I liked Overlord...though a lot of people hated it. It had me in fits though.

Divine Divinity series is as snarky as Baldur so there's the dialogue for fun but it really depends on what you giggle at. I've laughed at some parts in Silent Hill so I may be easily amused.

Monkey Island may be the funny game though.

Brutal Legend is also a great laugh. Tim Schafer never lost his touch, not to mention how well Jack Black pulls it off.

Playing as Malkavian in Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines leads to some pretty funny dialogue options.

The horribly forced dialogue in the early Resident Evil games is so bad it's awesome.

Ah yeah...that crazy rabbit.

For me...hard to say, but Sam and Max is definately way up there.

Monkey Island 3 and Full Throttle is also full of win. Thank god for ScummVM.

As for other funny games, you can't top some of the writing in some of the old point and click adventures. Monkey Island has already been mentioned, but there are also gems like the Space Quest, Leisure Suit Larry, Sam & Max, and Maniac Mansion series. BioWare also does a really great job of putting humor into their games, and I love the humor in the Lego games.
