The Asbestos Man,yeah there was a supervillain called Asbestos Man. He appeared in one of the early Fantastic Four comics. He was the Human Torchs greatest nemesis!

Here are some I feel deserve honorable mention:
Chairface Chippendale of the Tick.
Oglethorpe and Emery from Aqua Teen Hunger Force.
The Monarch from the Venture Bros.
Anikin Skywalker from Revenge of the Sith.

Oooh I have a some of these backlogged for any occasion.

-King Tut [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/King_Tut_(Batman)] a College Professor who suffers from amnesia and believes he is an Egyptian Pharaoh... and evil.

-The Bookworm, equipped with the powers of speed reading... FOR EVIL!

And no, he isn't really a Supervillan, but he's not much of a hero either, yes, the magnificent, the amazing...

Dog Welder!!!!
You heard me. His superpower is the ability to weld dogs. To people faces.
Read about his and his teams exploits here. [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Section_8_(comics)]

Adolf Hitler...wow...just wow.
That's was my response. Literally. My jaw just fell open, and I muttered "wow."
I've actually read his comic. Imagine what my face must have looked like when they pulled his mask off to reveal fucking Hitler!

The Hate Ray?! Wow...they really thought outside the box on that one.

As for me, there's no doubt in my mind. I've got to go with Magnaminous and the T-bot from Megas XLR [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Megas_xlr]

The T-bot, strangely enough, is a giant fighting robot that resembles Mr. T, and often rhymes with his threats.

Magnaminous is like a cross between Vince McMahon and MODOK, and is voice by Bruce Campbell.

At first glance, I assumed the whole Hitler bit of the article was just vandalism. After reading it, I'm not sure what to think yet.

I'm going to go with Booster Gold's first nemesis: THE DIRECTOR!

No powers and barely a costume. So lame.

"The Hate-Monger was a physical clone of Germany?s Adolf Hitler, the former leader of Germany and instigator of World War II. Years after the death of the original at the hands of the original Human Torch, Hitler's scientists created clones into which Hitler transferred his consciousness. In one such clone, disguised as the Hate-Monger, Hitler used a Nazi-designed Hate Ray to spread mindless hatred around the world."

Okay...WAIT A MINUTE, the Human Torch killed Hitler?

Edit. Oh its fine, its a different Human Torch...WAIT a android killed Hitler with his bare hands?

The Monarch from Venture Brothers. & sometimes the Joker has a good joke, but the Monarch doesn't even have to try.
