The ideas previously posted up here are just mind blowing, I didnt read this thread until after I looked over and drew conclusions from the notes. It's awesome that we have people like caligula (and many others) who see things in this gibberish. Anyway, my two cents on the gibberish
Don't know what it is about the notes but something about them is unsettling for me, not sure why. Anyway, in a short amount of time I have looked over the full size notes

and retyped them myself (since they're practically fucking gibberish in handwriting) and noticed a few things.
The fact that some of this was scribbled might have some significance (emphasis on letters, thoughts, or maybe just to be more vague and confusing) or whoever wrote this just has shitty handwriting...hard to say here
It does seem to be in shorthand as many of the jumbled letters seem to be phonetic abbreviations of some sort (NMRE = No more?)
N most likely is an abbreviation of sorts for "and", it tends to stand alone between jumbles
I thought the (ACSM) at the top R of P1 was possibly a date but the more I look at it the more I think its something else, not sure what.
The first page is a list of something, the fact that each set of numbers ends in NCMB makes me think it stands for some unit designation (whether its specifying a type of unit or direction or what I'm not sure)
When I saw SAE (I know someone got it from the writing as 5AE, but its so hard to read I saw SAE) I did think about engine oil for a car as I have seen that written on containers
Also, this whole deal with not finding any information on all this is intruiging, that speaks volumes about how pertinent these papers are. If they give enough of a shit to keep us from getting more information than they want us to, they're clearly hiding something about all this. That being said, I'm not sure how deeply I want to get into this. In any case, good luck all you decoding people.
