Hm, for me? It probably has to be when I got the first 1000/1000 for Gears of War 2.
Why? Well because I had so many people telling me that I would never do it, that I would give up before I reached 50,000 kills and 1000 rounds. Well when I first got "Party it's like 1999" some people believed I will, but I still had a lot of my friends putting me down. Well when I finally did it, I got to have a fun day.

For me it was completing CoD: WaW on veteran and getting all the trophies...

Not very impressive but I felt happy after I did it...

This isn't exactly my accomplishment per se, but yesterday I convinced my friend who bought a PS3 only to play Rock Band 2 to download the Resident Evil 5 demo last Friday. By Sunday she was playing like she had been playing Resident Evil since birth, and around one in the morning we took down the crazy Chainsaw man in the Shanty Town. I take great satisfaction in seeing her inner gamer come to light.

As for my own personal achievement...my proudest moment was when I beat Streets of Rage for the Sega Genesis. It was the first game I ever beat on my own, and the game still has a fond place in my heart.

being a n00b at SoF2 online and beating two pro clans, one time outnumbered, and after much practise having the Sniper from a pro clan call me "the best sniper I've ever seen", all while using dial up against the big boys using broadband.

Good times, I must load up SoF2 again, anyone know if the servers are still full?

Well for me, it was when I was little and beat my first game all by myself. That magical game was the great and mighty Pokemon Blue. Awww the memories.
