My plan is the UK gives Gibraltar to the French in exchange for supporting open access to the Financial markets (this will piss off Spain), then the UK gives the Shetland islands to Germany in exchange for migration controls (this will piss off the Danes, and the Norwegians).

Then we just sit back and watch everyone else in chaos.

You forgot giving the Falkland Islands to Spain in exchange for them permitting Scotland independent entry into the EU.

On topic; I have no idea what the fuck is going on - that's got to be the most incoherent e-petition I've ever seen.
