Hmm... I'm probably overlooking some good ones, but I'll go with the Alpha Strike button from the MechWarrior series. Nothing says "Fuck you!" like unloading every single weapon on your 'mech in one glorious volley, especially if you take it to the extreme and let your mech go critical in a final act of spite.

Personally, my "fuck you" button is Taunt, but for attack...

I think my "fuck you" button is 3. Specifically, it's the shortcut for Moonbeam, the Dark Blast powerset's snipe attack in City of Heroes.

It's a powerful, but interruptible, attack, so the only thing more satisfying than sniping someone with it...is hitting them point-blank!

Mine is R1+R2 in Ape Escape 3, which is what you press to transform into different 'personas'. And after buying loads of 'Morph Stocks' (allow you to transform multiple times in a row) I'm almost unstoppable. I must say that the Monkey costume is the best...

In Final Fantasy XI on my scholar, using Blizzard IV after casting the following on myself:

Dark Arts > Addendum: Black > Hailstorm > Klimaform > Ebullience

It's fun :3 Doing 1400 damage against puddings in Nyzul Isle...that's what I'm talking about.

Also, in Soul Calibur, doing throws are always a nice way to show an enemy who's boss.
