I've started a group for EVE playing Escapists on Steam [http://store.steampowered.com/about/] so that we can get together and I can mooch of you trade items, partake in missions and help each other out generally. As well as trying to drag in other Escapists in with free trials.

Yes, this is more of a shameless punt than anything else, but I like making groups and labelling them as official.

No, that's just how Wall-E pronounces her name. If you watch the film again, the Captain calls her EVE.

Guys, seriously. The thread is for players, not just to say how much you don't like EvE. If you want to come in and make yourself look good by voicing an opinion that's nothing to do with the purpose of the thread, sod off and complain somewhere else.

I am going to be a droner by the way, so I am probably going to be a Gallent. Motherships look too good... 25 drones...

I hate droners. I could take a thorax down no issue in my frigate if it wasn't for those damn hobgoblin/hammerhead T2s!

Droner? I assume u mean Gallente :-D (Droner sounds like some kind of warhammer orc class). Hate to be a killjoy though, but it will take +/-2 years to get in a mothership unless ur very good at making isk . I been playing almost 3years (how sad) & cant fly or afford a capitol ship yet let alone a supercap. Also u'll need an alt to fly it as once ur in it, ur trapt till u eject or blow up.

Oh... And why is it that every topic related to EVE Online be filled with people saying how "oh so boring" it is... We've got your point, message recieved, you don't like it, do you have to keep going on about it 'till the apocalypse?

Mining, killing ships by clicking on them and let everything autofire and trading? I honestly did not see the point in that game. I really liked the concept of one huge space world.. but I either missed out on something or I just don't like it.
