In this thread, tell us about your gear. I have a Hagstrom Ultra Swede with a spalted maple top. I also have a Gibson SG copy and a cheap but good quality ventura acoustic. For amps I have a Line 6 Spider III half stack, and a Marshall practice amp (both are solid state). I use Elixir strings. Tell us about your gear.

EDIT: Sorry if this doesn't count as a question.

I just play Bass casually, so I don't have a lot invested into it.
Just a simple Fender Squire.

I'd love to get an acoustic bass eventually (They are so freaking awesome), but I'm happy with what I've got for how much I use it.

Practice practice practice.
Yes yes, I know. I do quite often. I think I need a teacher though, its getting to that point.

Gibson Les Paul Menace, Takamine Acoustic (EG series). Fender Deluxe 112 Amp, don't really use the speaker much.

Elixirs on the Menace, Ernie Balls on the Tak.

Epiphone les paul custom (black with gold hardware and a gold trim.....BEAUTIFUL) and A GIO Ibanez (first guitar i got...just a little beginner thing.)

the Ibanez has some random strings on it, as i don't play it often. The Epiphone has some D'addarios (hey, they sound good), but i want to get some Ernie Balls.

What I currently own:
A poor old Cort Zenox Z22 (which was my first axe), a Fender Jaguar HH Special, and a Fender '66 CIJ Jazzmaster (type B).
Crappy Harley Benton amp, a 50 watt Marshall, and a Marshall cube (soooo cute ^^).

Behringer 30 Watt Virtube, Squier strat, and Peavey Generation EXP with a Piezo system. I also have a squier 10 watt piece of crap and a Qwik Time metronome. That's pretty much it, but I'm planning on getting a bass sometime soon.

Umm yeah, I'm young, I only have this generic Fender Starcaster (which sucks) and an SP-10 amp.
On the light side, I do have an old acoustic Fender F Series guitar that was made in Korea. I'm happy with that.

I am a bass player. I have not played with bands for years, but here is my remaining gear.

I have a Ibanez EDA 900 silver.

I also have an Aria Tab 66.

My amp is an Ampeg BA 115

I figure there is no point posting my gear unless you can see it.

I have two more basses, a B.C. Rich Warlock Six String, and a crappy little Crate practice amp (even though that is the one I use the most).

Epiphone Explorer '58 Korina
100W Marshall Stack
Not sure what the string are, the lead is a 30' Ashton lead with a kill-switch wired to it (done myself) and it's just a cheap ass generic strap.

Gio Ibanez GAX30
10W Ibanez amp
Everything is what came with it....

I only use USA Nylon plectrums, sizes are .73mm, .88mm, 1mm.
