Why didn't you put all his stuff outside? Just go "I don't mind when you pick it up..it's outside of my house...fetch it whenever you care".

My last ex was actually kind of the other way around. She stuck to my back. She cost a lot of time, money and nearly all my friends and family. Thank GOD I did what I had to...

She's pretty much stalking me now though.

My first girlfriend was completely unreliable and dishonest, and obsessed with fixing other people's problems and ignoring her own, and it took me way too long to realize that she was just not a good person. Then after a couple years, after she had changed schools and I hadn't contacted her in any way, she finally took the hint and asked if I disliked her as a person. I laughed a bit, then ignored the message. I think she was expecting us to see each other again and be all "Oh, I've always loved you and I miss you so much, we should get back together right now", because she thinks her life is a romantic comedy and she's the quirky-but-cute love interest(which she's not). I'm glad I never spent any money on her, and it was a good learning experience being my first girlfriend and all, but I'm SO glad I never have to see her again.

Wow. That feels pretty nice.

I don't have any exes that I hate. I do however have an ex best friend that I hate. We were friends from third grade, and in 9th grade she suddenly didn't want to be friends with me anymore, due to me not being popular.
I don't hate her for that though. I hate her because she did the exact same thing to another person I know. If someone does it to me I won't care, but if someone does it to someone I know, then I'll rage.
One positive thing happened though, now I'm friend with the person she used to be best friend with, so we can hate her together :)

Oh dear. I see what you were saying about the anger, lol.

Don't be angry anymore, hun. Every second you're not smiling is a second the bastard takes from you. He's a douche, so don't give him the time of day. Put on a smile, count your blessings and stick it to him!

But you can totally be angry at that guy for taking your 50p. Bastard!
Ouch! Completely agree with you though. Don't let him screw you over anymore, he's not worth it. Any guy who doesn't have the guts for a face to face confrontation and acuses you of shit when He's the one in the wrong is a complete arse anyway.

I'd like to point out that I'm a dude anyway so I know the difference between a douche guy and a nice guy. And he aint no nice guy.

As a nice person you probably wouldn't like the idea of dropping his shit outside, but it would have saved hassle if you brought them to his parents house...

I suppose I'm lucky in that I've never had a psychotic ex, though I'll admit I've been a massive wanker in a couple of relationships and a clingy ex.

Anyway, I hope for your sake that he fucks off out of your life.

It can count if you hate it so much that it makes you angry. REAL angry.

How...deep.

Either way I don't think this'll work for OT, unless she likes to hurt herself.

That honestly made me chuckle. I forgot that the OT was female while reading everyone elses responses.

I never pretend to be a deep and philosophical person. Just someone trying to get by.

Doesn't that worry you? My friend once parked outside her boyfriends house at 3am in the morning thinking he was cheating on her and was he? No. Did she get dumped? Yes.

So many lies in this thread.
I was mad a while when I broke up with my ex as she refused to tell me why, but then I stopped caring and moved on
Yeah that was the plan - that's always the plan. But it just pees me off how petty someone can be. I don't care if you're with her now, its none of my business, yes I'm hurt but it's not of his business, just come get your stuff. At least have the decency to say 'hey' to my face after doing all of that crap.

And which lies?

And on a random OT - What on earth do you guys mean by COOCH!? *blank expression*

I don't hate that much about my ex... the one thing I do hate, which I heard from his next girlfriend after he dumped her, is apparently I "used him to get over my depression". Which is total bollocks, and if he'd bothered to keep in touch or pay any attention to me, he'd know was still a big issue for me.

However, I did have a best friend who I really hated with a passion. I could make a page long rant about her, but I don't think it'd be PG13, which supposedly the Escapist is.

Nah that doesn't really bother me. It's not physically stalking. She's just not over her feelings yet and wants to know everything I do, and who I talk with, etc. etc.

It's just plain annoying.

And a chooch....well...(don't read this, children)

I'm sorry, but he's obviously an idiot ^^ what is with guys and assumptions?! I mean, girls are bad at stuff like that anyway, but with guys its not just the assumption, its the 100% belief that what they have just assumed is completely and utterly true *sigh*

I'm going to leave my divorce out of this...I have absolutely no hate for my ex-wife, because she didn't fail me. I failed her. I promised her that she'd always be safe and secure in my arms, that she'd never have to work unless she wanted to, that I'd give her everything she could possibly want...and I failed miserably on all counts. I didn't cheat on her. She didn't cheat on me. I was nothing but faithful and loyal...but my life was such a pathetic attempt at fitting into a normal world that she couldn't stay with me...even though we still loved each other. I...just...failed.

Now, OTHER ex-girlfriends, like... (in reverse chronological order)

- the one who got back together with the ex after she'd told me he was (her words) "violent", "psychotic", and that "we broke up when I fell out of love with him." Capper? I found out about this via Facebook.

- the one who had a five-night stand with me (and the sex was great!), but a week after we met she said "I won't see you again until you agree to meet my parents." Umm...no. Nice knowin' ya, let me know if you're knocked up---(a week later, when she emailed to let me know she was on her period "as a courtesy") no? Good. Nice knowin' ya.

- the one who had the drinking problem and slept with a stranger. At least she had the decency to feel guilty enough about it to confess.

- the one who cheated on me with anything that moved. You guys have heard about her before if you follow my stories on here. She was the one I got my revenge on when I invited her over, told her "the door will be unlocked, just let yourself in", and she arrived to find me and her friend making the beast with two backs on the floor of the front room.

Just wondering...and I don't want to herrass and you or anything...
but WHY would you promise your ex wife that she'd never have to work unless she wanted to?
I'm sure you have a good reason for this. Right?

Your stories kinda worry me because I'm single and I really don't want to experience most of the things you mentioned :p Except for the thing in the end. Cheers to that :p

And @ EmzOLV:

You're welcome. I didn't know what it was either. But my curiousity always gets the better of me :)
