Probably recently, when I was playing Halo 3 4 player co-op and we were at the point on The Ark where we had all grabbed tanks and were rolling about leaving a path of death, destruction, despair, and other words that begin with "de" in our wake. It was right after the "Tank beats EVERYTHING!" line. I was in a tank behind my two friends, who were also in tanks. The friend directly in front of me started rolling over the friend in front of her, while at the same time I slipped the treads of MY tank under hers, and then suddenly she disappeared. According to her, she had lifted into the air and began flying and spinning out of control. The funny part about this is that all the while it was going on, I had no idea it was. I just noticed my friend had gone missing and had quite the "WTF?" feeling.

I later viewed the saved film, which, while clarifying what happened, still left me with a "WTF?" feeling.

Just for kicks...

I was fighting a guy on top of a roof in Assassin's Creed. He slowly backed off of the roof down 4 stories.

My friend Paul has ADHD. This gives him limitless energy and also makes him a sadistic fu-duck. Recently, we were playing some Bioshock, except we couldn't actually go anywhere because he wouldn't stop beating the corpses. We had to threaten him to make him stop.

And then we played some HL2, except this time he was too busy throwing TVs out of fifth-storey windows and laughing maniacally to care that CPs were coming to beat the crap out of him. By the time we convinced him to turn away from the shatterable windows and actually play the bloody game, the Civil Protection were gathered in a group right behind us and proceeded to shove their stunsticks up our arse. I yelled at Paul thusly:

"Congratulations, Paul. You spent so much time throwing s**t out of windows that you were tazered by the fuzz. Are you happy, Paul? Are you?"

Playing Goldeneye with a bunch of mates. One of them, lets call him Dan, was losing horribly. He was getting a bit cranky. Then we started shouting KABLOOIE every time he got shot. He proceeded to go absolutely mental, attacked the lot of us, smashed the 64 and left. Even now the word sends him into fits of rage.

Once some friends and I where playing some Guitar hero 3 and one of my mates...lets call him cameron (thats his name) was trying to beat another friend on Through the fire and flames after having his turn taken many times. Well while he was playing the Guitar Solo one of my friends took out a spear (god knows where from) that he got on his travels and poked Cameron into a rage and made him attack us. He was pretty pissed off and we all learnt the lesson of not pissing off someone who is playing GH3.

Careful he never plays against a demoman in TF2.

Playing sonic and the secret rings I had just got up the the boos Ifirit. After dieing once something didn't seem right. Mainly the fact that sonic wasn't there, it was still playing and moving going the dash effect ect but he was invisible. It not done it again so wounding what happened.

Also playing resident hill 4 on the wii, I from some reason freaked out. At the beginning I jumped+squealed at seeing the spider shot gunned it at close range, the walked out into a trip mine (again jumped+squealed)then random fire the shot gun again. When to reload but instead shot the ground in which caused to the jump once again, decided to change weapons i went into the inventory and clicked the wrong button again once again I squeeled and jumped.... the died by walking into a booby trap... My fiance was in stiches mainly because there was nothing there - everyone was dead XD

Playing Portal on 360 using a few codes allowed by Valve. Spawning a box in front of me in an elevator. The door opened. It was hovering in midair, trapping me in. After a few minutes of trying to pick it up/get out, falling down the elevator shaft.

In Halo 3 online:

It was shotty snipers on Valhalla. I had somehow managed to pin two of the other team behind a boulder at the other end of the level. I had a 3/4 clip of sniper ammo clip and two teammates to back me up, so I was feeling pretty confident. One of the pinned down guys starts to make a run for it and I managed to double tap him in the chest and he went down before he got three feet from his hidey hole.

Then his teammate, who was wearing the EVA helmet by the way, just inched out enough so that I had a clear shot at his big golden "Shoot me here!" faceplate. Best double kill I ever made. But as his buddy was dead at his feet, it just looked like he leaned outwards to see if I still had ammo.

I laughed so hard.

I had a lot of fun with Project IGI's combat AI. The so-called combat AI that made enemy guards charge right past you out of a building you were just about to enter through the very same door, then turn around and try to recreate your silhouette in bullet holes on the doorframe without ever hitting you once.
At least it worked like that in my case. The only thing in the whole game that was remotely dangerous were minefields and electrical fences.

Never knew there was a nutcracker class for fighting games.

My funniest moment was in Halo 3, in campaign where me and three of my friends were playing Crows Nest with 7 skulls on. It was in the place after you fight your first drones. Anyways, we killed the guy with the hammer, and we were arguing over who gets the hammer. The guy who had spent the most ammo wanted it for protection. The rest of us, being the cheap bastards that we were, disagreed. So, one of my friends just took the hammer and ran off. My friend who wanted the hammer threw a plasma grenade on him. Then it became a FFA to see who could grab the hammer and run off. We continued this fight into the jetpack brute area. We had to focus on brutes and teammates. At the end, a stray grenade hit the hammer off of the map. Needless to say, that was the most fun I had ever had in a co-op game.

Speaking of Halo...

My younger brother was playing the original the other day. He was looking over the edge of one of the snow-bridge things, and was wondering if he could jump over the railing and fall to his death. So, he gave it a try.

At that exact moment, the stealthed Elite with a plasma sword who was sneaking up on him lunged.

Because my brother had jumped, the Elite went over him and ended up going over the railing instead of my brother, falling to his death.
