Here's a suggestion of what not to do in Obliv, people. Look at this vid here.

Now imagine if i spawned about 6 of these in Imperial City, and forgot about them. I then started a fight later on there. Four beggars immediately grabbed a Blade of WTFPwning from the pile and came after me.
I'm not scared of Deadra or Dagon from the final battle, But I was running away screaming from those cloth-wearing beggars. Guards got into fights with them with predictable results, and eventually I managed to snipe two of them with spells before the other two cornered me Pacman style and sent me rocketing into the skybox. Scary but hilarious shit.
