Race: Angel
Age: 22
Description: A giant amongst the Angels, standing almost as tall as Gabriel, he wears armour of silver across his chest, legs and arms. His eyes are golden brown and his hair dark brown.
Powers (if any): His mere presence dampens the powers of his enemies, freezing humans, fallen born and the possessed in the tracks. Concentrating on a single enemy gives him a partial control of them (being able to control their movement but not their powers)
Weapons: He carries a long spear and a short sword crafted from the finest gold but stronger than any known metal. He also carries a pair of manacles, which when placed on anyone render them powerless and in the total control of Ansiel. They are an anathema to all daemon kind.
Biography: He was a guard in the prisons of the pharaohs, mocked for being pious and ?Soft handed? he was strict but fair. He was known for never punishing prisoners unless they justly deserved it. He was elevated to the ranks of Angels on the day he was murdered by a prisoner. He answered Gods call immediately being one of the first Angels to descend to Earth.

The idea about you being huge and all is alright, and and so is you being stronger than most angels. The fact that you can instantly and infallibly freeze people and the control ability, however, I could see getting in the way of fun. Maybe you could just make it so that enemies around him have a hard time focusing, and can't fight at their full capacity. The manacles however, I kinda like. Hell, you're supposed to be a tough fighter angel, and not a wimp. It also makes sense with you having them seeing as you were a prison guard, just make sure they're not too easy to attach, maybe not as useful in combat, but great to keep a defeated enemy as prisoner.
These are just my thoughts, though. It's ultimately up to OP to decide should you edit or not.
Yes, definitely drop the control (it's frowned upon to control the actions of other people's characters in RP's anyway). Description: An average man, with brown hair and brown eyes. Wears a regualr pair of glasses due to eye problems in his left eye. Usualy wears just a T-shirt and jeans, as well as a backpack(which he uses to carry stuff)
Powers (if any): Exceptionaly skilled with fire-arms, skilled driver, moderate mechanique and computer specialist, realatively good survivalist
Weapons: Pump action 12 Gauge, Hunting Knife.
Biography: Jason lived in northern Ontario(Canada) with his Dad until he was 18. He learned many survival skills, as his Dad was a nature enthuisist, and they often went camping with nothing but the packs on their backs. He also picked up skill at a young age in weaponry useage, and he proved a natural at using a gun. Since they lived so isolated, he also became skilled in repairing things. When he turned 18 he began attending the Sudbury university, where he studied programming. However, on his 20th birthday, he learned his Dad had been killed by a rouge Angel. He vowed vengance and began work as a freelance Merc, specializing in combatting the Occult. When the War between Heaven and Hell errupted, Jason was more than ready to face the challenge and fight alongside Humanities armies.

Description: Tall, with long dark hair, his face is handsome, but few ever see it, for the main feature is his eyes, which are unique. To look into them is to stare into the abyss, a blissful oblivion in contemplation of divine grace, totally devoid of thought. They eyes were given him by God, according to his nature of revelation, and as such, their power can stun even the strongest of angels, should they ever meet his eyes.
Powers: His eyes, but also the power to detect lies, see hidden things and sometimes to know things inexplicably (think alethiometer style), or detect peoples secrets (within limits), though it tires him
Biography: Revelation is a Named angel, one created with a name according to his mission. In his case, he was created by God to be a messenger to the people of earth. Given the gifts of truth, he was able to not only serve his original purpose well, but became a valuable advisor, as he could access a store of omniscient knowledge.
When God decided to invade Earth, Revelation looked into the problem and saw what he must do. It pained him, but he knew he had to rebel against God, and fight the side of humanity against the heavenly host
Weapons: Being a Named angel, everything about him is also named, including his equipment. He wields a sword, Knowledge, made from a strange sliver blue metal like silver, but stronger than steel, whose edge, Clarity, never blunts. His armour, Truth, is formed from the same material, and is engraven with phrases and sentences that are different to each reader, telling him unpleasant truths or hinting at deep secrets
