That was certainly the biggest TV controversy of our generation. At least, so far.
The NFL hasn't forgotten that either, I think they said something about MTV never doing another show for the Super Bowl.

Even if it wasn't outside jurisdiction(even though it obviously is ), how would that possibly violated the First Amendment? Dude just gave all atheists a bad name.
