The GTA series and every single "copy" with the exception of True Crime. Every MMO I've played.
Nearly every JRPG I've played. Assasins Creed. Half Life 2 and Farcry 2. With special mention to Blizzards RTS "masterpieces" Starcraft and Warcraft. And I'm a big RTS fan!

The Halo series.

I know, surprising. But all my friends loved it to death, so I figured, "What the fuck, I might as well try to like it, right?"

I could not.
It was awful.

Far Cry 2 - I just could get into it, the lack of any real structure or instruction just annoyed me, not that I want the game to hold my hand, I just want to be told "do this to actually play the game" rather than "do what you want, you'll find the game eventually".

Halo - An average game who's community consists of 12 year old kids and the type of people I wouldn't talk to in a hundred years given the choice.

Bioshock.
I got to the medical pavillion and stopped.
The combat is clunky and repedative, and I know the twist at the end, so I have no incentive to play it.

For me it was BioShock. I really wanted to love that game. It was stunning to look at, it had an interesting story. But try as I might, I just couldn't bring myself to get into that game.

Final Fantasy VIII... waaay to realistic, waay to little fantasy... got bored after 15 hours of "I REALLY, REALLY AM TRYING TO LOVE YOU GAME" but then FFIX came out and made all my sorrows go away :)

Assassin's Creed.

I don't know why, but I just couldn't get into it. I played it for several hours, but it just didn't appeal to me.

Playing multiplayer was only slightly fun because we got to yell creative insults at eachother.
Also did you know those controllers were fucking heavy?
'Cause getting hit with one hurt.
A lot.
Definatley this and for the same reason. I just dont understand why everyone loves it so much.

Halo series (well... never saw what was so great about it more than trying to get into it... Same with Starcraft)

Assassins Creed.

I loved the look of the game, thought the story was great, found all the characters entertaining, but I just could never get into it.

I played a little more then half of it, and just could not continue. I really want to finish it after how cool AC2 looks, but I know I wont get into that one either...

I wanna be the Guy.
I thought it was a "real" skill game, but no.
It's all about memorizing devious trap placements and repeating every little part all over again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again[small]and again and again and again and again[/small]...... Till you get through the room.

And suprise.

Next room. Do it again.
