the Rugal choking Boss just fell away from its body. As the body crumpled to the floor, Matt stood there as his energy swords turned off and retracted back into his arms. "I think created enough of a distraction. Come on, we have three bricks left to plant," Matt said as he helped boss get on his feet.
Dillon seeing that the snail was causing a problem on his airship got pretty angry.
His eyes became yellow with black slits, his canines began to elongate.
"You guys go ahead, I have a snail to discipline." he said to the others, he then went back into the water, with no one else he was able to use his wings, the bat like wings were able to propel him through the water, and the electricity only killed a few dozen fish.
Once he broke the water his wing let him travel like a bullet, he flew right into the hanger.
He saw the Snail about to throw One of Dillon's favourite chairs out.
He stopped the snail immediately
"WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU?RE......doing"
The pause was because in the corner of his eye he could see the helicopters approaching.
"We'll talk about this later, get into your Biplane we need to defend the Rising Dawn.
Dillon then ran to the nearest control panel it was mounted on the wall, a quick password and he was able to make commands to the airship. He put it back in auto-pilot with evasive measures, and he brought the guns online. He quickly typed in that the snail was not an enemy. Once that was done Dillon ran right to the edge of the hangar and jumped off. His Black lightning wings stopped his fall very quickly.
He placed himself between the airship and the approaching helicopters; this was where he would make his stand.
Just as his disc had predicted.
I don't know how long Dillon and Pepe will be in the air fighting the choppers, but Dillon will fight until they're destroyed or he's dead. It's convenient as it gives Dillon a chance to take his anger out on someone who isn't a character in the forum.
As Phoenix was was checking out the locked down several Rugal clones ran down the hall.
"OH GOD! Com'on OPEN!" He yelled as he started banging against the door.
The open swung open and hit him in the face.
A man stepped out.
"You!? How did you ge- Just a moment..."
Kazuya turned and faced the incoming clones and used his New Eye to fire a small laser a them which sliced though flesh and bone left a pile of body parts on the ground. "...So you triggered the Alarm...great...now why are you here?..."
Phoenix froze as he recalled the ass kicking he received after the trial by Kazuya.
Skies Above
Dillon felt a strange static in the air around him.
He then quickly banked to his left to dodge an incoming Red Lighting Bolt from above.
The bolt stuck the sea before travelling back up though along the bodies of several helicopters before coming to a rest on the Airship deck.
Rugal exhaled and laughed.
"That...is how to travel...ALRIGHT! THOSE WHO WISH TO FACE THE LORD GOD!...COME FORTH!"
Youmu was falling to the ground. Her teeth were gritted, prepared for the worst, when she heard strange noise, like the sound a television makes when you turn it on, beside her.
"Gotcha!" Edge said, catching Youmu. Quickly, he teleported again, landing gracefully on the ground. "Are you alright?" he asked, setting Youmu down.
Youmu turned on Edge, furious. "If you can telepo-" She stopped mid sentence. Edge was resting on his knees, taking deep breaths, clearly winded.
"I can only-" Edge had to take another breath before continuing. "-teleport-huff-about two hundred-huff-feet-huff-at most-huff. And it's-huff-very tiring-huff. But I wasn't going-huff-to let you die-huff. I had a plan-huff."
"Comrades!" Pepe shouted, from across the island. "I am going in my biplane to whipe out ze Nazi svine-uh! Viva la revolution!"
Edge shook his head and stood up. "Sorry about that. The throwing, I mean. I just wasn't sure what to do." Edge nodded to the sky. Dillion was fighting the planes, and Pepe had just taken off. "At least we won't have to do it again. You're...do you feel that?"
Youmu did feel a strange static in the air, which she realized just as a bolt of bright red bolt of thunder nearly struck Dillion out of the air. It hit the ocean traveled to the ground, and shot up through the airship's deck.
Youmu's eyes narrowed. "Rugal!"
Meanwhile...At The Blacknoah...
"You didn't have to do that." Boss said, standing up. "And we needed to ask him questions."
"He was strangling you." Matt said. "You were dying, and we don't have any time."
"I was fine. My powers-"
"What did I just say?" Matt said, shoving a brick of C4 into Boss's hands. "Plant that about fifty feet that way." Matt pointed to the right. "I'll place this one and the last one, then we'll catch up with Phoenix and Dillion and get the hell outta here."
Boss nodded. "On it."
Youmu, that was exactly what I was thinking. And it was awesome. I'm not sure what else to say about that, but it was awesome.
What Boss was about to say was that his telekinisis protects him at all time, and not a lot of things can harm him because of that. He can passively block rounds from a tank thrown by Edge.
What Boss was about to say was that his telekinisis protects him at all time, and not a lot of things can harm him because of that. He can passively block rounds from a tank thrown by Edge.
Really? Alright I'll make a note of that, but lets just say that was a surprise attack then
Rugal heard the Nazi Comment as he landed on deck.
He turned as a bi-plane raced pass the airship.
"...Niedlich, Zeit zu sterben..." he laughed in German.
He brought his hand up as it glowed with red lighting before saluting and shouting "HEIL HITLER!" in memory of his grandfather.
And with that several red bolt began to fire from the sky around the bi-plane.
What Boss was about to say was that his telekinisis protects him at all time, and not a lot of things can harm him because of that. He can passively block rounds from a tank thrown by Edge.
Actually, I had an elaborate post written detailing how Boss was only pretending to be choked and killed so the clones wouldn't look for Matt, and on the off chance the clone would take him to where the other clones were produced. I just didn't post it quickly enough.
I also changed my post a little, to reflect Rugal (the real one) coming into the picture.
Took too long typing the old post. That can happen. Although, I'm not sure if Youmu ever actually saw Rugal that much...Well, whatever works. New post...probably coming soon.
Since neither Youmu nor Edge can get up to where Rugal is right now, he'll have to come down to them before I can do something.
Rugal then disappeared in a gust of wind before reappearing behind Youmu and Edge.
"Well Well Well, the outcasts of the merry band of Heroes...I'm going try and enjoy this as much as I can..." Rugal siad in a disappointed manner before he stomped on the ground with such force the entire Airship shook a little.
"You There! Impress Me!" he said before readying himself for battle.
