The funniest game I ever played is Curse of Monkey Island (there is so much humour to that game) and btw that flash game is very funny.

Funniest game for me was The Bards Tale for Ps2. Game was made to be a spoof and did a great job at it.

It seems like a lot of the funny games are unintentionally funny.
My favorite for a while has been Katamari.
The GTA games (the ones from last gen at least) were pretty hilarious at times as well.
Both Katamari and GTA had good humor in both cutscene and gameplay. Driving on a crowded sidewalk while listening to Master Sounds: I'm not a psycho but that shits hilarious.

I've probably laughed more playing Oblivion than any other one game. Oblivion's script is remarkably humourless but the bugs and glitches, awkward interactions, funny coincidences and dumb-as-dogshit NPCs make the game utterly hilarious. Fallout 3 is a close second, still had a lot of funny moments but was a bit more refined than Oblivion but also made up for it by having a humorous script.

So true, oblivion managed to make almost everything in the game unintentionally hilarious, not to mention the bugs
