The Funniest Glitch/Thing You've Encountered in a game

We all know most sandbox games have a few occasional hiccups. A moonwalking pedestrian here, a flying car there. We've all experienced them.

Which was the most memorable to you, and why?

These don't just need to involve AI-they can be any part of the game.

GTA IV : Swingset of death.... enough said..

My favorite glitch to constantly repeat over and over was the Swing set glitch in GTA4 where you run a car into the swing set and you eventually launch the car half way across town.

Also, hell. I've been ninja'd

My most hilarious glitch will take a while, give me a bit.

In Fallout 3 I found myself around the Death Claw Sanctuary when I see a Death Claw in the distance. At first I think I'm going to have to fight it but the second it lays its eyes on me, it takes off and flies straight up into the air, superman style. After laughing my ass of for a good minute I just stare at the area and then... I see the Death Claw fly out of the ground and straight up into the air again. He kept doing this till I eventually got my timing down pat and sniped him out of the air, at which point he came crashing to the ground and died. Gotta love SuperClaw!

this was a cool swingset apparently.

on GTA:SA you could get a jetpack and fly into nothing. in this nothing were a few random pedestrians who you could killwith the few randomly dotted around pool cues. you could also then go to rooms that were just randomly hovering about. coolest glitch EVAR!

Jedi Accademy. If you spawned a wampa, Boba Fett and a rancor, Then got the wampa to pick up Boba Fett and the rancor to eat the wampa, you ended up with a pair of wampa legs running around with Boba Fetts torso. Rather hilarious.

While talking to Dr Chakwas in ME2, I was able to run around while talking to her. Same camera angle and everything, but I just running around toasting the ornery bastard who pilots this ship.

It was at 3:30 in the a.m., so needless to say, I lol'd pretty hard.

civilians randomly spawned on top of each other in a line going up about a mile. i drew my sword, walked closer, and then the bottom half broke in random directions and fell, while the top half collapsed in a straight line, and all died
