I think it is high time someone did this. Inspired by another thread on this same forum, I felt it needed to be done.

Some villains are just mad.

And gloriously so. It could be a power high, it could be a realizations of an ages long ambition, or it could be the man or woman to be just plain ol' OFF THEIR ROCKER! Whatever the reason, some of us here just can't help but appreciate a good, evil villain's laughter. Whether it'd be in English, Japanese, French, German, Korean, or whatever language spoken of on this earth and beyond. The best laughs help cement a villain as a well.... VILLAIN.

Whether they're from a game, a movie, an animation developed in the West or East, or a even a comic book panel that you read from books or a strip.

I say... gather round everyone!

LETS CELEBRATE CHORTLING, CACKLING, GUFFAWS, AND CRIES OF JOY JOY JOY!

The boss music in the US soundtrack for Sonic CD has some disproportionately evil laughter in it, though it does also sound a bit more like Santa than Robotnik...

Ooh, it's been a while since I watched Breaking Bad, that one's good.

Anyway.

Not from fiction, and not a villain, [small]what am I doing here?[/small]
But I like to have this on hand at times.

Got Megatron, got Palpatine... oh wait, I know:

Soma Cruz gets a similar one when fighting him during Julius mode in Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow, and of course Dracula makes it part of his job to come up with a better one after each defeat and subsequent resurrection.

This is one reason why i always loved Albert Wesker from the resident evil series.

Sadly i couldn't find a compilation of his laughs over the course of all the games he has been in, so here's just a few from code veronica:

Not gonna lie, i was like nuuuuuuuuuu at the end of resident evil 5 knowing this time he really wasn't coming back.
As a result, the resident evil series is dead to me, haven't played anything resi evil since. What's the point, knowing that magnificent bastard isn't around anymore?
Let's be real, its not like we follow the series for its protagonists (though leon and claire were quite likeable in re2).
