Brotherhood of Steel, like everyone else and their grandmas. But only the D.C. faction, because the combination of technology worship and helping people is something I can get behind, rather than the rest of the BoS, who just have the technology worship. From Fallout 3, I also wouldn't mind joining the Railroad or the Regulators.

I'd also join the rebels from Half-Life 2. I could just stand around and remind Gordon Freeman to reload his gun every five minutes, because I like to help people.

I'd totally be a Grey Warden (even though it means a death sentence) or a Spectre. I'd also throw my lot in with the King's Blades (Morrowind). Outside of games, I'd join Nightwatch (from the books by Sergei Lukyanenko, not Terry Pratchett) or serve in the Kingsguard of Westeros (though being female, I don't think they'd let me).
