First album was 'Mister Mister - Go On' on cassette. I totally rocked out to 'Stand and Deliver' until I snapped the ribbon from overuse and a cheap player.

First CDs I ever bought was 'Mighty Mighty Bosstones - Don't Know How to Party' and 'Blues Traveler - four'. What can I say? I'm ecclectic.

First "concert album" I've bought was 'Blue Man Group- Audio' while walking out of their Boston Theatre venue, as well as an autographed (one of the players kissed a corner) painting from a prior performance that's up on our wall, now.

Most recent purchase was Vicci Martinez's newest album off of iTunes. I loved her performances from The Voice (that and Sing Off are the only two reality performance shows I'll watch from start to end in a season.) and was tickled to find a new album available so soon.

Mine was the backstreet boys, I was in my teens and they were the "hot" thing to teen girls. Uuuggg I snapped that cd in half after like five years.

Er... checking my iTunes "Purchased" thingy, the answer to this is apparently Dreamt for Light Years in the Belly of a Mountain by Sparklehorse.

It was Daft Punk- Discovery. That was also the same time that I became a fan of their music.

The Electric Falg by the Electric Flag was the first LP I actually paid for. Great album, I'm gonna need another one soon though because it's on it's last legs.

The first (physical) album I was ever given was "Grace" by Jeff Buckley, which I still have, and listen to regularly. The first CD I bought with my own money was "(Sketches For) My Sweetheart the Drunk", also by Jeff Buckley (yeah, I'm a big fan). I listen to that album even more than "Grace". It's more uneven and inconsistent but the songs on it are simply better in my opinion.
