Sticking a turret into an emancipation grid in Portal "Nyeheheh"
Shooting the pilot of a helicopter with a machine gun in GTA 4 was an awesome feeling

I think it's less about which thing is the MOST fun to kill, but more along the lines of which thing has the MOST fun ways to kill it.

In any event:

The E-thugs in multiplayer games.
And then camping them for ten minutes.

Only to have his e-thug friends join the game, camp you while shouting explicitives and racial slurs.

It's like having someone rape my ear and then my frickin' mind.
