*sigh* Did the FBI forget to call the CIA again?
Fine, I'll get to it.

My money's on him being a MASSIVE troll and it's not really a cipher at all, just a long list of random numbers and letters.

Ok, I have not cracked the whole code but I think I am getting there. The first line reads:

My name is (hard to decipher the correct name).

The next line so far starts with:

Often I sense

Part of the key is not every letter is part of the code and is a dump letter that does not count. This makes it hard to figure out nemes though....so I need to work on more of it before I can figure out if there is a pattern to the worthless letters or if the entire code needs to be translated and then you just read the full words out of it. From what I can see though the throw away letters are not in code...which messes up any easy way to translate the code unless you already know the key.

What I really need is a copy of the letters that are easier to read as the ones posted blow. I'm a bit busy right now (finishing my last class for my masters degree) but if anyone knows a quick link to a better version that would be great. I could save it on my computer and blow it up later I guess..but figure there might be a link to a better image already available.

I blew it up already.

Ok.....this is a rough translation so far, I will narrow it down more as I go.

My name is *Mark* (mark makes the most sense).

Often I sense beings near me. Please print

Look, guys, I already posted that I have broken it down to the following numerical sequence. Seriously!

It correlates with the alphabet in some way. I know this because the highest value (also the first number) is 26. 26 letters in the alphabet. Now it's just a matter of someone beating this last step, and we have the answer. I've been trying, but I'm still burnt out on it. Need a fresh set of eyes to look it over.

The answer is right there in front of us, but I'm either looking too deeply, or not deeply enough.

Here are the numbers. Surely, someone can get it!

26-15-15-2-12-6-9-25-26-8-22-26-9-22-25-22-15-12-13-20-7-12-6-8

I noticed TFRNE came up at least twice. Maybe it's as simple as different letters, but then surely the FBI would have cracked that after 12 years.

Maybe its just gibberish? Dunno if I was ninjad or not, but anyways
Just because it LOOKS solvable, doesnt mean it is. It does however, inspire me for something for my DnD campaign...

MTSE= Maintenance VLSE= refers to a Nissan distributor program WSE= Provides used cars and parts to Nissan.

FRTSE= A website that was Nissan geared and went offline in 1998.

The VIN Number is 17 digits starts JN2_ S _S? _G_ C _ X and then I lost conversions. T=Origin Oppama Japan U= Stanza L= Production sequence BK= is Black I think.

Second page is a ***** because he is grabbing cars by color, vin, plate, and various ways and still working on that. But Mechanics work book time, so to keep a dealer honest and make sure you get paid you log your jobs, those jobs can be cross referenced by vin, plate, and various ways.

As nothing can be truly random, or at least hard as hell to make look random especially for the human brain I don't think these are random numbers scribbled on a piece of paper. Not to say that the code doesn't say something stupid like "FOOLED YOU" making whoever wrote that note one of the worlds biggest trolls.
