Dude, I was the one who epic failed. I should have backed up my sociological findings with bar charts about how often my Chinese friends who were nerds visited the arcades as compared to my Anglo-Australian friends who were nerds who went with them. Lazy research in the subject I took in high school last year (Society and Culture) which required high level sociology, is an epic fail on my part.

Keane or Funk I reckon. Sagat is too raw to ignore, Sakura vs Bison is harder to judge as they are both pretty powerful and one is yet to be fully explored. I'll give it to Bison and his light Scissor kick cheapness.

Rufus is also good but requires very good control to keep a handle on and has a number of moves that are massively punishable if employed at the wrong moment.

Vega is crap on crackers. I'm trying to play with him myself and he's decent with his poke runaway game until you get caught, then he's all out of tricks and gets stomped on. Why does he take more damage when he already has the added disadvantage of his claw and mask flying off (lowering his damage and range and makes him take even more damage)? Capcom needs to fix this, he's one of the big four of old.
