Fast zombies.
When you look at them in clear, unNightmare-Fueled rationality, they're ridiculous looking and the most gratuitous appearance and exploitation of ragdoll physics.

I remember when I had that, back in the days before I had flaming fast zombies chasing me through darkened allyways...did I mention that they were on fire...in the dark...ON FIRE.

Anyhow, I quite enjoy sniping teamma-I mean zombies in Left 4 Dead.

On topic: The bears in Oblivion. But only because, for some reason, their rag-doll physics were the most fun to play around with when using area of effect spells. They'd fly all over the place!

But, for repeated satisfaction, I'd say the regular zombies in L4D with the auto shotgun.
They fall so quickly, and with far less limbs then they started with.

Squirrels in Psychonauts. When you light them on fire, they drop a little squirrel roast, which is hilarious. It's especially funny because the roast sparkles like it's a scavenger hunt item or a challenge marker; very important things to get.
