from the internet? About 600kbps, although that's definitely not typical. For that to happen I have to either be downloading from a very very popular torrent, and Eve Online's download went about that fast.

On a Lan you can get some really stupid speeds, like 5mbps

1.1MB is my usual max, however when I was trying out the Huxley Beta, both me and my buddy noticed speeds WAY in excess of what we were used to seeing. I was pulling at about 3MB/s, and that's the only time I've ever seen that happen.

1.5mb and I think I was downloading a driver from Nvidia.

Otherwise my internet is really bad.

Its all the fault of one lazy company...
