Unless it's too much for me to ask, did something go on between Youmu and Tomoya? Like, long before our reboot from the Angel/Tiberius war? Also, what fight is there to have? Future Sev stomped out any conflict left... Unless we're going to fight about what we're supposed to be doing...

Caim looked at the blond man (failing) to attack Doom. Then Caim realized that it was the man who attacked Angelus. "You again?! Oh, this is rich!" With a silent laugh, his face still illuminated by the features that usually follow such a sound (ie laughter, but no sound) He added, "You're so dead!" Caim charged at Doom and thrusted forward, a sonic force following after his sword. Doom wobbled, and moved the the side after being hit by the force. Incidentally, it allowed Doom to dodge some of Caim's swings. Dooooooooooooom, wanna dance, pretty boy?
He drunkedly swung at Caim, and Caim dodged around, a few clinks rang from Doom grazing his armor.
The dragon roared, "CAIM!" , and everyone was alerted to the chaos of all the fighting parties involved.

Doom staggered some more before shouted "Oi, Cloud...or Shift...Bah, HUM-MAN BENDER!" Before throwing something the size of a poker chip at Caim which bounced on his head harmlessly and fell on the ground in front of him. "...You done?..." "....uh oh...."
Caim dashed forward and began attacking Doom, Landing hit after hit without Fail.
Wesker picked himself up in time to watch this and smiled. "Huh...well that went well..."
Tomoya took a Look at Wesker and Realised who he was...

"bbb-But if you take the main reactor offline the airship will crash!" someone cried
"No it won't, See he's fighting the process, but sending his power to the backup grid will limit how much he can fight it, speeding the Drainage rate. "But wouldn't that waste the power your trying to get?"
"No, an angel's power will recharge over time, I just need enough so I can recharge my own and, depending on how well this goes..." He glared at the suffering angel "...I might just use him as a human battery rather than just kill him slowly..." "Very Well Sir...
I don't think it was ever more than just close friends. Also, Youmu doesn't remember what happens between reboots, but Tomoya does - and having to re-introduce himself to her every time annoys him a lot.
So because My arc didn't go very far, no epic build up, how about since we're in a different setting we DO a Castlevania arc? I know the basic plot, Dracula, lots of monsters and make it really hard
Don't beat yourself up about it. Most of the others don't blame you and neither do I - the idea had promise, but then everything got wrapped up too soon by someone who had no business wrapping it up.
As for your other idea, the Castlevania one, that might take a bit of doing, but if you're up to it then I'd be willing to go along for the ride.
Haven't played a Castlevania game ('cept lord of shadow... but that's not really a C-vania game as far as my research tells me) so I wouldn't know, but seems legit. Also I just kinda wanna see how GM'ing an arc is like.
I'm up for anything, but an castlevania arch would be very interesting...

Tomoya's body rushed with lightning, it was repairing his internal bruising, he threw one bolt at Wesker but it was easily dodged, "Ugh...I'll...kill... you!" Tomoya said in a tired and angry voice. The rain was still hitting the ground hard and Tomoya looked up as he felt the rain, he saw giant black clouds, he raised his hand and tried calling his element, but to no anvil.
Caim continued pounding his sword against Doom's armor, (mentally) shouting with every every swing. One would notice that Caim's mouth moved with his syllables, but no sound continued to escape them, "You! Are! Going! To! Pay! For! Every! Hurt!"
Doom was able to dodge to the side, and find a brief reprieve from Caim's assault. Caim pointed his sword at Doom, and 'said' "Every pain you gave her, you will receive tenfold! DO YOU UNDERSTAND, TIN MAN?! RRRRAAAAAAAAAAAARRRGGGGGGGHHHH!!!!!!"
With that 'scream', Caim pushed his hand forward, and towers of flame began to erupt from the ground, following quickly after Doom.
"I bet your metal doesn't take to fire to well, eh, Tin Man!?"
Also, according to the first set of screen shots, Caim can call twelve of these, a full bar of magic willing. This applies to all of the weapons, in context of full power of magics.
-The Dragon-
During the battle, the dragon didn't know exactly what to do. She understood that Caim was (probably) following a tradition of defending her honor/pride; but she feared that Caim was going to get himself killed by the metal man. If he was able to put a good dent in her naturally armored scales, gods only know what was to be done to Caim, especially considering his not so armored flesh. She also feared that her support might accidentally incinerate (and by proxy, herself) in the process. She stayed there helplessly, and attempted to share battle support in his already chaotic mind.
Tomoya sighed as he tagged in Sev and went all wozy, he could tell a storm was coming, and he needed to be in it, but he cannot battle in this form, he knew that he has to get back to the modern times or at least get hit by lightning.
Seeing Tomoya pull out of his fight with Wesker, Youmu immediately stood up, taking Roukan off the ground where it had fallen with her previous hand. She walked up to Tomoya to see if he was unconscious or just exhausted. She then looked around at Wesker and Doom, trying to determine which the angel had been fighting. Unable to work it out, she simply turned back to Tomoya, asking what the problem was.
Severin picked up Tomoya and, with Wesker close behind, jogged him into the Swedish space ship. Sev turned around and was face-to-face with Wesker. Severin then made quite the odd observation.
"You remind me of Duke Nukem," Severin noted. Wesker's face distorted into one of confusion, then rage as he delivered a solid punch to Sev, who went flying, screaming in pain. He rolled about in the ground, then grabbed his leg.
"OW, MY KNEE! THAT'S MY KNEE! God... DAMNIT!" he turned on his side and sat for a while.
"AAHHHHH... MAN!" he turned to Frank, who was watching in awe.
"WHY DIDN'T YOU EVOLVE ME?" Sev yelled.
"Because I love you Severin and I thi-" Frank started.
"Do you want me to LOSE?" Sev screamed back, "IS THAT WHAT YOU WANT??? CHRIST!!" Severin proceeded to start throwing up everywhere. Wesker was befuddled to say the least.
As Tomoya was about to talk to Youmu he was grabbed Sev and taken inside the ships entrance, "Wait, were the hell am I!?" He yelled which echoed to outside the ship. He saw Chillz and Frank and was deeply confused, "Frank?" He questioned,as he began to crawl to the entrance, "Need...to...get out!" He said as he slipped out of the entrance of the ship of the ship and fell behind a tree falling unconscious.
Dillon and The blade meanwhile he had one last thing to do, just for shits and giggles.
But I had planned for Dillon and Excalibur to do a duet, singing about how much they hate each other. I'm also writing down their lines just cause and because I'm altering a few, lyrics thoiugh only the ones I can think of a good replacement.
Codex: DI means Dillon's lines, E means Excalibur's because I don't want to write that over and over.

As Youmu saw Tomoya's body fall out of the space ship, she immediately ran over and picked him up by his collar. "Wake up! Wake up!" she yelled, shaking him, but to no avail. Unable to think of any other options, she threw him over his shoulder and took to the air, hoping there was someone nearby who could help.

Didn't give him his awesome RE5 Powers yet, so you might want to retcon that, has his Samurai Edge and The Hydra though.
Caim heard Sev cry out, giving Doom the Chance to shove him onto that Chip he threw.

Caim Fell straight on the Ship which activated it, forming a large capsule around him.
As Caim got up and started to attack the capsule, a bolt of Plasma cut across his back, then his leg, the time between bolts decreased as the power of them increased before the entire thing blew up.
Doom took the chance to escape the Group and ran towards an old Castle...
So thats how our Arc starts, Blue Again sorry for Doom beating Caim, but the Bender is not Entirely Lethal, only if you were already badly hurt, also it blows up, about the strength of a landmine.
