Perhaps it stretches the definition of "music" a little, but how about the soundtrack for the Shalebridge Cradle from Thief: Deadly Shadows?

Spoiler: I'm comfortable in the dark, but this feels like a house with bad dreams.

And perhaps more conventional but certainly not without atmosphere of its own, the soundtrack for The House of Widow Moira.

Spoiler: The Widow Moira might know where her late husband kept his treasures. Maybe I'll start by paying her a little visit.
