The farthest I've gotten in (game) is...

This thread is where you tell each other how far you've gotten in a certain game, whether it be very whimpy(like never getting past 1-1 in Super Mario Bros), or something incredible(like beating Battletoads). So go on, tell us!

The farthest I've gotten in Ninja Gaiden is the boss of the 4th act. I don't know if that's anything to be proud of or not.

I've beaten all of the modern Ninja Gaiden games on the hardest difficulty setting, and I've also done so with I Wanna Be The Guy.
Those are probably the most memorable "Farthest" moments from my gaming life, as some people are utterly amazed at that.
And I can't think of anything else.

I beat Battletoads (Only took me 5 years)

i got to the checkpoint in the first level of "asshole mario"... nah, i'm joking, i don't even know how to get this hack in the first place.

the invisible boxes are placed in such funny places. he'll be doing really well, jump, hit a coin box and fall down a hole. makes me laugh every time

I finished Need For Speed: Underground 1 (using civic, then rx-7 and occasionally the skyline, but track 104 is near impossible with any car other than the miata or the rx-7, skyline is too slippery at high speed).

I'm still stuck on the Collector's ship in ME2 on insanity mode though. It's tough, but I think I can beat it if I try a few more times. I'm running soldier and using (mostly) that bigass Anti-Material rifle.

I pretty much completely beat DJ Hero. As in I 5-starred every single mix on Expert difficulty. Although I still have two achievements left: Playing local multiplayer with a second DJ, and winning 10 online games. The problem is, I know only one other person at my school with DJ Hero, and we probably wouldn't get a chance to play. And for the other achievement, I think there are a grand total of 8 people that still play the game online. So I'm screwed.

In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, I've gotten to- but haven't beaten- the Shadow Queen. Also, the game has a bad habit of making you mash A when you're trying a fight for a second (pr third or fourth) time to skip past all the dialogue you've already read.

Oh jeeze... Between both of the hard drives I've gone through with my 360, I've beaten all of the Guitar Hero/Rock Band games, and DJ Hero, and I've beaten all of the Halo games on solo Legendary within three playthroughs. I have yet to make it past the first kill in Assassin's Creed, for some reason.

I have not gotten past Feros on any of my 7 attempts at playing Mass Effect. It just bores me too much.

I also haven't gotten past Chapter 7 section 2 of Geist. Prevent people from leaving a lobby, with bad FPS handling? SURE

The farthest I've gotten in FF13 is the fight vs. Barthandelus in Eden in the final act. I get raped by him every time, and I'll get massacred if I backtracked, so I had to restart.

Ghost n' Goblins for the NES kicked my ass as a kid, I remember once I barely made it onto the second half of Level 2, by the skin of my teeth.
Since then I've gotten all the way to level 3. Go me.

Furthest I've ever gotten in Crysis(a way easier game) was that first big tank-session. CRY-st that game's vehiclecontrols are aweful. And the handling... oh the handling.

Also; Neverwinter Nights 2. I've gotten to the library where you have to solve 4 riddles in 4 magic books.
There I haven't gotten further because of a bug. One of the books don't spawn. So yeah. Stuck... And pissed.

I beat most of my games, got to the fourth level in mirrors edge got stuck, gave up.

Got to the second level in Wet, found the protagonist has no personality and gave up because I had no idea what was going on. All my other games I've beaten.
