Okay Escapists, the idea for a Gta IV rpg was brought up a little while ago. Unfortunately, the idea fell when I was banned. Now a resurrected me comes forth with the official page for the Escapian Grand Theft Auto IV RPG experience.
Not officially connected with Escapist Magazine.
Now? this is kind of long, so bear with me.

+You NEED a Headset? no acceptations+
+You MUST play your role realistically+

[HEADING=2]How to play: This is a completion[/HEADING]
This is a competition. We play for three real life days. When we get the whole team ready we will decide on a date and time. You must be able to play on these days. Absence is not acceptable, especially on the first day. If there is any chance you don?t know if you are available, then tell us ahead of time, we will find a replacement.
The game is based on Corruption vs Goodness. For three days we will live and fight. Gang members try to corrupt, police try to do goodness, and the mayor and the citizens can shoose their own path.
What if I die?
Now this is the crux of the system. If you die you become a pedestrian, you must change your guy and stuff. If an entire gang is eliminated, then they become pedestrians and can either try to form a new gang, or just live new lives. If the entire police force dies, then 2 of the members will revive as police, the rest can chose what to do. If the Mayor is over thrown or assassinated, then elections will be held day 2.
Day 2
Day 2, all the pedestrians except those with special roles. I.e. the Assassin. Can choose what to become, Criminals or cops. We do this buy having a group meeting on the beginning of day 2 at _____. No one can kill each other until Jimmy B says so.
At the end of the three days, Jimmy and I will decide if the city has fallen to corruption or is a model city.
[HEADING=2]ROLES[/HEADING]
We have 16 roles available. Here?s the list plus descriptions
Ham Blitz has reserved a role as the police chief. Assuming he still wants/can play. If we don?t hear back from him, this role is open.

Members are broken up into 3 roles. 1 player is the boss, don, whatever. The other two roles are assigned my the group. Members where identical clothing and colors, and drive identical cars and car colors.
On the second day, assuming some people have died the first day, members can start recruiting civilians.

NoMoreSanity has reserved a spot as a member of this gang, and ensured a role in the game if he chooses to be something else.
The gang is revolved around an idea like this Jews that deal in selling diamonds and prescription drugs, stolen goods, etc. Kind of like, a mafia filled with Robert di Neros Haha
Also, members are required to use Le when anouncing a person place or thing , not La or les.
DeviousCrypto has reserved a spot as an Assassin pedestrian, Killing people for money/protection. Assuming he still wants/can play. If we don?t hear back from him, this role is open.

Do not abandon hope! Assuming we gets this running right we will open a Ps3 and PC version. The original players will be able to set a new game by themselves, and we will open a new game for more xbox players. After that, we will open a game for Ps3 players, and finally PC players.

Roles will be selected by me, post your ideas below and Jimmy and I will select members. Its basically on a first come first serve basis. Unless, someone has a cool idea that works well.

4 Police Officer Roles
The job of a police officer is quite simple; patrol the area looking for Gang members. Police answer to civilian calls and reports. Police men are limited to the basic police weapons i.e pistols, clubs, and shotguns. The police?s second job is to assist the FBI agent. FBI only respond when the police have located a highly wanted suspect(ie a gang boss), or spend their time tracking members of the gangs. Meanwhile police spend their time mobilised, keeping an eye out for common criminals(ie NPC criminals, I don't know about you, but I quite enjoy chasing NPC carjackers) and an eye out for higher priority. When they locate a member of a gang that is higher priority they either have the choice to try and seize him right there and then, or they could tail him(which would be obvious in their cruisers) while they wait for the FBI to show upHam Blitz has reserved a role as the police chief. 1 FBI Role
The FBI member is a super powered policemen. They are there for when shit really hits the wall. They collect the best weapons and vehicles from the start. The FBI does not answer to civilians. They wander the streets almost undercover until called by the police. Police and the FBI should work together to get the FBI member the best gun he can and protect him.Read police description too for more information
1 Mayor role
The Mayor plays a massive role in the game. The mayor can try his best to keep his city clean, corrupt it, or run a brutal dictatorship. His word is law as long as he is in office. Pedestrians start by blindly fallowing his word, and as the game progresses. They can later fallow him into shining examples , fall into corruption and scummary, and of course.. Start a revolution! (starting day 2)3 Gang member roles
Gangs go around shooting people and things. A Gangs main priority is to corrupt the city. They can go around killing cops, stealing cars, gaining land, and attacking buildings. Attacking buildings revolves around standing outside of a building attacking it until cops show up. If there lucky enough to win the battle, they get to own that territory. 3 Gang II member roles
This gang has the same rule as above, anyone can come with an Idea for this gang. Most interesting Idea will be picked4 Pedestrians
Pedestrians live daily lives. Goofing off, getting killed, and what not. Pedestrians are targets for gang members who want to corrupt the city. On day 2 pedestrians can join other Gangs or the police force. Pedestrians can also do various things. A car buff pedestrian can set up races, where any player regardless of role can go for a chance to get fame.
